Сорбція наночастинок при осадженні шарів

Статтю присвячено вивченню процесу самоорганізації шару поліанілінових наночастинок при гетерокоагуляції на поліамідних волокнах. Показано, що розподіл за розмірами дисперсії поліаніліну, одержаної окиснювальною конденсацією аніліну, є нормальним з максимумом при 150 нм. Встановлено, що опір багатошарових волоконних матеріалів з поліаніліновим покриттям, одержаним методом layer-by-layer, залежить від кількості шарів і типу ПАР. Процес гетерокоагуляції поліанілінових частинок на поліамідних волокнах описано за допомогою квазіхімічної моделі реакції. Показано, що в цих умовах виникають структури з обмеженою тривалістю існування і з подальшою самоорганізацією.The article is dedicated to the study of self-organization processes of conductive layer of polyaniline nanoparticles in heterocoagulation on polyamide fiber. It is shown that the particle size distribution of polyaniline dispersion obtained by the oxidative condensation of aniline is normal with a maximum of 150 nm. It is found out that the resistance of the multilayer fibrous material with a polyaniline coating obtained layer-by-layer depends on the number of layers and the type of the surfactants. The process of heterocoagulation of polyaniline particles on the polyamide fiber is described by the quasi-chemical reaction model. Geometrical model analysis of the internal lock screw-thread milling

Проведено аналіз геометричних параметрів траєкторії руху вершини зуба фрези при обробці профілю внутрішньої конічної різі замкового типу. Запропоновано аналітичні залежності для розрахунку граничних геометричних параметрів фрези залежно від параметрів оброблюваної різі. Визначено умову технологічного забезпечення відповідності геометричного профілю різі до вимог ГОСТу.Drill string is formed by the connection of pipes such as step-by-step. In the drill string pipe connected through tapered threaded surface. These surfaces are made on special structural elements of the drill pipe, such as nipple and coupling. The formation of the columns has a significant reserve time for assembly operations. This is a reduction of effort in correcting emergency situations. The largest number of failures falls on threaded connections. That is why improving the reliability of these connections is an important task for both engineering and oil and gas industries. In modern conditions of production, internal screw-thread made way for threading lathe knife by 6-8 passes. The result of this process is the geometric distortion of the surface profile of the thread. Threaded profile loses strength because of their rapid abrasion. This effect is actively manifested through significant deviation geometry threaded profile from the nominal values. Manufacturers of pipe for drill columns are interested in simplifying the process of forming a threaded profile on the conical surface and improving operational reliability of such connections. The authors of this article have a proposal to make the internal locking thread by milling in a single pass. To implement the research carried out: - formed a geometric model for the analysis of the process of milling internal screw-thread; - investigated the characteristic geometric parameters that affect the formation of the thread; - written mathematical model which will perform the selection of geometric parameters cutters depending on the geometrical parameters of threaded type. The article includes analysis of the geometrical parameters of the trajectory of the top cutter tooth profile when processing internal tapered thread type lock. Analytical dependences presented for calculation of the limit of geometrical parameters of cutters depending on the parameters of the treated thread. Даний метод дозволяє динамічно відстежувати якість маршрутів і віддавати перевагу оптимальними маршрутам.Предложен метод динамической маршрутизации, базирующийся на принципах функционирования нейронных сетей, который позволяет улучшить работу беспроводной сенсорной сети за счет внедрения дополнительного механизма учета уровня ошибок на маршрутах. Данный метод позволяет динамически отслеживать качество маршрутов, и отдавать предпочтение маршрутам, которые являются оптимальными
