    Enhancing Employee Performance: Rewards, Training, and Work Ethics at the Education Office of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province

    This research was motivated by the existing condition where employees have not been able to work optimally in a government institution. The study aims to analyze and examine the influence of rewards, training, and work ethic on Employee Performance in the Education Authority of Bangka Belitung Island Province. This research is descriptive in nature. The quantitative research method was employed because the data obtained are numerical and derived from questionnaires, with a total sample size of 64 respondents, determined through a saturated sample method. The analytical model used was multiple linear regression, with t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination. The research results indicate that rewards, training, and work ethic, individually, have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the Education Authority of Bangka Belitung Island Province. Through this research, institutions can review the factors leading to low employee performance in the variables of rewards, training, and work ethic. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan karena data yang diperoleh berupa angka yang berasal dari kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 64 responden yang dihasilkan melalui metode sampel jenuh. Model analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda, dengan uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penghargaan, pelatihan, dan etos kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Dengan penelitian ini, institusi dapat meninjau faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja rendah pada karyawan dalam variabel penghargaan, pelatihan, dan etos kerja.     The Influence of Digital Talent and Green Innovation and Its Impact on the MSME Business Model in the Metaverse Era

    Objectives: The study aims to look at MSME Business Models Entering the Metaverse Era Through Digital Transformation with an Increase of Digital Talent and Green InnovationMethodology: The type of research used is quantitative research. A study was carried out in 5 regencies/cities on Bangka Island with respondents 10 2 SMEs, dominated in the culinary sector. In this study, the author uses the analytical method used to test the PLS (Partial Least Square) variable using SmartPLS software. The path analysis model of all latent variables in Partial Least Square (PLS) consists of an outer model, convergent validity, and discriminant validity which is then carried out with a reliability test and a structural model consisting of coefficient of determination (R 2 Value), Effect Size (f 2), and Predictive Relevance (Q2 Value). Ending with a test on the hypothesis and the moderating effect.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that hypothesis testing concluded that two research hypotheses are accepted and the other three are rejected. The accepted research hypotheses are Digital Talent effect on Digital Transformation and Digital Talent effect on MSME Business Model in the Metaverse Era. These results indicate that only digital talent currently contributes significantly to Digital Transformation and the MSME business model in the metaverse Era

    PENGARUH PENILAIAN KINERJA, KOMPENSASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS PADA DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PAJAK AREA KOTA PANGKALPINANG)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Jenderal Pajak area Kota Pangkalpinang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah pegawai Direktrorat Jenderal Pajak area Kota Pangkalpinang sejumlah 71 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 58 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada Bulan Februari 2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hubungan keeratan antara penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah kuat, R = 0,806 atau sebesar 80,6%. Pengaruh (R Square / R ²) penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 0,650 atau 65,0%. Sisanya sebesar 35,0% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pajak area Kota Pangkalpinang

    Analysis of Economic, Supply Chain Policy and Environmental Impacts on the Development of “KEK” Kelayang Cape in Belitung Island

    The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of the development of supply chain strategy in the tourism KEK Kelayang Cape as an alternative economy after Tin Mining. The research method is quantitative descriptive design, the number of samples used 80 SME business based on tourism. Analysis of the data using the analysis Confirmatory Factor with PLS method. Research findings indicate that the development of tourism in the Island of Belitung already provide economic impact, social and environment. The impact of the economy has 5 (five) dimensions, social impact has 5 (five) dimensions and environmental impacts have 4 (four) dimensions. The results of this analysis found that the impact of the economy is the most important dimension of measuring the impact of the development of KEK Kelayang Cape with the value of loading factor as the most high. The results of research has implications for the management practices that for economic impact absorption work force indicator is most important. Now the most important indicator of the social impact is positive changes on the values and adat isitiadat. The most important indicator of Environmental impact is the performance improvement/condition of the tourism area.     Improving Employee Performance by Strengthening Teamwork, Motivation and Increasing Job Satisfaction in Business Engaged in Health Service Sector

    The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of teamwork, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is a type of descriptive and quantitative research with a total sample of 37 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used the census or saturation method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that teamwork, motivation and job satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous test results show that teamwork, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication will be optimal if the work team is solid, motivation is high and job satisfaction increases.     Penelitian ini dilakukan pada koperasi Tani Karya Bersama di Desa Talang Jerinjing Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.  Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan akuntansi pada Koperasi Tani Karya Bersama di Desa Talang Jerinjing Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu telah sesuai dengan Prinsip Akuntansi yang Berterima umum. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data  primer dan data sekunder. Data primer  yaitu berupa data-data yang didapatkan atau dikumpulkan  langsung dari koperasi tanpa adanya keterkaitan dengan orang lain, Data sekunder merupakan data yang melengkapi data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Sedangkan teknik analisis data  adalah analisis deskriptif.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa  Koperasi Tani Karya Bersama tidak melakukan pemisahan jurnal, tidak membuat buku besar dan neraca saldo. Koperasi tidak melakukan penyisihan piutang tak tertagih dan tidak membuat tanggal perolehan pada penyusutan aktiva tetap. Koperasi masih menggunakan istilah ikhtisar perubahan kekayaan. Pada catatan atas laporan keuangan,  koperasi tidak mengungkapkan tujuan dari dana cadangan.     The Impact of Marketing Strategies and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction: A Case Study of Massage Chair Service Users

    This research investigates the influence of marketing strategy and service quality on customer satisfaction among massage chair service users at PT Nusantara Sehat-Perfect Relax at Depati Amir Airport, Pangkalpinang City. The study employed a nonprobability sampling method using the incidental sampling approach, and the data analysis involved validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and R-squared test with SPSS version 24. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed moderate mean values for marketing strategy (3.37), service quality (3.35), and consumer satisfaction (3.34). The research found that marketing strategy (X1) and service quality (X2) positively and significantly affected customer satisfaction. Moreover, the F-test demonstrated that marketing strategy and service quality jointly and significantly influenced customer satisfaction (p < 0.05, p = 0.000). These findings highlight the importance of effective marketing strategies and high service quality to enhance customer satisfaction. The research contributes valuable insights for service industry practitioners and managers to improve customer experiences and loyalty

    The effect of Covid-19 on the economy of Bangka-Belitung and the performance of MSME and its impact on competitive strategies in the new normal era

    Purpose: The economy in the MSME sector is experiencing a great crisis in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. MSME actors must change strategies to adapt to the current pandemic conditions. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Covid 19 on the economy and performance of MSMEs as well as the strategies adopted by MSME players in Bangka Belitung Province. Research methodology: The data collection method employed probability sampling with google form media analyzed by using cross tabulation, trend analysis and simple mathematical modeling in projecting total economic losses to MSMEs that are active in the Bangka Belitung Island Province. Results: The results show that 84.7 percent of MSMEs experienced a negative impact due to the Covid 19 pandemic in the form of a decrease in sales turnover, reduced demand and hampered distribution of raw materials. However, 15.3 percent of MSMEs experienced a positive impact and survived in the Covid 19 pandemic conditions. Some of the strategies implemented by MSMEs to survive in the Covid 19 periods were replacing products sold with products for handling COVID 19 such as masks, hand sanitizers and others. MSME players also changed their sales strategy by selling online and maintaining customer databases. Limitation: Due to the Covid-19 condition, survey activities were carried out by using the Google Form online application.     The Effect of Unemployment and Investment Levels on Economic Growth in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands, 2015-2019

    Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of unemployment and investment on economic growth in Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province in 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data types with panel data structure at the Regency / City level in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. In choosing the best method, this research also perform  Hausman testing and Breuch Pagan LM testing to select the best alternative method in three models which have been proposed, namely fixed effect, random effect and Pooled OLS. The results showed that unemployment rate is not significantly influence economic growth in the province of Bangka Belitung Archipelago in period 2015-2019, in contrast investing rate has a significantly positive effect on economic growth in the Bangka Belitung Archipelago  Province in period 2015-2019. So to increase economic growth, it is necessary to enhance investment in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province
