āMuslim Rimbaā: Dialectic of Indigenous Belief Bukit Dua Belas National Park (TNBD) Jambi: āMuslim Rimbaā: Dialektika Keyakinan Adat Taman Nasional Bukit Dua Belas (TNBD) Jambi
Islam is the universal belief of mankind and as a dialogical religion is able to interact with various beliefs, various cultures and local traditions that develop in a multicultural society such as Indonesia. "Muslim Rimba" is associated as a religious subject who can reconcile the interpretation of Islamic teachings into local beliefs or the Religion of Rimba. An ethnographic approach was used in this study. Descriptions of observations, source interviews and participatory experiences are the strengths it. The findings of this study indicate after to be a Muslim Rimba view that the rituals and beliefs of rimba people are still carried out as a form of acculturation and respect for the teachings of indigenous peoples without leaving the commandments of the religious law they adhere to. The Muslim Rimba consistently participated in rituals such as Godong (Bebalai and Mandiko Budak); Sedang (Bedikir, Ngicap Rapah, Melantok Kedundung and Orang Beranok) and Kecik (Nyambatko Tuhan, Pepatiah Budak and Sanggokko)
Women's Leadership Styles: Indonesian Context
This study aimed to explore and describe the leadership styles of a female principal in one state senior high school in Indonesia, as well as how the perceptions of the school members about her leadership style. This study used qualitative method with a case study approach. The participants were six people, including the principal, vice principal (student affairs), vice principal (curriculum), head of administration, student council president and security guard. Interview data were analyzed using "within a case and cross-case analysis" between participants. The results showed that the leadership style of the female principal included masculine, feminine, transactional, and transformational leadership styles. The findings indicate that all of the styles can be applied simultaneously in accordance with the needs and conditions in the school. Furthermore, the school members support her leadership with appropriate managerial and leadership processes, which can provide motivation and encouragement to teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities. The implementation, based on the social capacity of the principal's performance is quite good and is very much felt by the creation of a good organizational climate. School members argue that there is no significant difference between female and male leadership in managerial terms, with the criteria of the principal as a leader having a visionary ability, having the ability to see possibilities and opportunities in the future and be open to changing times
Survivorship patterns of histopathological variants and molecular subtypes of breast cancer in a teaching hospital in Nigeria
Objective: To study the relationship of histopathological characteristics, molecular subtypes of breast cancer and survival in a low resource setting.Design: Tumours from prospectively ascertained patients newly diagnosed with breast cancer were analyzed. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections were constructed into tissue micro-arrays and immunostained with five anti-bodies. Five molecular subtypes were determined.Settings: The study was conducted jointly in the Department of Pathology of University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin in Nigeria and at the University of Chicago in the United States.Subjects: The study included a total of 203 histologically confirmed breast cancer patients whose pathological specimens were processed in the Department of Pathology of University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Nigeria between January 2003 and December 2007.Results: Mean age at diagnosis was 49.2 (SO Ā±11.9) years. Median time from symptom onset to cancer diagnosis was six months. Median follow-up time was 8.3 months. Median tumour size at diagnosis was 6cm. The proportion of ER+, PR+, HER2+ tumours were 27%, 16% and 30%, respectively. The most common molecular subtype was basal-like (25.1%) followed by unclassified (24.0%), luminal A (20.5%), HER2+/ER( 19.3%) and luminal B (11.1 %). Luminal A and B had best prognosis while basal-like and unclassified had worst prognosis. ER+ patients had longer duration of symptoms to diagnosis (median 8 months) than ER- patients (5 months) but ER+ patients had smaller tumours (median 5cm) than ER-patients (6cm, p=0.02). Recurrence-free survival was best for stage 1 and worst for stage 4 tumours. About 32.6% of patients had locoregional and/or metastatic recurrence. Conclusions: In consecutive breast cancer cases in Nigeria, almost half of patients were triple negative. Luminal A and B subtypes had best prognosis while triple negative had worst prognosis. The delay in breast cancer diagnosis and higher proportion of late stage of breast cancer underscores need for prompt diagnosis and initiation of treatment, especially hormonal therapy for ER positive patients

Numerical Solutions of ideal two-fluid equations very closed to the event horizon of Schwarzschild black hole
The 3+1 formalism of Thorne, Price and Macdonald has been used to derive the
linear two-fluid equations describing transverse and longitudinal waves
propagating in the two-fluid ideal collisionless plasmas surrounding a
Schwarzschild black hole. The plasma is assumed to be falling in radial
direction toward the event horizon. The relativistic two-fluid equations have
been reformulate, in analogy with the special relativistic formulation as
explained in an earlier paper, to take account of relativistic effects due to
the event horizon. Here a WKB approximation is used to derive the local
dispersion relation for these waves and solved numerically for the wave number

On-brane data for braneworld stars
Stellar structure in braneworlds is markedly different from that in ordinary
general relativity. As an indispensable first step towards a more general
analysis, we completely solve the ``on brane'' 4-dimensional Gauss and Codazzi
equations for an arbitrary static spherically symmetric star in a
Randall--Sundrum type II braneworld. We then indicate how this on-brane
boundary data should be propagated into the bulk in order to determine the full
5-dimensional spacetime geometry. Finally, we demonstrate how this procedure
can be generalized to solid objects such as planets.Comment: 5 pages, RevTeX4, v2: Main algorithm and results substantially

Can electro-magnetic field, anisotropic source and varying be sufficient to produce wormhole spacetime ?
It is well known that solutions of general relativity which allow for
traversable wormholes require the existence of exotic matter (matter that
violates weak or null energy conditions [WEC or NEC]). In this article, we
provide a class of exact solution for Einstein-Maxwell field equations
describing wormholes assuming the erstwhile cosmological term to be
space variable, viz., .
The source considered here not only a matter entirely but a sum of matters
i.e. anisotropic matter distribution, electromagnetic field and cosmological
constant whose effective parts obey all energy conditions out side the wormhole
throat. Here violation of energy conditions can be compensated by varying
cosmological constant. The important feature of this article is that one can
get wormhole structure, at least theoretically, comprising with physically
acceptable matters.Comment: Some changes have been mad
Transverse Wave Propagation in Relativistic Two-fluid Plasmas in de Sitter Space
We investigate transverse electromagnetic waves propagating in a plasma in
the de Sitter space. Using the 3+1 formalism we derive the relativistic
two-fluid equations to take account of the effects due to the horizon and
describe the set of simultaneous linear equations for the perturbations. We use
a local approximation to investigate the one-dimensional radial propagation of
Alfv\'en and high frequency electromagnetic waves and solve the dispersion
relation for these waves numerically.Comment: 19 pages, 12 figure
