    Capital markets provide opportunities for people to participate in the development of an economy. With the capital market, companies can more easily get capital from the community so as to create broad jobs and increase taxes for the government. The capital market as an instrument is not separated from various influences, especially the economic environment. The influence of the microeconomic environment for example the performance of the company can be seen from the financial ratios of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of return on equity, deb to equity ratio and current ratio on the share price of companies listed in jakarta islamic index with price earning ratio as variable moderating. The population and samples used were jii-registered companies from 2015 to 2019. The results show that by using a significant rate of five percent, roe variables have a significant influence on the share price, DER variables have a significant influence on the share price, CR variables have a significant influence on the share price, PER variables can significantly strengthen the influence of roe variables on the company's share price, PER variables can significantly strengthen the influence of DER variables on the company's share price , and per variables can significantly strengthen cr's influence on the company's share price

    Investors tend to calculate the company's ability to manage profits from assets and capital owned will affect the earnings value reflected in the price of a company's stock. Price Earning Ratio (PER) or also called earnings multiplier approach is a popular approach that uses earnings value to estimate intrinsic value. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression data analysis using spss 21 software. With companies listed on The Jakarta Islamic Index as a research sample shows that the ROA variable has a significant effect on PER seen from the t test where t counts 5.179> t table 1.658 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and with a coefficient value of 0.875. ROE variable has a significant effect on PER seen from t test where t counts 4.191> t table 1.658 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and with a coefficient value of 0.716. The author's signature contained in the letter is a strong sign of the validity of the order and can also be used as evidence or as a basis for taking certain actions. Letters which are also included in the matter of archives. Management and filing of letters is a process that includes the creation, recording, and archiving of all categories, both incoming and outgoing letters in an agency. Incoming letters are categorized as follows: Individual letters for leaders, secretaries, employees, and other official letters that require follow-up. Categorize official letters into routine service letters, important official letters, and secret service letters. The objectives of this study include: 1) Knowing the management of incoming mail archives in the Administrative Section (TU) of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat (SEKDA) of North Sumatra Province (SUMUT); 2) Knowing the inhibiting factors in the management of incoming mail archives; 3) Knowing the solution or handling of obstacles in the management of incoming mail archives. There are several types of insurance, namely health insurance, personal accident insurance, education insurance, and others. The type of insurance used in this study is health insurance. Everyone has a risk of developing a disease. If a person is stricken with a disease and is required to receive treatment and treatment in a hospital, it certainly requires a large amount of money and currently hospital costs are increasing. Therefore, preparation is needed to transfer these risks to insurance companies by participating in a health insurance program. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach.     Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mekanisme strategi segmenting, strategi targeting dan strategi positioning dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Gebu Prima Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekaan penelitian kualitatif (deskriptif). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan tringulasi sumber dan tringulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPRS Gebu Prima dalam melakukan segmenting pasarnya mengelompokkan dalam tiga elemen yaitu giografik, demografis, dan berdasarkan perilaku. Strategi Targeting BPRS Gebu Prima Medan mengunakan 3 alternatif yaitu undifferentiated marketing, diffentiated marketing, dan concentiated marketing. Akan tetapi lebih kepada undifferentiated marketing, tetap menggunakan konsep 5C yaitu character, capacity, capital, collateral dan condition of Ekonomic agar tidak terdapat risiko terutama dalam hal pembiayaan.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P seperti Product, Price, Promotion, Place terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada UMKM. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa di Setia Budi Kota Medan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling, menggunakan rumus Cochran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Lokasi penelitian di UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi Medan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Bauran pemasaran 4P berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa, Setia Budi. (3) Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. (4) Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. (5) Tempat tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. Hal tersebut disebabkan konsumen mengabaikan Harga, Promosi, Tempat dari produk yang dikonsumsinya.This study aims to determine the influence of the 4P marketing mix on Purchasing Decisions at MSMEs, such as Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis. The population of this study was consumers who had purchased the Syifa Potato Donut UMKM in Setia Budi, Medan City. Researchers used a non-probability sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling method, using the Cochran formula with a total sample of 99 respondents. The research location is at the Syifa Setia Budi Potato Donuts MSME, Medan. This study found that (1) 4P Marketing mix has a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions.     Efforts that can be made to reduce unemployment are by creating jobs. In creating jobs, it must be accompanied by an entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation, family environment and social media on entrepreneurial interest in FEBI UINSU Medan students. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach and a sample size of 372 people. The data obtained from distributing questionnaires will be tested with the SmartPLS 3.2 application tool. This study obtained the results of the t-value of the entrepreneurial knowledge variable of 3.873, motivation of 5.206, family environment of 5.398 and social media of 0.403 with a t-table value of 2.25. So it can be concluded that the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation and family environment have an effect while social media has no effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FEBI UINSU Medan students

    Customer Loyalty in the Islamic Banking Industry: Insights from a Case Study of BPRS Puduarta Insani's Marketing Strategy

    This research paper examines the role of relationship marketing, sharia compliance, and company image in influencing customer loyalty in the Islamic banking industry, moderated by customer satisfaction. The study focuses on a case study of BPRS Puduarta Insani's marketing strategy in Indonesia. The aim of the study is to provide insights into the factors that contribute to customer loyalty and to identify areas for improvement in the bank's marketing approach. The study uses a quantitative research method, collecting primary data through a Likert scale questionnaire. The data gathered from 99 participants are analyzed using SPSS 21.0, including tests of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, statistical significance, and pathway analysis. The results of the study reveal that variables related to relationship marketing and company image have a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, while variables related to sharia compliance have a positive and statistically significant effect on customer loyalty. The findings suggest that Islamic banks need to prioritize sharia compliance and cultivate a positive image to enhance customer loyalty.Penelitian ini mengkaji peran dari relationship marketing, kepatuhan syariah, dan citra perusahaan dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah di industri perbankan syariah, yang dimoderatori oleh kepuasan nasabah. Studi ini difokuskan pada studi kasus strategi pemasaran BPRS Puduarta Insani di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap loyalitas nasabah dan mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pendekatan pemasaran bank tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dari 99 responden dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 21.0, termasuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, signifikansi statistik, dan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang terkait dengan pemasaran hubungan dan citra perusahaan memiliki efek positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, sementara variabel yang terkait dengan kepatuhan syariah memiliki efek positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa bank syariah perlu memprioritaskan kepatuhan syariah dan membangun citra positif untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah
