    Predmet diplomske naloge je računalniška grafična ponazoritev dogajanja v elektromehanskih pretvornikih (strojih). Ideja za simulacijo delovanja indukcijskega stroja in tudi ostalih strojev je bila približanje dogajanja v stroju študentom preko vektorske teorije. Ker gre pri tem načeloma za rotirajoče vektorje in se le-ti gibajo po prostoru, si je preko animacije veliko lažje predstavljati, kako sam stroj deluje in kako se obnašajo posamezni vektorji veličin. V izdelanem programu je omogočena tudi vključitev opazovalca, saj lahko preko gumbov in drsnikov do določene mere spreminja parametre in opazuje odziv stroja. Najprej so predstavljene transformacije in grafična ponazoritev iz začetnega sistema vhodnih faznih veličin, preko rezultantnega vektorja, v poljuben dvofazni koordinatni sistem. Najprimernejši novi sistem za razlago delovanja indukcijskega stroja je koordinatni sistem rotorskega polja, ki je vzet kot osnova za simulacijo. Preko teorije s hkratnimi izseki animacije iz programa bosta tako predstavljena indukcijski stroj in sinhronski stroj v tem koordinatnem sistemu. V nadaljevanju bom predstavil programsko okolje Lazarus in možnosti programiranja v njem. Prikazano bo delovanje izdelanega programa, ki je bil razvit v tem okolju, njegovih funkcij ter vseh opcij, ki jih ponuja uporabniku. Podlaga za prikaz v programu so izpeljane enačbe stroja v novem koordinatnem sistemu, vendar gre pri tem samo za simulacijo realnega delovanja in ne dejanskega preračunavanja v realnem času. Stroj lahko opazujemo v različnih stacionarnih stanjih pod različnimi pogoji (obremenitev ipd.). Tako orodje predstavlja dober pripomoček za učenje in vizualizacijo, hkrati pa se moramo zavedati njegovih omejitev, saj je delovanje realnega stroja veliko kompleksnejše.The topic of this thesis is a computer graphic simulation of operation of electromechanic converters (machines). Idea for simulation of induction machine, as well as other machines, was to present the vector theory to the students. In this case vectors, which rotate in space, are observed. How each of the variable\u27s vector is acting is shown through an animation. This makes the machine operation easier to visualize. The program interface, with its buttons and scrollbars, allows the user to influence the parameters and monitor the response. Firstly the transformations and graphic representation from input phase variables via resultant vector into arbitrary two phase reference frame are observed. The most appropriate new system for explanation of induction machine operation is the rotor field reference frame, which is taken as the basis for simulation. Through theory, with added pictures (printscreens) from program, the induction and synchronous machine will be analyzed in this reference frame. After that, I will describe the integrated development environment Lazarus and its capabilities. Program, which was developed in this environment, its functions and available options will also be shown. The basis for the program presentation are the machine derived equations in the new coordinate system. The user can observe the machine in different steady states under different circumstances (under load etc). A tool like this represents a great aid for learning and visualization, but at the same time one should be aware of its limitations, since the operation of a real machine is much more complex

    The delimitation of continental shelf through the prism of judgements of the International Court of Justice

    V svojem magistrskem diplomskem delu se bom osredotočila na problematiko pravil, ki urejajo razmejitev in določitev meje epikontinentalnega pasu. V veljavnih konvencijah lahko najdemo zelo malo število določb, ki urejajo pomorsko razmejitev, ki pa zaradi svoje ohlapnosti in nedoločnosti omogočajo veliko prostora za različne interpretacije. Temeljno pravilo predvideva določitev morskih meja s sporazumom med državami. Subsidiarno se pri razmejitvi teritorialnega morja uporabi metoda ekvidistance, razen če posebne okoliščine ali obstoj zgodovinskega naslova ne upravičujejo drugačnega poteka meje. Razmejitev epikontinentalnega pasu in izključne ekonomske cone se ureja s sporazumom na podlagi mednarodnega prava z namenom doseči pravično rešitev. Glede na to, da konvencije ne opredeljujejo pojmov, kot so pravična rešitev, posebne okoliščine in zgodovinski naslov, je izjemen pomen judikature Meddržavnega sodišča v Haagu. Skozi prizmo omenjene judikature želim prikazati, kako so se pravila za razmejitev epikontinentalnega pasu oblikovala in razjasnjevala. V tem okviru bom analizirala dejavnike in njihovo vlogo pri določanju meja s posebnim poudarkom na njihovem pomenu, ki jim ga priznava Meddržavno sodišče.In my Master thesis, I shall focus on the issue of rules, which determine delimitation and border demarcation of the continental shelf. The existing conventions reveal only a small number of provisions defining maritime delimitation, which due to its looseness and vagueness enable ample room for different interpretations. The basic rule predicts the determination of maritime boarders by agreement between the countries. In delimitation of the territorial sea, the method of equidistance is used for support, unless special circumstances or the existence of a historic title do not justify a different course of the border. Delimitation of continental shelf and exclusive economic zones are nevertheless determined by agreement on the basis of international law with the purpose of attaining an equitable solution. Due to the fact that conventions do not define concepts such as equitable solution, special circumstances and historic title, the case law of the International Court of Justice in the Hague is of the utmost importance. Through the prism of the aforementioned case law, I would like to present how rules for delimitation of the continental shelf were created and clarified. Within this framework, I shall analyse the factors and their role in determining boarders, with special emphasis on their meaning, recognized by the International Court of Justice

    Genetic characterization of broodstock brown trout from Bled fish-farm, Slovenia

    Background and Purpose: Due to environmental and economic concerns, Bled fish-farm is interested in establishing broodstocks of native brown trout (Salmo trutta L.). Progeny would be reared and released into rivers managed by the Fishing Club Bled. In this study was performed genetic characterization of broodstock from Bled fish-farm in order to assess hybridization of native brown trout of Danubian phylogeographic lineage with trout of the allochtonous Atlantic lineage. Material and Methods: DNA was isolated from fin clips of 20 males and 20 females from broodstock. PCR-RFLP technique was used for distinguishing between Atlantic and Danubian lineages on the basis of control region of the mitochondrialDNA(CRmtDNA) and lactate dehydrogenase gene (LDH). Results: Results show a high percentage of allochthonous genetic markers especially among females and confirm hybridization between native and introduced brown trout. Conclusions: Because of low percentage of native trout markers, Bled fish-farm decided to continue with collecting and genotyping fish to establish a broodstock with higher percentage of genetic markers characteristic for native trout of Danubian lineage

    Analiza genetičke strukture mladice (Hucho hucho) u srbiji na osnovu mitohondrijske i jedarne DNK

    The purpose of this study was to assess the genetic diversity of Serbian huchen and provide guidelines for conservation and management. Fourteen huchen individuals were collected from six localities. For all individuals the mitochondrial DNA control region and the NADH1 gene were sequenced, and two microsatellite loci were genotyped. Sequencing of two mtDNA loci showed the presence of the same haplotypes (Hh_CR_1 and Hh_ND1_1) in all investigated specimens and the complete absence of genetic variability at inter- and intra-populational level. However, analyzed individuals from Serbia have the largest number of control region repeats (average 8.7) compared to all other huchen populations from the Danube basin. Microsatellite data show that the most of Serbian huchens were placed in the “eastern” cluster except one individual from the Drina River which clustered with “western” samples, most likely a consequence of stocking. In spite of only two loci used, four unique alleles found in the studied Serbian and Drina basin population indicate that the Danube basin may possess more region specific alleles than previously thought, which could be of great importance for efficient species management in the future.Cilj ovoga rada je bio da se izvrši procena genetičkog diverziteta mladice u Srbiji, i da se na osnovu dobijenih rezultata daju preporuke za buduće očuvanje i upravljanje fondom mladice. Za ovu svrhu sakupljeno je 14 jedinki sa šest lokaliteta. Za sve sakupljene jedinke sekvencirana je kontrolna regija, NADH1 gen mitohondijske DNK i genotipizirana su dva mikrosatelitska lokusa. Sekvenciranjem dva mtDNK lokusa utvrđeno je prisustvo istih haplotipova (Hh_CR_1 i Hh_ND1_1) kod svih ispitanih jedinki, odnosno, potpuno odsustvo genetičke varijabilnosti na inter- i intra-populacionom nivou. Međutim, analizirane jedinke iz Srbije karakterišu se najvećim brojem ponovaka kontrolne regije (prosečno 8,7), u poređenju sa svim ostalim populacijama mladice iz dunavskog sliva. Analizom mikrosatelitskih podataka, utvrđeno je da se gotovo sve jedinke iz Srbije svrstavaju u “istočnu” grupu, izuzev jedne jedinke iz Drine, koja je svrstana sa “zapadnim” uzorcima, što je najverovatnije posledica poribljavanja. Kod analiziranih jedinki sa teritorije Srbije i iz celokupnog sliva Drine pronađena su četiri jedinstvena alela, uprkos analizi samo dva mikrosatelitska lokusa. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da dunavski sliv može posedovati više regionalno specifičnih alela nego što se ranije smatralo, što bi moglo biti od velikog značaja za uspešno upravljanje fondom mladice u budućnosti

    Use of SNP Markers Within the Fat Mass and Obesity-associated (FTO) Gene to Verify Pedigrees and Determine Haplotypes in Paternal Half-sib Families of Slovenian Simmental Cattle

    The objective of this preliminary study was to identify SNP markers within the FTO gene for evaluation of pedigree data accuracy and determination of haplotypes in paternal half-sib families of Slovenian Simmental cattle. Out of 23 polymorphic SNPs identified ten most informative SNPs for genotyping 31 sires and 56 half-sib progeny were used. The ATLAS program was used for paternity testing. Haplotype analysis revealed three haplotype blocks. The effect of SNPs “ex2 T>C” and “int2 indel*>T” was significant on three correlated carcass traits: live weight at slaughter (P= 0.03), carcass weight (P= 0.038), and lean weight (P= 0.048). The FTO gene can thus be regarded as a candidate for the marker assisted selection programs in our and possibly other populations of cattle. Future studies in cattle might also reveal novel roles of the FTO gene in carcass traits on livestock species as well as fatness control in other mammals
