    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo establecer un modelo de negocio para un food truck de desayunos en una universidad privada de Chiclayo. La metodología aplicada para la investigación es cualitativa – exploratoria, se fundamenta en un proceso inductivo (explorar, describir y luego generar perspectivas teóricas), es decir va de lo particular a lo general; esta metodología permite obtener información en base a entrevistas realizadas a la comunidad universitaria. La investigación busca conocer la aceptación del modelo de food truck de venta de desayuno, se basó en el modelo Lean Canvas, desarrollado en el libro Running Lean de Ash Maurya, nos da un enfoque de nueve (9) dimensiones para tener en cuenta y poder lograr un modelo de negocio de éxito. La propuesta de valor obtenida, consiste en vender productos saludables que les ayude a promover la calidad y bienestar de la salud de nuestros clientes, por ello se ofrecerán desayunos elaborados a base de frutas, cereales andinos y sándwich preparados al instante, ofrecidos en unos envases biodegradables, cumpliendo con los estándares de salubridad. Asimismo se tendrá variedad en los productos a ofrecer, para que el cliente pueda escoger y se brindará una atención rápida y personalizada con la finalidad de cumplir con uno de los aspectos que los clientes valoran.Tesi

    HSC Year 1 cosmology results with the minimal bias method: HSC×\timesBOSS galaxy-galaxy weak lensing and BOSS galaxy clustering

    We present cosmological parameter constraints from a blinded joint analysis of galaxy-galaxy weak lensing, Δ ⁣Σ(R)\Delta\!\Sigma(R), and projected correlation function, wp(R)w_\mathrm{p}(R), measured from the first-year HSC (HSC-Y1) data and SDSS spectroscopic galaxies over 0.15<z<0.70.15<z<0.7. We use luminosity-limited samples as lens samples for Δ ⁣Σ\Delta\!\Sigma and as large-scale structure tracers for wpw_\mathrm{p} in three redshift bins, and use the HSC-Y1 galaxy catalog to define a secure sample of source galaxies at zph>0.75z_\mathrm{ph}>0.75 for the Δ ⁣Σ\Delta\!\Sigma measurements, selected based on their photometric redshifts. For theoretical template, we use the "minimal bias" model for the cosmological clustering observables for the flat Λ\LambdaCDM cosmological model. We compare the model predictions with the measurements in each redshift bin on large scales, R>12R>12 and 8 h1Mpc8~h^{-1}\mathrm{Mpc} for Δ ⁣Σ(R)\Delta\!\Sigma(R) and wp(R)w_\mathrm{p}(R), respectively, where the perturbation theory-inspired model is valid. When we employ weak priors on cosmological parameters, without CMB information, we find S8=0.9360.086+0.092S_8=0.936^{+0.092}_{-0.086}, σ8=0.850.11+0.16\sigma_8=0.85^{+0.16}_{-0.11}, and Ωm=0.2830.035+0.12\Omega_\mathrm{m}=0.283^{+0.12}_{-0.035} for the flat Λ\LambdaCDM model. Although the central value of S8S_8 appears to be larger than those inferred from other cosmological experiments, we find that the difference is consistent with expected differences due to sample variance, and our results are consistent with the other results to within the statistical uncertainties.     A review of diagnostic and functional imaging in headache

    The neuroimaging of headache patients has revolutionised our understanding of the pathophysiology of primary headaches and provided unique insights into these syndromes. Modern imaging studies point, together with the clinical picture, towards a central triggering cause. The early functional imaging work using positron emission tomography shed light on the genesis of some syndromes, and has recently been refined, implying that the observed activation in migraine (brainstem) and in several trigeminal-autonomic headaches (hypothalamic grey) is involved in the pain process in either a permissive or triggering manner rather than simply as a response to first-division nociception per se. Using the advanced method of voxel-based morphometry, it has been suggested that there is a correlation between the brain area activated specifically in acute cluster headache — the posterior hypothalamic grey matter — and an increase in grey matter in the same region. No structural changes have been found for migraine and medication overuse headache, whereas patients with chronic tension-type headache demonstrated a significant grey matter decrease in regions known to be involved in pain processing. Modern neuroimaging thus clearly suggests that most primary headache syndromes are predominantly driven from the brain, activating the trigeminovascular reflex and needing therapeutics that act on both sides: centrally and peripherally

    [Abstract] Intracellular signalling mediated by secreted Wnt proteins is essential for the establishment of cell fates and proper tissue patterning during embryo development and for the regulation of tissue homeostasis and stem cell function in adult tissues. Aberrant activation of Wnt signalling pathways has been directly linked to the genesis of different tumours.     Measurement of the Top Quark Mass in the Dilepton Channel

    We report a measurement of the top quark mass using six candidate events for the process pbarp->ttbar->l^+ nu l^- nubar b bbar + X, observed in the D0 experiment at the Fermilab ppbar collider. Using maximum likelihood fits to the dynamics of the decays, we measure a mass for the top quark of m(top) = 168.4 +- 12.3 (stat) +- 3.6 (syst) GeV/c^2. We combine this result with our previous measurement in the ttbar->l+jets channel to obtain m(top) = 172.1 +- 7.1 GeV/c^2 as the best value of the mass of the top quark measured by D0.Comment: 48 pages, 22 figures (encapsultaed postscript), Submitted for publication in Physical Review

    The Cancer Genome Atlas Comprehensive Molecular Characterization of Renal Cell Carcinoma

    Renal cell carcinoma(RCC) is not a single disease, but several histologically defined cancers with different genetic drivers, clinical courses, and therapeutic responses. The current study evaluated 843 RCC from the three major histologic subtypes, including 488 clear cell RCC, 274 papillary RCC, and 81 chromophobe RCC. Comprehensive genomic and phenotypic analysis of the RCC subtypes reveals distinctive features of each subtype that provide the foundation for the development of subtype-specific therapeutic and management strategies for patients affected with these cancers. Somatic alteration of BAP1, PBRM1, and PTEN and altered metabolic pathways correlated with subtype-specific decreased survival, while CDKN2A alteration, increased DNA hypermethylation, and increases in the immune-related Th2 gene expression signature correlated with decreased survival within all major histologic subtypes. CIMP-RCC demonstrated an increased immune signature, and a uniform and distinct metabolic expression pattern identified a subset of metabolically divergent (MD) ChRCC that associated with extremely poor survival

    Hot-wire chemical vapor deposition and characterization of p-type nanocrystalline SiC films and their use in Si heterojunction solar cells

    Wide optical bandgap p-type nanocrystalline silicon carbide (p-nc-SiC) films deposited by hot-wire chemical vapor deposition were used as window layers in n-type crystalline Si heterojunction (HJ) solar cells. The effect of H-2 flow rates on the material properties of p-nc-SiC films was investigated by X-ray diffractometer and Raman spectroscopy. Moreover, the optical and electrical properties, such as optical bandgap (E-g), dark conductivity, and activation energy (E-a), of p-nc-SiC films were also measured. It was found that H-2 flow rates played an important role in forming of p-nc-SiC films and increasing the E-g, and decreasing the E-a of p-nc-SiC films. Moreover, the effect of hydrogenation process of the amorphous Si buffer layer on solar cell characteristics was investigated. After the deposition and hydrogenation parameters were optimized, the Si HJ solar cells with the open-circuit voltage of 0.59 V, short-circuit current density of 38.06 mA/cm(2), fill factor of 62.03%, and the conversion efficiency of 14.09% could be obtained.
