Demand of Toyota Avanza in Semarang city for year to year always even significant raising .This study aim to examine is influence between price of Toyota Avanza, income by consumer, post traded services, price of another car and expectations about level of price in the future for demand of Toyota Avanza using primer data. Methods to get data was quesioner tecnics with claster sampling methods had given to consumer of Toyota Avanza every Toyota Avanza dealers in Semarang city. This research use Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation methods with three dummy variabel. Before all, was did classic assumptions test that is heterokedasticity test and multikolinieritas test. A significant positive relationship was observed between income by consumer and demand of Toyota Avanza, these influence had elastic. Other even, Significant negative relationship was observed between price of Toyota Avanza and demand of Toyota Avanza, these influense had elastic. So that, inclusion about Toyota Avanza still a superior goods to consumer of Toyota Avanza in Semarang city.Post traded services, price of other car and expextations aboout level of price in the future not influence for demand of Toyota Avanza

Catecholamines are active plant-based drug compounds in Pisum sativum, Phaseolus vulgaris and Vicia faba Species

Introduction: Catecholamines (L-DOPA and dopamine) are the key metabolites found in nervous system and their endogenous deficiency is associated with different patho-physiological disorders. Therefore, it is important to screen the new herbal sources of catecholamines for drug preparation. In this study, the amount of L-DOPA and dopamine were investigated in the leaves and roots of three species from legume family such as Pisum sativum (garden pea), Phaseolus vulgaris (haricot bean) and Vicia faba (broad bean); using TLC and HPLC. Methods: The seeds of P. sativum, P. Vulgaris and V. faba were treated and cultured under the glasshouse conditions. The extraction from 1 gram of each plant sample was obtained and assayed for L-DOPA and dopamine using thin layer chromatography (TLC) and reversed-phase HPLC. Results: The results indicated that all cultivars accumulated different levels of L-DOPA and dopamine in leaves and roots. The quantitative results showed that the metabolites concentrations were high in the leaves of P. Sativum and V. faba compared to that in roots. Conclusion: The present study may provide a new avenue for preparation and estimation of L-DOPA and dopamine from plant sources and may be used for further analysis and therapeutic studies.</p

Ownership Structure, Corporate Governance and Dividend Policy: Evidence from Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between ownership structure, corporate governance, and dividend policy. The sample in this study is a financial company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014–2016. The results showed that managerial ownership is positively related to dividend policy. Institutional ownership is negatively related to dividend policy. Model-driven engineering techniques and tools for machine learning-enabled IoT applications: A scoping review

This paper reviews the literature on model-driven engineering (MDE) tools and languages for the internet of things (IoT). Due to the abundance of big data in the IoT, data analytics and machine learning (DAML) techniques play a key role in providing smart IoT applications. In particular, since a significant portion of the IoT data is sequential time series data, such as sensor data, time series analysis techniques are required. Therefore, IoT modeling languages and tools are expected to support DAML methods, including time series analysis techniques, out of the box. In this paper, we study and classify prior work in the literature through the mentioned lens and following the scoping review approach. Peningkatan Literasi Kesehatan Digital Bagi Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga di Posyandu Flamboyan, Bekasi

Internet allows people to access various types of information, including health information. The problem is not all of the health information that circulating through Internet come from reliable sources. This community service intended to enhance the digital literacy on health information for the housewives in Flamboyan integrated healthcare center, Bekasi. Digital health literacy known as e-health literacy is the ability to seek, find, understand, and appraise health information from electronic sources and apply the knowledge gained to addressing or solving a health problem. These abilities are important especially for housewives since scientific research shows that there is a significant correlation between the levels of mother's literacy and the health of family. Through this community service, the housewives in Flamboyan integrated healthcare center were trained to detect hoax through a simple fact-checking process. We found out that none of the participants know how to verify the health information that they get through social media or messaging application. They were only suspicious about the information that they get if the information contains title, content, or image that does not make sense. This community service has successfully shared the effective and simple way for housewives to do fact-checking process of health information with their own smartphones

Allelic polymorphism of 'Makoei' sheep myostatin gene identified by polymerase chain reaction and single strand conformation polymorphism

Myostatin, a transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-) super family member, has been well documented as a negative regulator of muscle growth and development. Myostatin with 376 amino acids is synthesized as a precursor protein. In this study, polymorphism of myostatin gene in Iranian 'Makoei' sheep breeds was investigated by polymerase chain reaction and single strand conformation polymorphism technique (PCR–SSCP). Genomic DNA was isolated from the blood of 92 sheep. A 417 bp myostatin intron 1 segment was amplified by standard PCR, using the locus specific primers. Four different SSCP patterns, representing four different genotypes, were identified. The frequencies of the observed genotypes were , 0.293, 0.130, and 0.163 for AD, AC, AE, and BC, respectively. Allele frequencies were 0.4185, 0.0815, 0.2283, 0.2065 and 0.0652 for A, B, C, D and E. Observed heterozygosity (Hobs) value was 0.7192. The chi-square test showed significant (P&lt;0.05) deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium for this locus in studied population.Key words: Myostatin gene, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), single strand conformation polymorphism technique (SSCP), Ovis aries
