Vállalkozói kudarc - A vég, vagy egy új kezdet?
A szerzĹ‘ szerint jelen felderĂtĹ‘ kvalitatĂv kutatás cĂ©lja a vállalkozĂłk kudarcra adott reakciĂłinak Ă©s a folyamatra hatĂł tĂ©nyezĹ‘knek a megismerĂ©se volt. A vizsgálat három fĹ‘ rĂ©szbĹ‘l állt: vállalkozĂłi attitűdök (szemlĂ©letmĂłdok, kontrollhely, idĹ‘perspektĂvák), környezeti hatások (vállalkozĂłk általános megĂtĂ©lĂ©se, stigmatizáciĂł), valamint a kudarcra adott vállalkozĂłi reakciĂłk (a kudarc kĂ©sleltetĂ©se, gyász, tanulás a kudarcbĂłl). A szerzĹ‘ a kutatás során egyaránt felhasználta a 8 fĹ‘s, legalább egy kudarcot átĂ©lt, vállalkozĂłi mintával kĂ©szĂĽlt mĂ©lyinterjĂşkbĂłl származĂł primer informáciĂłkat Ă©s a kapcsolĂłdĂł szekunder adatokat is. Relativistic Cholesky-decomposed density matrix MP2
In the present article, we introduce the relativistic Cholesky-decomposed
density (CDD) matrix second-order M{\o}ller-Plesset perturbation theory (MP2)
energies. The working equations are formulated in terms of the usual
intermediates of MP2 when employing the resolution-of-the-identity
approximation (RI) for two-electron integrals. Those intermediates are obtained
by substituting the occupied and virtual quaternion pseudo-density matrices of
our previously proposed two-component atomic orbital-based MP2 (J. Chem. Phys.
145, 014107 (2016)) by the corresponding pivoted quaternion Cholesky factors.
While working within the Kramers-restricted formalism, we obtain a formal
spin-orbit overhead of 16 and 28 for the Coulomb and exchange contribution to
the 2C MP2 correlation energy, respectively, compared to a non-relativistic
(NR) spin-free CDD-MP2 implementation. This compact quaternion formulation
could also be easily explored in any other algorithm to compute the 2C MP2
energy. The quaternion Cholesky factors become sparse for large molecules and,
with a block-wise screening, block sparse-matrix multiplication algorithm, we
observed an effective quadratic scaling of the total wall time for
heavy-element containing linear molecules with increasing system size. The
total run time for both 1C and 2C calculations was dominated by the contraction
to the exchange energy. We have also investigated a bulky Te-containing
supramolecular complex. For such bulky, three-dimensionally extended molecules
the present screening scheme has a much larger prefactor and is less effective

Kutatásomban azt járom körĂĽl, hogy az Erkel Ferenc MűvelĹ‘dĂ©si Központ aktĂv csoportjainak szokásaira Ă©s tevĂ©kenysĂ©geire milyen hatással van. A dolgozatom cĂ©lja, hogy világosabb kĂ©pet kapjak arrĂłl, hogy a közössĂ©gek milyen mĂłdon reagáltak erre a helyzetre: közelebb hozta vagy eltávolĂtotta a csoportokat a pandĂ©mia a gyulai közművelĹ‘dĂ©si intĂ©zmĂ©nytĹ‘l. Ezen felĂĽl pedig arra is keresem a választ, hogy milyen jĂł gyakorlatok szĂĽlettek a korlátozások alatt a kulturális szfĂ©rában. My target group is partly the communities of the Gyula Cultural Center, which I asked with a paper-based questionnaire, and I compared the results with the Csabagyöngye Cultural Center, another outstanding public cultural institution in BĂ©kĂ©s County, where I examined the changes in the activites of the communities. On the whole, my research seeks positive, useful solutions with which the cultural education sector responded to the challenges of the epidemic
Relativistic Real-Time Methods
Recent advances in laser technology enable to follow electronic motion at its
natural time-scale with ultrafast pulses, leading the way towards atto- and
femtosecond spectroscopic experiments of unprecedented resolution.
Understanding of these laser-driven processes, which almost inevitably involve
non-linear light-matter interactions and non-equilibrium electron dynamics, is
challenging and requires a common effort of theory and experiment. Real-time
electronic structure methods provide the most straightforward way to simulate
experiments and to gain insights into non-equilibrium electronic processes. In
this Chapter, we summarize the fundamental theory underlying the relativistic
particle-field interaction Hamiltonian as well as equation-of-motion for
exact-state wave function in terms of the one- and two-electron reduced density
matrix. Further, we discuss the relativistic real-time electron dynamics
mean-field methods with an emphasis on Density-Functional Theory and Gaussian
basis, starting from the four-component (Dirac) picture and continue to the
two-component (Pauli) picture, where we introduce various flavours of modern
exact two-component (X2C) Hamiltonians for real-time electron dynamics. We also
overview several numerical techniques for real-time propagation and signal
processing in quantum electron dynamics. We close this Chapter by listing
selected applications of real-time electron dynamics to frequency-resolved and
time-resolved spectroscopies

A kutatás cĂ©lja vállalkozĂłk, vállalkozni szándĂ©kozĂł Ă©s nem szándĂ©kozĂł közgazdász hallgatĂłk vállalkozĂłi vonatkozásĂş szemĂ©lyisĂ©gjegyeinek, Ă©s a vállalkozĂłkrĂłl kialakult kĂ©pĂ©nek összehasonlĂtása volt. A kutatáshoz felhasznált elmĂ©letek a teljesĂtmĂ©nymotiváciĂł, a három dimenziĂłs kontrollhely Ă©s a három tĂ©nyezĹ‘s vállalkozĂłi orientáciĂł voltak. A kutatásban online kĂ©rdĹ‘Ăvet használtam a megkĂ©rdezĂ©shez, melybĹ‘l egy 165 fĹ‘s minta gyűlt össze, mely 107 hallgatĂłi Ă©s 45 vállalkozĂłi kitöltĂ©st jelent. A hallgatĂłin belĂĽl a vállalkozni szándĂ©kozĂł hallgatĂłk elemszáma 28 fĹ‘. Azt az eredmĂ©nyt kaptam, hogy a vállalkozni szándĂ©kozĂł hallgatĂłk vizsgált szemĂ©lyisĂ©gjegyei több dimenziĂł esetĂ©n valĂłban közelebb állnak a vállalkozĂłkhoz, mint a hallgatĂłtársaikhoz. A categorization of the consequences of entrepreneurial failure = Vállalkozói kudarc következményeinek rendszerezése – Magyarországon validálva
Uncertainty and risk are basic elements of entrepreneurial life, and consequently, most entrepreneurs will experience failure, which can impact their lives in various ways. Although several previous studies have tried to categorize the consequences of failure, none could cover their full range. Therefore, the main objective of this qualitative, narrative research was to build a useable categorization system for the consequences of entrepreneurial failure. As a result of this theoretical- and sixteen-interview-based research, the consequences of entrepreneurial failure can be categorized into six groups (and twenty-four sub-groups): financial, psychological, social, professional, legal and physiological consequences. Based on the results, failure is not a negative experience for all entrepreneurs; in fact, for many, negative and positive consequences balanced each other out, or they were not impacted by the failure. During the analysis, potential connections between categories of consequences and the identification of root consequences are also presented
Accurate Relativistic Real-Time TDDFT for Valence and Core Attosecond Transient Absorption Spectroscopy
Attosecond pump-probe transient absorption spectroscopy (TAS) has opened the possibility to study pure electron dynamics on its natural time scale. However, due to the out-of-equilibrium nature of the process, first-principle theoretical modelling remains a challenging task, specially for heavy elements and/or core excitations where relativistic corrections become imperative, as the spectra contain significant imprints of both scalar and spin-orbit relativistic effects. To alleviate this problem, we formulated a methodology for computing TAS spectrum within the relativistic real-time time-dependent density functional theory (RT-TDDFT) framework, for both the valence and core energy regime. Even though RT simulations using full four-component (4c) method are feasible, they are still computationally expensive, especially for TAS. Therefore, in addition to the 4c approach, we have introduced the atomic mean-field exact two-component (amfX2C) Hamiltonian for RT-TDDFT, which accounts for one- and two-electron picture-change corrections and preserves the accuracy of the parent 4c method but at a fraction of its computational cost. Finally, we apply the amfX2C approach to study valence and near L 2,3 -edge TAS processes of experimentally relevant systems, providing additional physical insights through the lens of non-equilibrium response theory
