    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Propinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian assositif kuantitatif dengan 2 (dua).variabel.Variabel X yaitu motivasi merupakan penelitian dengan sub variabel(1)Intrinsik,meliputi: Keberhasilan Pelaksanaan, Pengakuan, Pekerjaan itu sendiri, Tanggung Jawab dan Pengembangan,dan (2)Ekstrinsik,meliputi: Teknis Supervisi, Hubungan Antar Pribadi, Kebijaksanaan dan Instansi, Pendapatan atau Bonus, dan Londisi Kerja, Variabel Y yaitu kinerja pegawai dengan sub variable:(1)Kuantitas Kerja,(2)Kerjasama,(3)Inisitif atau Prakarsa,(4)Adaptasi dan (5)Kehadiran atau Presensi. Fenomena yang terjadi antara lain melanggar disiplin sehingga perumusan masalah yang dapat diambil “Adakah Hubungan Antara Motivasi Dengan Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Propinsi Jawa Timur”. Berdasarkan hipotesis penelitian yaitu “Diduga Ada Hubungan Motivasi Dengan Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Propinsi Jawa Timur. Populasi yaitu semua pegawai yang telah menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Propinsi Jawa Timur. Sebanyak 186 orang.Sampel atau responden yang diambil sebanyak 125 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data primer da data sekunder. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan korelasi Rho Spearman dengan rumus ρ = 1 – 6Σb12 n(n2 – 1) yang diinterprestasikan dengan tabel interprestasi koefisien korelasi rho spearman. Untuk membuktikan harga t hitung = 0,14 dimana hasil tersebut dikonsultasikan dengan tabel pedoman interprestasi koefisien korelasi hasil tersebut terletak antara 0,00 – 0,199 yang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan yang sangat rendah.Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Tehaga Kerja Propinsi Jawa Timur. Sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu sebesar 1,57 ternyata t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel yang nilainya (1,960). Jadi tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai

    The purpose of this research is to show the illustration of the financial performance in food and beverages companies during the years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. Since the Indonesian economic crisis which began in middle 1997, most of industry sectors, including food and beverages companies, had some constraints in producing and actualizing their products. One of the important things in making decisions for company managers, creditors, and the future investors is the bankruptcy analysis model to predict company's bankruptcy. This research used two models developed by Edward I. Altman (Model Z-Score) and Christine V. Zavgren (Logit Model). The result of this research is, generally, the financial conditions of the food and beverages companies are in bad conditions. This situation is connected with the low profitability, liquidity, and activity rates of those companies

    EFEKTIVITAS PENDEKATAN OPEN-ENDED DAN CTL DITINJAU DARI BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA KELAS VII

    This research aimed to describe the effectiveness of the open-ended and CTL approach in terms of creative thinking. This research was quasi-experimental study design with nonequivalent pretest-posttest design goup. The research population was all students in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sekampung which consisted of five classes. The research sample consisted of two classes is determined randomly. First experimental group was treated the open-ended and experimental group II were treated CTL approach. The one sample t-test carried out to investigate the effectiveness of the open-ended and CTL approach. Data collection techniques used were tests. Engineering tests used to measure student creative thinking on basic competencies: 1) identify the properties of a rectangle, square, trapezoid, parallelogram, rhombus and a kite; 2) calculate the circumference and area of a rectangle up and use it in problem solving both before and after treatment.     The problem dealt with in this research is quranic educational leadership related with educational leadership principles; sacred, profane and combined one. This research uses quranic verses concerning educational leadership. The method used in collecting data is recollecting, arranging, describing, and mentioning leadership concept. Techniques used to verify data are observation, triangulation technique, colleague verifying technique, and content analysis. Steps for this research are done by collecting, investigating, deciding, and amalgamating Quranic verses to search leadership concept within it. This research is bibliographical research with mawdu\u27iy method and explorative qualitative approach to reconstruct.This research results in several following conclusions: first, sacred leadership has six terms, that is, Al-Malik, Al-Hada, Al-Wala, Al-Rabb, Al-Qahhar and Al-Kabar. These terms have six advantages --responsibility and mercy in the hereafter and this world and flipsides -- in human kind point of view there is less democracy (syura), justice (‘adalah), freedom (hurriyah), equality (musawa), and guaranted availability of absolute perfectness.Secondly, profane leadership has eight terms; Khalifah, Ulil Amri, Mala\u27, Im_mah, Sultan, Naqab, Sadah, and Qawwaman. These terms have disanvantages--responsibility and mercy only in this world and plus point --there is more democracy (syura), justice (‘adalah), freedom (hurriyah), equality (musawa), and there is no guaranted availability of absolute perfectness. Thirdly, educational leadership, which combines sacred and profanity, creates realistic educational leadership. Integration between human\u27s submission to God and his rationality brings him to happiness in this world and the hereafter. Hence, combination of sacred and profane educational leadership produce the leadership of “Khalifah Rububiyah” which is equilibrium between sacred teachings and reality in this world. Thus, the principles; democracy, (syura) justice, (‘adalah) freedom (hurriyah) and equality (musawa) in educational leadership can be achieved optimally based on responsibility and mercy in this world and hereafter and guarantee of this world perfectness

    This research is motivated by the problem of Mathematics in Elementary Schools or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). In practice, learning begins with an explanation of concepts accompanied by examples, followed by practical questions. This learning approach tends to only practice basic mathematical skills in a limited and isolated manner and the questions presented are not relevant in student’s daily lives, so learning is less meaningful. It was discovered in MIN 1 Sleman that grade II students had difficulty understanding subtraction material and roman numerals from the basic concepts of mathematics. Therefore, from the problems in the field the researchers are trying to develop numeracy flearning media that applies abstracts in learning. development of mathematics learning tools for grade II calculation funnels to form the basic concepts of mathematical abstraction thinking is done using 7 steps or a Research and Development method by Borg & Gall. The quality of learning device products developed through a series of validity tests by validator experts, teachers, and peers continued with limited trials including tests of learning performance, student responses, and trialling the learning outcomes of excellent category scores, so that the learning tools developed were feasible to use

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan menulis eksposisi mahasiswa Program Studi S-1 Pariwisata yang diajar dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe Think-Talk-Write dan yang diajar tanpa menggunakan model kooperatif tipe Think-Talk-Write; (2) keefektifan model kooperatif tipe Think-Talk-Write dalam pembelajaran menulis eksposisi mahasiswa Program Studi S-1 Pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain Randomized Control Group Pretest – Posttest Design. Populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi S-1 semester 2 Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan metode nontes berupa penugasan menulis eksposisi. Kemudian, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan pada hasil pembelajaran menulis eksposisi mahasiswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Think-Talk-Write dan mahasiswa tanpamenggunakan model pembelajaran Think-Talk-Write. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai Sig (2-tailed) di kelas postes pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol kurang dari 0,050.     HUBUNGAN ANTARA DUKUNGAN SOSIAL KELUARGA DENGAN DEPRESI PADA REMAJA DI SMPN KOTA MALANG

    Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari anak- anak menuju dewasa. Perubahan yang terjadi pada masa remaja dapat memicu munculnya gangguan kesehatan mental, salah satunya adalah depresi. Depresi yang terjadi pada masa remaja akan berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya episode depresi mayor pada masa dewasa. Keluarga merupakan support system terdekat bagi remaja. Dukungan sosial keluarga yang optimal dapat meningkatkan perilaku adaptif remaja. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan crossectional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan depresi pada remaja di SMPN 11 Kota Malang. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 94 responden dengan teknik sampling proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dukungan sosial dan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS). Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Spearman rank. Hasil dan analisis: Sebagian besar responden mendapatkan dukungan sosial dari keluarga dalam kategori tinggi, yaitu sebanyak 81 responden (86,2%) dan sebagian besar responden tidak mengalami depresi, yaitu sebanyak 69 responden (73,4%). Dari uji statistik didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,016 (<0,05), yang artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan depresi pada remaja. Diskusi dan Kesimpulan: Dukungan sosial yang diberikan keluarga berperan efektif dalam mengatasi tekanan psikologis yang dialami individu pada masa-masa sulit. Dukungan sosial keluarga yang tinggi diperlukan untuk mencegah timbulnya depresi pada remaja dalam menghadapi masa transisi

    Perubahan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Remaja Setelah Diberi Promosi Kesehatan Mental

    The aim of this research is to determine differences in changes in knowledge and attitudes of adolescents after being given mental health promotion. This research method is pre-experimental design with one pre-test-posttest group. This research was conducted on students of SMAN 2 Sukoharjo who were given health promotion. The results of the research before being given health promotion were 91 people who had sufficient knowledge. After being given health promotion, 91 people had good knowledge. Before being given the health promotion, 93 teenagers had Sika in the low category. After being given health promotion, 91 people had attitudes in the high category. There is a difference in teenagers' knowledge before and after health promotion (p value = 0.001). There is a difference in teenagers' attitudes before and after health promotion (p value = 0.001). The conclusion is that there is an increase in knowledge and attitudes after being given health promotion regarding mental health in adolescents. It is recommended that nurses provide health promotion to teenagers directly in schools.   Keywords: Adolescents, Health Promotion, Mental healt
