CELURIT WARISAN KARYA MUNA MASYARI: PSIKOANALISIS JACQUES LACAN

    Get PDF

Purpose: This synopsis of the European Communication Professional Skills and Innovation (ECOPSI) benchmarking Interim Report explains the complex landscape of competencies required by European communication practitioners and explores the underlying constructs that contribute to competence namely skills, knowledge and personal attributes. Design/methodology/approach: Through a partnership, the methodology draws on the expertise of six leading European universities in communication research around a common goal of mutual interest. The research approach draws on a systematic literature review along with an extensive desk research benchmarking technique conducted by each of the partners. The study builds on prior research on skills and knowledge of communication practitioners. Findings: The findings highlight gaps in knowledge about the specific competencies required by European communication practitioners and will underline the current contemporary issues faced by the profession. This information served as the framework for the ECOPSI program (an EU funded research project). Practical implications: The synopsis increases awareness of the competence and capability factors of communication professionals in Europe to key stakeholders. It aims to increase understanding of the training and development needs of communication practitioners across Europe. Social implications: The synopsis highlights what practitioners consider to be important skills, knowledge and personal attributes across different countries which is essential in today’s globalized industry. This contributes to EU mobility targets and expectations for European workers. Originality/value: This study benchmarks the educational and practice landscape in six key regions of Europe to demonstrate that the elements focusing on skills, knowledge and personal attributes of European communication professionals can be synthesized using competencies as the foundational element

Proposing Jagani Tradition of Buton as a Convergent Cultural Intervention for the Demographic Dividend

Indonesia is estimated to face a demographic dividend in the next few years. The Indonesian government had programmed demographic dividend convergence in various domains, including the health sector. The stunting derivation program was strongly associated with the first 1000 days. We recommended a strategy for initiating convergence through the jagani tradition. This tradition was the potential to be a medium of intervention to achieve a positive demographic dividend for several reasonable arguments. First, the aspect of time was the moment of marriage which is considered a sacred moment marking the union of two persons to form a family. Second, the element of the actor leading the ritual, bhisa, is culturally highly respected because it impacts a bride‘s married life. Third, the speech in the jagani tradition contained household guidance materials covering various dimensions of life. These three aspects complemented each other in delivering messages for forming quality families and accomplished generations. The adjustment of the jagani verbal message convergently touched potential targets: the new families of prospective parents of the next generation. Internalization converges at the beginning through the jagani tradition. Keywords: jagani tradition, Indonesian demographic dividend, convergence, cultural interventio

The Rising Vulnerability of Indonesian Language Culture: Analyzing the Encoded Politeness in the Use of Plural Second-Person Pronouns

This article explored the use of Indonesian pronouns by young people in Indonesia. The way in which they use pronouns erodes Indonesian culture encoded in Indonesian pronouns. They use the pronouns kamu (you, second-person singular pronoun), kalian (you, second-person plural pronoun), kita (we (you and me), first-person plural pronoun), and kami (we (not including you), first-person plural pronoun) that do not comply with Indonesian grammar. The data was collected by observing language used among the younger generation online and in everyday speech. The data was analyzed using a book on Indonesian grammar by A. M. Moeliono et al. The results discovered that Indonesian pronouns express politeness, particularly in the use of kamu and kalian (you, second-person plural pronouns), and the differences between first-person plural pronouns kita (we (you and me), first-person plural pronoun), and kami (we (not including you), first-person plural pronoun). Quantum Error Correction and Holographic Information from Bilocal Holography

Bilocal holography is a constructive approach to the higher spin theory holographically dual to O(N)O(N) vector models. In contrast to other approaches to bulk reconstruction, bilocal holography does not take input from the dual gravitational theory. The resulting map is a complete bulk/boundary mapping in that it maps the complete set of O(N)O(N) invariant degrees of freedom in the CFT, to the complete set of higher spin degrees of freedom. After restricting to a suitable code subspace we demonstrate that bilocal holography naturally reproduces the quantum error correcting properties of holography and it gives a robust bulk (entanglement wedge) reconstruction. A gauge invariant entangled pair of CFT degrees of freedom are naturally smeared over a semicircle in the bulk spacetime, which is highly suggestive of bit threads. Finally, we argue that finite NN relations in the CFT, when interpreted in the dual AdS spacetime, can provide relations between degrees of freedom located near the boundary and degrees of freedom deep in the bulk.Comment: 31 pages, 6 figure

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic requires everyone to behave in a healthy way and prevent the spread of the virus in very simple ways such as wearing a mask, keeping a distance, preventing crowds, washing hands and there is also a behavior to do a rapid or swab if you want to leave the area, but this behavior is partly Most people have not behaved optimally to prevent the spread of the virus. The solution that can be done is a community approach with the development of the Leininger model theory carried out by the surrounding community and assistance from FKK Unusa students. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyze the development of a community-based Leininger nursing theory model through mentoring Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery Unusa students and community leaders to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in East Java. Methods: Research design using explanatory which aims to explain the causal relationship between variables. The research population is the community around the residence of the students of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery and community leaders with a sample size of 30% of the population, the sampling technique used is proportional sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and observations. The independent variable is the development of the Leininger model theory, while the dependent variable is the degree of public health. Variables were analyzed descriptively on each variable and then analyzed by t-test to determine the difference between the independent variable and the dependent variable with a significance level of 0.05. Results: The results showed that there were differences before and after mentoring students with community leaders regarding the development of the Leinenger theory model and the degree of public health. The results of the statistical test with the results obtained sig = 0.000 < 0.05 probability means that there is a difference before and after the companion on the development of the Leinengre theory model with the degree of public health. The statistical test results obtained sig = 0.000 < 0.05 probability, which means that there is a difference in the development of Leininger's nursing theory model with the degree of public health with the assistance of Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery Unusa students and community leaders in East Java. Conclusion: There are differences in knowledge, attitudes, behavior and degrees of public health before and after mentoring students with community leaders to prevent the spread of Covid 19
