The procurement of goods/services is funded from the State/Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and generally always increases from year to year. Likewise, the components of the State/Regional Revenue/Expenditure Budget expenditure in the form of capital expenditure (investment)/direct expenditure, the implementation of which is carried out through the procurement of goods/services. In realizing the capital expenditures/directly carried out through the procurement of goods and services involving various parties, namely users, are parties who need goods/services, and providers of goods/services, are parties who carry out work or services, which are carried out based on official requests or orders. or a contract on the part of the user.How is the legal arrangement for the procurement of official clothing in Medan City Government based on Presidential Regulation Number 4 of 2015, how are the stages and legal mechanisms carried out by Medan City Revenue Service in the procurement of official clothing, what are the legal solutions carried out by Medan City Revenue Service regarding the procurement of official clothing.The results of the study indicate that the legal arrangement for the procurement of official clothing in Medan City Government based on Presidential Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2010 concerning the Procurement of Government Goods/Services has regulated completely and in sufficient detail in the process of procurement of government goods/services. The stages and legal mechanisms carried out by Medan City Revenue Service in the procurement of official clothing are if the parties commit acts that are not in accordance with the provisions for the procurement of goods and services based on Presidential Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2010 concerning the Procurement of Goods/Services The government will then be penalized in the form of administrative sanctions, sued for compensation / civil lawsuits, reported for criminal proceedings. Analisis Kinerja Protocol OLSR Pada Jaringan Ad Hoc

Abstrak: Analisis kinerja dengan menggunakan protocol Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) pada jaringan ad hoc telah didapatkan hasil Quality of Service atau QoS terhadap nilai throughput, packet loss dan delay serta uji performa proses transfer data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Network Simulator 3 (NS-3) pada sistem operasi Linux Ubuntu, berdasarkan jumlah node yang terus ditambah sesuai dengan skenario pengujian pada jaringan ad hoc. Skenario pengujian dilakukan dengan penambahan node secara bertahap mulai dari 10 node, kemudian ditambahkan menjadi 20 node, sampai berjumlah 40 node. Hasil analisis kinerja protocol Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) serta pengukuran yang didapatkan terhadap nilai throughput, menghasilkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3.1872 Kbps sehingga termasuk ke dalam kategori bagus. Nilai packet loss menghasilkan rata-rata sebesar 3,48% termasuk kedalam kategori bagus dan nilai delay menghasilkan rata-rata 6.824 ms yang juga masuk ke dalam kategori bagus. Hasil akhir analisis kinerja dengan menggunakan protocol Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) pada jaringan ad hoc telah disajikan dalam bentuk grafik untuk memudahkan proses pengamatan dan penelitian selanjutnya

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATION SUPERVISION AT PABA BINJAI VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

The purpose of this study was to know the mechanism for the implementation of  education supervision in the Binjai PABA Vocational High School. This study used a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data through interview methods. The technique of analyzing data with tape is usually processed first before it is ready to be used through recording, typing, editing, or transcribing. The subject of the research was the principal and one of the teachers at PABA Binjai Vocational High School. The results showed that schools’ supervision is going well with the provision of supervision ± 3 times a year and continuing to carry out evaluations to teachers, especially productive teachers, namely agricultural vocational school teachers. Supervision is carried out impromptuly so the teacher has no preparation at all, this is better than there is preparation and can see how high the quality of the teacher in teaching. Metode Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learnig (Pbl)

This study aims to determine whether the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in the environmental pollution material in class X SMA Negeri 1 Darussalam Aceh Besar. The research was conducted in class X of SMA 1 Darusalam Aceh Besar of 20 students. This research was carried out of 2 cycles. Student learning outcomes data are obtained by giving a test (evaluation) in the form of a description of environmental pollution material. The research results were analyzed by descriptive analysis techniques and percentages. The results of observations of students' critical thinking abilities which showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II which was 59.75% in cycle I to 75.25% in cycle II. And student learning outcomes also increased from 70% in the first cycle to 85% in the second cycle. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models can improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes

ANALISIS NILAI EDUKATIF DALAM NOVEL GURUKU SAHABATKU KARYA RYAN ANGGA PRATAMA

Abstrak.Persoalan karakter pendidikan di Negara kita merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang banyak terjadi, terutama dalam lingkungan sekolah dan  masyarakat. Pembentukkan karakter sangatlah penting dilakukan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas karakter yang dicerminkan dalam prilaku, sikap serta moral seseorang. Novel merupakan salah satu media baca yang banyak diminati oleh khalayak ramai. Novel juga dapat dijadikan sebagai media penanaman serta peningkatan kualitas karakter seseorang. Novel Guruku Sahabatku Karya Ryan Angga Pratama merupakan salah satu contoh novel yang memiliki banyak nilai-nilai pendidikan didalamnya. Yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan untuk mengembangkan serta memperkenalkan siswa mengenai contoh nilai pendidikan yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta mengetahui apa saja nilai pendidikan yang terdapat dalam novel dan memberikan sumbangan ilmu yang dapat bermanfaat bagi dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan desain penelitian analisis isi dalam menganalisi novel Guruku Sahabatku karya Ryan Angga Pratama. Hasil analisis yang didapat ialah novel ini merupakan novel motivasi, yang berisikan tentang perjalanan dan pengalaman hidup yang dialami oleh penulis serta memberikan gambaran kehidupan seorang guru. Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada PT. Matahari Department Store Plaza Mulia Samarinda

Tujuan Studi :Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Matahari Department Store Plaza Mulia Samarinda, data penelitian diperoleh berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang mengambil sampel sebanyak 92 karyawan perusahaan. Metodologi :Pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode survei, dan dengan alat bantu yaitu kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui link google form. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear sederhana berdasarkan hasil output dari aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil :Sehingga diperoleh nilai : Y = 0.532 + (0.802X). dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, didapatkan nilai beta 0.532, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan karyawan pada PT. Matahari Department Store Plaza Mulia Samarinda. Dengan perolehan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0.753 artinya, pelatihan mempengaruhi pelatihan sebanyak 76%, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 24% dipengaruhi oleh variabel – variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Manfaat :Dalam pelaksanaannya, kualitas pelayanan sangat dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana karyawan dalam bekerja memahami serta menjalankan apa yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya kepada perusahaan. Berbagai macam bentuk pelatihan wajib diterapkan oleh setiap karyawan, karena pelatihan yang baik akan menghasilkan kualitas pelayanan yang baik pula. Keberhasilan pelatihan akan menghasilkankualitas pelayanan yang baik dan merupakan citra perusahaan, juga dapat dijadikan pedoman serta tolak ukur karyawan dalam menjalankan pekerjaan maupun dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terkait dengan pekerjaannya

A STRATEGY TO PROMOTE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSME) DURING THE CONDITION OF COVID 19 PANDEMICS

The research is aimed to review competitiveness strategies of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) during the pandemic of Covid 19 to the MSME creative industries of Kp. Pelintahan notably. This research used primary and secondary data and used a descriptive qualitative approach for criticism to analyze the latest problems of MSME creative industries in this pandemic of Covid 19, which used semi-structured interviews, participative observation, and questionnaires for data accumulation technic. Then used AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and continued with SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy for solving it. The respondence of this research is about ten employees of MSME creative industries Kp. Pelintahan. The result of SWOT analysis is about 0,49 for IFAS and -1,54 for EFAS. Based on SWOT Matrix, the MSME Creative Industries position in Kp. Pelintahan is on 2nd Quadran for rating, which MSME Creative Industries employees of Kp. Pelintahan can take advantage of even a little strength to minimize a terrifying threat. The primary strategy is the Diversification Strategy with their salespeople to market their products MSME Creative Industries Kp. Peranan Bidang Olahraga Dispora Provinsi Riau dalam Mendukung Pembinaan Atlit Pelajar di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2012

This research is motivated by a not optimal and uneven development of studentathletes in Riau Province. This study aims to describe the role of Head of Sport insupporting students in Riau Province in 2012, and to determine the factors thatinfluence the performance of the Head of Sport in improving student achievementand well-being of athletes in Riau Province in 2012. Sites for this research RiauProvince is located Dispora housed in Pekanbaru. Subjects were 9 people in theDispora informants related Riau province in the field of sports. Engineering major orprimary data collection using interviews. Results reveal that the Dispora's role insupporting the development of student athletes is to hold a sporting event. In addition,the implementation of PPLP to support student athletes achievements. According tothe athletes, facilities and infrastructure provided by the Dispora during the coachingprocess is quite adequate. There are no significant obstacles during the developmentprocess. ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN BPJS NON PBI PADA RUMAH SAKIT PEMERINTAH DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Poor management and health services bpjs health participation provided by the hospital to patients turned out to cause a lot of losses both hospitals and for patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect bpjs patient satisfaction with health services. The design of this study is cross sectional study. The population in this study was all BPJS Non PBI patients in the Inpatient Room of Labuang Baji Hospital. Sampling technique is accidental sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire sheet. Analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence between reliability (p = 0.002), empathy (p = 0.000), responsiveness (p = 0.037), assurance (p = 0.000), with the satisfaction of inpatient BPJS Non PBI in Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City. While the tangible variable (p = 0.545) had no effect on the satisfaction of BPJS Non PBI patients at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City. Based on the results of the logistic regression test, it shows that the empathy variable is the most dominant variable. Keywords : Patient Satisfaction, Empathy, Hospitalization
