    Salah satu strategi penanggulangan TB paru yang direkomendasikan oleh WHO adalah strategi DOTS yang salah satunya adalah pencatatan dan pelaporan secara baku untuk memudahkan pemantauan dan evaluasi program penanggulangan TB paru.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui hubungan antara karakteristik petugas TB paru puskesmas dengan kelengkapan dan kebenaran pengisian formulir TB 01.Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan metode survei.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petugas TB paru puskesmas yang berjumlah 35 orang.Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi yaitu 35 orang Analisi dengan menggunakan program komputer dengan tingkat kemaknaan untuk menguji HO adalah <0,05%.Analisa bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan kelengkapan pengisian formulir TB 01 adalah pendidikan dengan P Value 0,028 berarti bermakna yaitu ada hubungan pendidikan dengan kelengkapan pengisian formulir TB 01 dan pengawasan dengan P Value 0,028 berarti bermakna,yaitu ada hubungan pengawasan dengan kelengkapan pengisian formulir TB 01.Sedangkan untuk kebenaran pengisian formulir TB 01 tidak ada 1 variabelpun yang berhubungan Saran perlu dilakukan calon petugas TB 01 dengan kriteria tingkat pendidikan minimal akademi,serta peningkatan pengawasan baik dari tingkat kabupaten (Supervisi,bimbingan teknis) dan dari atasan langsung (Kepala Puskesmas) Kata Kunci: TB paru,formulir,pengisian,kelngkapan,kebenaranTB

    CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF A UNIT OF A TEXTBOOK USING CRITICAL APPLIED LINGUISTICS AND CRITICAL DISCOURSE ANALYSIS

    New Interchange 3 (Richards, 2005) is one of textbooks used for English language teaching and learning (ELT), which covers English macro skills and language aspects. However, a question of appropriateness for ELT is raised. In order to answer this question, a unit is analysed by using aspects of Critical Applied Linguistics (CAL) and Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The analysis results reveal that CAL encourages the use of local context to anticipate learners’ constraints and CDA suggests that hidden messages implied in the texts and dialogues contain good moral values that should be taught to learners.     Penelitian yang ini dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Parakanlima, kelas V semester II tahun ajaran 2012/2013 bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC terhadap kemampuan membaca karangan narasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. desain ini terdiri dari dua kelompok penelitian, yakni kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang masing-masing jumlah sampel sebanyak 23 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 19 siswa kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes obyektif sebanyak 10 soal dengan 4 pilihan. Validitas tes dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment. Koefisien reliabilitas tes = 0,55 ini dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Spearman Brown. Hasil penelitian dengan penghitungan hasil tes, diperoleh rata-rata nilai pretes kelas eksperimen sebesar 8,43 sedangkan dikelas control sebanyak 8,00. Pada hasil rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen menunjukan peningkatan sebesar 9,26 setelah diberi perlakuan model pembelajran kooperatif tipe CIRC, sedangkan hasil rata-rata kelas kontrol menjadi 8,36 setelah diberi perlakuan dengan model konvensional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu dengan penghitungan U-tes dengan rumus Mann-Whitney menunjukan bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan penghitungan thitung =-1,88 dan ttabel= -1,96 pada taraf signifikan = 0,05 dan derajat kebebasan (dk) = n-1 diperoleh -1,96. Sehingga hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan ditolak. Dengan demikian, tidak terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC dalam membaca karangan narasi siswa kelas V SDN 2 Parakanlima

    The aims of the research is to describe the thinking process at senior high school students in solving the application problems of the derivative function viewedfrom personality type choleric. The research was a descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the research were students of class XII Senior High School 1 Surakarta, who has personality type choleric.     The research was a descriptive qualitative. The prosedure of selecting the subjects used purposive sampling. The data of the research was collected by using think aloud method. The validity of the data used was triangulation. The results of the research showed that problem solving of personality type phlegmatic: (a) understanding the information  by looking at the questions, then making a picture, had no difficulty in turning information into mathematical form and looking back at the questions to find the things in questions, (b) solving the problems by planning a solution that is started from the specified requirements in the matter, experiencing difficulty to change the equation initial information to be used in the calculation, and was not able to find the other formula which was different from the derivative function; (c)  convincing the answer by looking back at the existing calculation, adjusting the obtained solution that was based on actual event and re-adjusting it to the problem in questio

    In this research, descriptive method with quantitative approach is used to calculate and describe RGEC method .Sampling technique using Jugement Sampling technique. Results during the period 2013-2015 using RGEC method show that the bank with the healthy predicate in 2013 are BSM, BRI Syariah, BJB Syariah and Bank Victoria Syariah while the predicate is healthy is Bank SyariahBukopin. In 2014, banks with healthy predicate are BSM and BJB Syariah while the predicates are BRI Syariah, Bank SyariahBukopin, and Bank Victoria Syariah. In 2015 banks with a healthy predicate are BSM, BRI Syariah and Bank SyariahBukopin while the predicate is healthy enough BJB Syariah and Bank Victoria Shariah

    Critical Analysis of a Website: a Critique Based on Critical Applied Linguistics and Critical Discourse Analysis

    E-learning was easily found through browsing internet, which was mostly free of charge and provided various learning materials. Spellingcity.com was one of e-learning websites for teaching and learning English to learn spelling, vocabulary and writing, which offered various games and activities for young learners, 6 until 8 year old learners in particular. Having considered those constraints, this paper aimed to analyse the website from two different views: (1) critical applied linguistics (CAL) aspects and (2) critical discourse analysis (CDA). After analysing the website using CAL and CDA, it was found that the website was adequate for beginner, in which it provided fun learning through games as well as challenged learners' to test their vocabulary. Despite of these strengths, there were several issues required further thinking in terms of learners' broad knowledge, such as, some of learning materials focused on states in America. It was quite difficult for EFL learners if they did not have adequate general knowledge. Thus, the findings implied that the website could be used as a supporting learning material, which accompanied textbooks and vocabulary exercise books

    Composing an Evaluation Form for Selecting a Call Software Package

    The use of computer in educational institutions and the growth of computer users each year led to the development of computer assisted language learning (CALL) software package. CALL had been used extensively for teaching and learning, which assisted teachers to provide various learning materials. However, the questions of which software package was suitable and appropriate for learners or whether learners and teachers were able to use the software package often raised ever since. It was widely known that a checklist, questionnaires and interviews were common ways to conduct an evaluation of a CALL software package. From those three ways, questionnaires and a checklist were the most common evaluation form established to analyse a software package. Therefore, this article aimed at how a teacher was able to select appropriate criteria and to compose an evaluation form in order to analyse a CALL software package. This paper was a non-research paper, which focused on reading past and current literatures of analysing a software package for learning a language. This paper discussed that behaviourist and acquisition approaches (Hubbard, 1982) were the appropriate criteria to assess usefulness of a software package from teacher and learners' perspectives related to their experience of teaching and learning a language. Meanwhile, Bradin (1999) introduced two steps; feasibility and quality, in which feasibility focused on understanding the basic requirement of a software package and quality were ensuring users to know the content, operation, and format qualities of a software package. The content quality should highlight the curriculum, learners' needs, and the appropriateness of learning materials. On the other hand, the format quality was chosen for making sure that the design of a software package was interesting for the users and each tool was able to be used effectively. Additionally, the operation quality was selected as a software package should provide a demo or preview instruction in order to minimise troubles when it was being operated by users in the classroom.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui peranan mengenai modal kerja; 2) Untuk mengetahui peranan mengenai perilaku kewirausahaan pengrajin industri; 3) Untuk mengetahui peranan mengenai kemampuan manajerial; 4)Untuk mengetahui peranan mengenai pemasaran; 5)Untuk mengetahui peranan persediaan bahan baku industri rajut Binong Jati. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan survei. Pengolahan data menggunakan statistika deskriptif .Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha industri rajut bingo Jati dengan sampel sebanyak 75 pengusaha. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa keberhasilan usaha dapat dilihat berapa besar laba yang diperoleh, selanjutnya keberhasilan dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek. Yaitu modal kerja pengusaha dominan sebesar Rp.10.000.000 – Rp.72.000.000. Perilaku kewirausahaan dikategorikan sangat tinggi, kemampuan manajerial dikategorikan sedang. Pemasaran dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Persediaan bahan baku setiap bulannya sebanyak 60 – 608 Kg perbulan
