    This study aimed to know the role of Javanese leadership in the Java company, which was owned by the leader and employee. The purpose of this research was to know the understanding and view of the owner of the company to Javanese leadership. Starts from identifying leader and employee perception on the practice leadership based on the values in the Javanese culture. Javanese culture which was the root of the Java society, had a big part in the character building of the leader in Indonesia. The practice leadership based on the value in th Javanese culture become an integral part in the Javanese leadership practice in company. This study uses qualitative methods in which data collection was the role of Javanese leadership. The sample in this study were workers have work experience of minimal 10 years at CV Batik Indah RaraDjonggrang Yogyakarta. Results obtained from this study states that of the five elements of Javanese cultue that is gotong royong, rukun, bisa rumangsa, sepi ing pamrih rame ing gawe, aja dumeh already reflects the role of Javanese culture in the CV Batik Indah Rara Djonggrang Yogyakarta

    This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method which was conducted at the Anwarul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Lintas Utara Village, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. As well as checking the validity of the data is to use the triangulation technique. The findings from this study indicate that the cultivation of character values implemented at Anwarul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is through a boarding system, learning, exemplary, and habituation. While the obstacles that arise in the process of cultivating these character values are two, namely obstacles that come from within and obstacles from outside the Islamic Boarding School. The Islamic Boarding School's efforts to overcome internal factor barriers through the provision of sanctions and coaching are carried out by reciting recitation and calling students specifically while external factors are carried out by requiring all students to live in dormitories. Obstacles caused by the lack of awareness of the parents of the students were carried out through activities that were carried out together and through calling the parents of the students

    The Effects of Cells Temperature Increment and Variations of Irradiation for Monocrystalline Photovoltaic

    Photovoltaic cell technology has been developed to meet the target of 17% Renewable Energy in 2025 accordance with Indonesia Government Regulation No. 5 2006. Photovoltaic cells are made of semiconductor materials, namely silicon or germanium (p-n junction). These cells need the light that comes from solar irradiation which brings energy photons to convert light energy into electrical energy. It is different from the solar heater that requires heat energy or thermal of sunlight that is normally used for drying or heating water. Photovoltaic cells requires energy photons to perform the energy conversion process, the photon energy can be derived from sunlight. Energy photon is taken from the sun light along with the advent of heat due to black-body radiation, which can lead to temperature increments of photovoltaic cells. Increment of 1°C can decreased photovoltaic cell voltage of up to 2.3 mV per cell. In this research, it will be discuss the analysis of the effect of rising temperatures and variations of irradiation on the type monocrystalline photovoltaic. Those variation are analyzed, simulated and experiment by using a module of experiment. The test results show that increment temperature from 25° C to 80° C at cell of photovoltaic decrease the output voltage of the photovoltaic cell at 4.21 V, and it also affect the power output of the cell which decreases up to 0.7523 Watt. In addition, the bigger the value of irradiation received by cell at amount of 1000 W / m2, produce more output power cells at the same temperature

    The Socio-Historical Criticism Toward Sunnah and Ijma' In Fazlur Rahman Perspective

    Sunnah and Ijma' are among the two propositions of Islamic law used by all schools of Sunni, which by Fazlur Rahman as a neo-modernist gives both specific concepts, and he succeeded in answering orientalists’ criticisms regarding the existence and strengths. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, and includes library research type. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique. The results of this study show that Fazlur Rahman recognizes the Sunnah and Ijma’ as the postulates of Islamic law, and he also describes them based on social and historical conditions critically, and refutes all criticisms and doubts of the orientalists, with the arguments can be proven by facts, data, and spectacular. This shows that the Sunnah and Ijma’ in Fazlur Rahman's view are the same as the previous classical scholars, and he is even able to describe them in a socio-historical and historical-critical frame. Abstrak: Sunnah dan Ijma’ merupakan diantara dua dalil hukum Islam yang digunakan oleh semua mazhab Sunni, yang oleh Fazlur Rahman sebagai seorang neo-modernis memberikan konsep keduanya yang spesifik, dan ia berhasil menjawab kritikan-kritikan para orientalis mengenai eksistensi dan kekuatan keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis, dan termasuk jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fazlur Rahman mengakui Sunnah dan Ijma sebagai dalil hukum Islam, dan ia juga memaparkan keduanya berdasarkan kondisi sosial dan historis secara kritis, serta membantah semua kritikan dan keraguan para orientalis, dengan argumen-argumen yang dapat dibuktikan dengan fakta, data, dan spektakuler. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Sunnah dan Ijma dalam pandangan Fazlur Rahman sama dengan para ulama klasik terdahulu, dan bahkan ia mampu menguraikan keduanya dalam bingkai sosio-historis dan kritik-historis.     This study aims to analyze the acceptance of the CEISA system implemented at the Main Service Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise Type B Batam City. Based on the Decree of the Director General of Customs and Excise No.351/BC/2017 regarding the application for submission of customs declaration documents with the CEISA Application System. Respondents of this research are import and export companies that perform customs services with a sample of 60 users, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Based on the conclusions obtained from the research results and by using Path Analysis assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics V22, it proves that the perceived ease of use of CEISA directly affects the perceived usefulness of CEISA significantly. Perceived usefulness directly affects attitudes towards CEISA is significant. The perceived usefulness of CEISA which indirectly affects the acceptance of CEISA is significant and the attitude towards CEISA towards the acceptance of CEISA is significant

    Kajian mengenai adat dan syarak pada konteks kekinian masih relevan dan menarik ketika dikaitkan dengan Islamisasi Nusantara, terutama pada beberapa wilayah Melayu yang tersebar di Sumatera, sebagian Kalimantan dan Sulawesi. Salah satu wilayah Sumatera yang diakui sebagai pusat peradaban Islam-Melayu adalah Jambi, dimana sejak abad ke-14 telah berhasil mendeklarasikan kerajaaan Islam Melayu dan mengintegrasikan dua sistem pemerintahan dan sistem hukum melalui kelembagaan adat. Sebuah institusi yang dijadikan patron oleh masyarakat Melayu karena mampu mengakomodasi bahkan mengintegrasikan kepentingan budaya lokal dan kepentingan agama. Buku ini mengulas bagaimana tradisi masyarakat Melayu menjadikan adat sebagai pola tutur, pikir dan tindak berkenaan dengan etika, hukum dan kebiasaan warisan nenek moyang. Sementara syarak sebagai sumber hukum teologis karena bersumber dari Allah dan Rasul-Nya, bersifat universal, absolut, dan abadi. Keduanya dinegosiasikan oleh penguasa kerajaan Islam Melayu ketika itu dan pemerintahan adat saat ini, tokoh agama, serta pemangku adat, yang mewacanakan kebutuhan masyarakat Melayu, adatpun memeroleh justifikasi syar’ī—yang dibenarkan secara metodologis—dalam proses penemuan hukum Islam. Sehingga lahir falsafah “Adat bersendi syarak, Syarak bersendi Kitabullah“. Bahkan falsafah ini diklaim oleh banyak wilayah Melayu dalam dan luar negeri, sebagai justifikasi atas keber-Islaman budaya mereka.     The obligation of ‘iddah for divorced women has been under rule of Islam. Meanwhile, it is also obligation for men to provide his divorced women a material support during ‘iddah period. It aims to facilitate her for living survival after the firstly time divorce. However, the rule possibly changes if the divorce is condemned in terms of thalaq ba’in, a condition in which the men takes three-divorce or state the third divorce to women with its implication to the prohibition for getting remarriage except only if the women has been under married by other men. For this case, the four ulama’s (with four schools of thought) have different decisions, but Imam Ahmad ibn Hambal determined that there is no obligation for providing material support for the divorced woman with thalaq ba’in. The enforcement of this law is based on the hadith as narrated by Asy-Sya’bi from Fathiman binti Qais from Rasulullah on the women with thalaq ba’in

    Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk dan materi sosialisasi yang telah dilakukan oleh PT. Kirana Sekernan terhadap calon petani mitra , mendeskripsikan respon calon petani mitra atas sosialisasi yang telah dilakukan oleh PT. Kirana Sekernan dan mengungkapkan makna pola kemitraan yang ideal perspektif petani mitra (plasma) dalam rencana aktivitas bermitra dengan PT. Kirana Sekernan untuk pembangunan kelapa sawit di lokasi kajian. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penggabungan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini ditempuh model dominant-lest dominan design, dengan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai pendekatan utama (qualitative dominant) dan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai pendekatan pendukung (quantitative- less dominant). Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa dalam rangka pembangunan kebun kelapa sawit pola kemitraan, Perusahaan telah melakukan sosialisasi kepada calon petani mitra di Desa Lubuk Ruso. Materi sosialisasi terkait dengan rencana pembangunan perkebunan kelapa sawit yaitu bentuk kongkrit pola kerja sama antara Perusahaan dengan pemilik lahan, serta mencari kesepakatan-kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan kedua belah pihak. Tahap awal sosialisasi yaitu tahun 2008 pola kemitraan yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat melalui koperasi, dengan cara masyarakat menyerahkan lahan untuk dibangunkan kebun oleh Perusahaan, dengan pola pembagian lahan 40 : 60 (40 % lahan untuk perkebunan inti dan 60 % untuk plasma). Pada tahun 2009 pola ini mengalami Perubahan menjadi 50 : 50. Perubahan pola kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan tanpa melalui proses “dialog” bersama masyarakat menyebabkan respon calon petani mitra terhadap sosialisasi rencana pembangunan kebun kelapa sawit oleh PT. Kirana Sekernan menjadi negatif
