    Efektivitas ekstrak daun salam (Syzygium polyanthum) terhadap jamur Pityrosporum ovale

    ABSTRAKDaun salam (Syzygium polyanthum) banyak digunakan sebagai obat tradisional untuk mengobati berbagai macam penyakit, salah satunya sebagai antimikroba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antimikroba dan konsentrasi efektif dari ekstrak daun salam (S. polyanthum) terhadap Pityrosporum ovale. Pengujian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dan metode pengujian antijamur dengan metode disc diffusion. Data diolah dengan SPPS versi 23. Konsentrasi ekstrak daun salam (S. polyanthum) yang digunakan yakni 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya potensi antimikroba pada semua konsentrasi ekstrak daun salam (S. polyanthum) yang ditunjukkan dengan zona bening di sekitar paper disk. Zona bening terbesar adalah 18,2 mm dan 15,03 mm diperoleh dari ekstrak daun salam (S. polyanthum) dengan konsentrasi 100%. Kata kunci: antifungi; disc diffusion; Pityrosporum ovale; Syzygium polyanthum ABSTRACTEffectiveness of salam leaves (Syzygium polyanthum) extract against Pityrosporum ovaleBayleaf (Syzygium polyanthum) is a plant that is used as a traditional medicine to treat various diseases. One of them is as an antimicrobial. This study aims to determine the antimicrobial activity and effective concentration of bayleaf extract against P. ovale. This research use a factorial completely randomized design and the antifungal disc diffusion method. The data were processed using SPPS version 23. The bayleaf (S. polyanthum) extract concentrations are 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. The results showed the presence of antimicrobial potential in all concentration of bayleaf (S. polyanthum) extracts indicated by the clear zone around the paper disk.     Pengaruh lama kerja dan pelatihan terhadap pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusui dini di RSU Royal Prima Medan

    Bidan sebagai salah satu petugas kesehatan mempunyai waktu yang banyak untuk berinteraksi dengan pasien bersalin. Dengan adanya upaya kesehatan ibu bersalin maka peran tenaga kesehatan sangatlah penting, karena bidan biasa memberikan keyakinan dan kepercayaan kepada ibu bersalin serta menuntun pelaksanaan IMD sesaat setelah bayi lahir. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan adalah bayi yang baru lahir sudah dibungkus dengan kain sebelum diletakkan di dada ibunya dan kesalahan lain adalah bayi bukannya menyusu tetapi disusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lama kerja dan pelatihan terhadap pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusui dini. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik  dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang bidan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara lama kerja dan pelatihan dengan pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusui dini dengan p-value sebesar 0.013 dan 0,008. Hasil uji regresi memperlihatkan bahwa bidan dengan mengikuti pelatihan akan meningkatkan melaksanakan inisiasi menyusui dini sebesar 11.1 kali dibandingkan dengan bidan yang tidak mengikuti pelatihan. Sedangkan bidan dengan lama kerja yang lebih lama akan meningkatkan pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusui dini sebesar 9 kali dibandingkan dengan bidan dengan masa kerja yang singkat

    Dermatitis kontak merupakan dermatitis yang disebabkan oleh bahan/substansi yang menempel pada kulit. Dermatitis terbagi menjadi dua yaitu : Dermatitis Kontak Iritan (DKI) dan Dermatitis Kontak Alergi (DKA). Menurut Data yang dipublikasikan oleh Departemen Kesehatan Tahun 2008 mengenai insiden dan prevalensi dermatitis di Provinsi Sumatera Utara Sebesar 26,3 %. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristik dermatitis kontak di Poli Klinik Kulit Kelamin RS. Putri Hijau Medan Tahun 2016. Karakteristik dalam penelitian ini meliputi usia, jenis kelamin dan pekerjaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa Dermatitis Kontak Iritan (DKI) merupakan jenis dermatitis dengan kasus tertinggi (77%) dibanding dengan dermatitis kontak alergi (23%). Dengan jenis kelamin perempuan paling banyak dijumpai (62%). Dan Kelompok Umur 25-44 tahun (40%) paling banyak dijumpai menderita dermatitis Kontak. &nbsp

    Analysis of Compliance Level of Nurse Personal Protection Use in Royal Prima General Hospital

    This study aimed to determine the level of compliance with the use of personal protective equipment as prevention of work accidents. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach in the Emergency Unit and Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Prima General Hospital.   The results showed a relationship between age and adherence to the use of PPE with p = 0.002. There is no correlation between years of service and compliance with the use of PPE with p-value = 0.75. There is a relationship between knowledge of compliance with the use of PPE with p-value = 0.009. There is a relationship between attitudes towards compliance with the use of PPE with p = 0.002. There is a relationship between the availability of facilities and compliance with the use of PPE with a p-value of 0.000. There is a relationship between compliance training on the use of PPE with p-value = 0.004. There is a control relationship to compliance with the use of PPE with p-value = 0.002

    Evaluasi Penerapan Saluran Informasi dan Penanganan Pengaduan (SIPP) bagi Peserta BPJS Kesehatan

    This study evaluates the application of Information Channels and Complaint Handling (SIPP) for BPJS Health participants at Sawit Indah Perbaungan Public Hospital. The research method uses in-depth interviews. There were nine informants in this study consisting of 5 BPJS participants and four informants who were Sawit Indah Perbaungan Public Hospital employees. The study results indicate that the usual obstacle Sawit Indah Perbaungan Hospital faces in implementing SIPP is the length of response or answers to the effects of complaints from BPJS participants who use the SIPP complaint service caused by the network. The benefit felt by BPJS Health participants with SIPP is that it is more effective in submitting complaints. In conclusion, overall, the application of SIPP for BPJS Health participants at Sawit Indah Perbaungan Public Hospital has been running effectively.     In an effort to improve the degree of public health, human resources are needed who have the capacity, competence and professionalism in their fields so that they are able to apply the knowledge and knowledge they have in health services to the community. Without competence supported by reliable human resources, a hospital will have difficulty competing with other hospitals. To improve HR performance, it is necessary to pay attention to satisfaction factors at work. To know and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, work quality, quantity of work, punctuality, work effectiveness, independence and work commitment on HR performance. is a descriptive research with a quantitative analytical approach. The population in this study was all human resources at RSU Martha Friska Multatuli Medan totaling 231 people, the sample of this study was 231 using total sampling techniques. of the study using the chi square statistical test obtained results: leadership style (p = 0.000), work motivation (p = 0.027), work quality (p = 0.000), work quantity (p = 0.000), punctuality (p = 0.00), work effectiveness (p = 0.000), independence (p = 0.000), work commitment (p = 0.000). Which shows the influence of HR performance of RSU Martha Friska Medan, and by using multiple logistic regression, the most dominant variable is work commitment, this can be seen from the Exp (B) value of 6,067 (which means that work commitment has 6 times more influence on the performance of human resources at RSU Martha Friska Multatuli Medan

    Stress is a non-specific response, the process of individual psychological disruption that can interfere with him in carrying out his job. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational and individual characteristics on the work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of Royal Prima Medan Hospital in 2019. This type of research is quantative with design cros-sectional. The sampling technique used the formula to take 25% of the total population, namely 60 nurses. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and research interview instruments. Data analysis was using the chi spearmen test if the p value <0.05 and multivariate using logistic regression statistical tests. The results of the research on the effect of autonomy on the occurrence of work stress obtained the correlation coefficient of 0.850 and p-value of 0.002, the interaction of nurses with the correlation coefficient of 0.916 and p-value of 0.000, family support, the result of the correlation coefficient of 0.785 and p-value of 0.010, conflict with co-workers as the result of the correlation. coefficient of 0.970 and p-value of 0.001. The five variables influence the work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital 2019. The conclusion of this study is that these five variables influence the work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of the Royal Prima Hospital Medan.
