Today organizations are competing not on the basis of their sizes but by the quality of their inputs and the processes that they employ to convert inputs into the outputs. Keeping in view that min this study looks into the impact of some HR Practices on perceived financial performance in the Bank of Khyber. The study uses a sample of 142 managers collected from 116 bank branches from all over Pakistan. The hypothesized relationships are tested using Amos 18 through path analysis. Out of the three hypotheses the empirical data supported two while one has not been supported. Overall, the study validates the theory of good HR practices have positive relationship with perceived financial performance of the banks. The Future research should examine the impact of this perception on the actual performance. The current study is purely quantitative. Therefore there is a need of carrying out a qualitative study with the same variables to get more subtle findings. This research could also be replicated in other banks and comparison could be drawn for more holistic results and increasing the generalizablility of the results

Sharia has been implemented and practiced as code of life in Chitral for centuries. The state of Chitral remained under control of Mehter till 1954 AD. What are its advantages and disadvantages? The role of Waali Chitral in the annexation to Pakistan, the integration of the state of Chitral and its effects? Answers to many important questions are given in the relevant article (Introduction and History of Former State of Chitral)

Convex and Concave Hypersoft Sets with Some Properties

Abstract. Convexity plays an imperative role in optimization, pattern classification and recognition, image processing and many other relating topics in different fields of mathematical sciences like operation research, numerical analysis etc. The concept of soft sets was first formulated by Molodtsov as a completely new mathematical tool for solving problems dealing with uncertainties. Smarandache conceptualized hypersoft set as a generalization of soft set (hS, E) as it transforms the function hS into a multi-attribute function hHS. Deli introduced the concept of convexity cum concavity on soft sets to cover above topics under uncertain scenario. In this study, a theoretic and analytical approach is employed to develop a conceptual framework of convexity cum concavity on hypersoft set which is generalized and more effective concept to deal with optimization relating problems. Moreover, some generalized properties like ÎŽ-inclusion, intersection and union, are established. The novelty of this work is maintained with the help of illustrative examples and pictorial version first time in literature

The Glorious Quran has been revealed by Allah Almighty as a guidebook for the entire humanity of the world. So, its understanding is necessary in the way that is closest to the meaning of Allah Almighty. That is why, the highest level of understanding of Glorious Quran is Tafsir al-Quran with the Holy Quran. Then, the best and standard source of interpretation of the Quran is with the Hadith of our beloved Holy Prophet PBUH. After that the tafsir of Quran is very important in the light of Holy Companion's sayings. Like that a source of Tafsir is literal interpretation. So, in this paper, this specific aspects of tafsir have been discussed that the sources through which the literal interpretation of the Holy Quran can be done, along with it, how a special arrangement has been made about it and how these sources can be utilized? Therefore, in this article, there are discussions about deriving commentary from the books of Mu'ajm, Aaarab Al-Qur'an, and Al-wajuh o Al-Nazair, as well as briefly describing the authors of these books and their compilations and presented many examples as a sample for them

Oil Price Flux and Macroeconomy of Oil Exporters

Oil is an important energy source, embodies the largest commodity market in the world. Global economic performance has been highly correlated with oil price changes. The study considered 10 major oil exporters to measure the effect of oil price changes on their economies considering variables: Oil Prices (OP), Inflation (CPI) , GDP deflator, Lending interest rate (IR), real interest rate (RIR), Official Exchange Rate (EX), and Net domestic credit (LDU).  By applying Johansen Co-integration techniques, long run relationship among variables has been analyzed covering the time period from 1970 to 2019. In order to find the short run relationship, Error Correction Model (ECM) technique is used. Study affirmed that there exist a strong relation among economic variables and oil price fluctuations; however the intensity of relationship displays a variation. Oil prices are associated with GDP deflator and RIR significantly as compared to other variables. Moreover, it can be suggested that each country should observe it own economic strategy in response to price change to reflect on economic policy instead of following some other country trends

Efficiency Test of Forecasts: an illustration for Carbon Emission

World Economies are facing numerous challenges concurrently. Among them one of most pertinent is global warming. Almost all the countries are victims of climate changes. Therefore, several economic mechanisms in environmental policy have been adopted to combat the distasteful impacts of climate change. The implication of environmental policies for clean energy environment in a country can be accessed via several channels. Forecast analysis is one of them, it reveals the forthcoming arrangement. The direction of the forecast trend discloses the current as well as potential outlook, indicating the intensity of policy brunt. The study evaluated the forecast and their accuracy to ensure the performance of forecast. Carbon emission in Gulf countries and their forecast are used as a case study. ARIMA model is used to obtain the forecast. Afterward, to evaluate the forecast performance, the study utilized the different efficiency criterion defined by Nordhaus (1987). By following the several efficiency test study found consistent and efficient forecasts.  These performance tests ascertain the reliability and accuracy of the trend followed by forecasts.  Accurate Forecasts direct better policy formation and management decision with buoyancy. Moreover, earlier policy resolution becomes more lucid

    Liouville-Type Results for a Two-Dimensional Stretching Eyring–Powell Fluid Flowing along the z-Axis.

The purpose of this study is to establish Liouville-type results for a three-dimensional incompressible, unsteady flow described by the Eyring–Powell fluid equations. The fluid is studied in a plane Ωp while it moves along the z-axis. Therefore the main functions to analyze are given by u(x,y,z,t) and v(x,y,z,t) , belonging to Ωp . The results are obtained for globally bounded initial data as well as their corresponding derivatives, and the variations in velocity along the z-axis belong to the space L2 and BMO . Under such conditions, Liouville-type results are obtained and extended to Lp, p>2.post-print285 K

ISRAELITES APOSTASY AND DEATH PENALTY: A RESEARCH REVIEW

    Get PDF
Regarding the chain of Prophethood, Allah Almighty sent most of the Prophets to Banī Isrāīl. These prophets directed them to monotheism and prevented from disbelief and polytheism. The history of the ancient nations shows that the most disobedient nation was Banī Isrāīl which took the path of apostasy many times and they were severely punished for this crime. In relation to apostasy's penalty, both the Qur‘ān and the Bible have a common statement. Both books are convinced of the death penalty for apostates. However, the critics mostly criticize Islam only and ignore the teachings and severe punishments of the Bible. This short article reviews the apostasy and punishment of the Children of Isrāīl and seeks to prove that the decision of both the Bible and the Qur‘ān is the same when it comes to apostasy punishment
