Second, to find out why the occurrence of the crime of falsification of certificates of land in the resort city of Pekanbaru police law. Third, To know the efforts made by the police and other interested parties on the prevention of the crime of falsification of certificates of land in the resort city of Pekanbaru police law.This type of research is a juridical sociological research, because the author directly examine the problems that occur. This research was conducted in the City Police Pekanbaru, while the sample population is a whole party related to the issues examined in this study, the data source used, primary data, secondary data and data tertiary data collection techniques in this study with interviews, literature study and observation.From the research there are three main issues that can be inferred. First, many cases of forgery of certificates in the city this pekanbaru which has not been revealed or reported. Second, the internal and external factors that hinder enforcement of the law against the crime of counterfeiting this certificate, the lack of evidence, lack of testimony from witnesses as well as well as the lack of clarity about the status of the land. Thirdly, the intention of seeking its own advantage by falsifying land titles be causing the crime of falsification of this certificate. Suggestions writer, first, it must improve the performance of Pekanbaru City Police in dealing with the crime of forgery of certificates. Studi Variasi Laju Pelepasan Kalor Kondensor High Stage Sistem Refrigerasi Cascade R22 Dan R404a Dengan Heat Exchanger Tipe Concentric Tube

Sistem refrigerasi cascade merupakan kombinasi dua sistem refrigerasi tunggal yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan temperatur sangat rendah dimana aplikasinya adalah sebagai cold storage. Salah satu kelebihan dari cascade ini adalah dalam hal penghematan daya kompresor yang berkaitan langsung dengan penghematan konsumsi listrik bila dibandingkan dengan multistage. Eksperimen yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan refrigerant R-22 pada high stage dan R-404A pada low stage. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara switching kecepatan fan yang berbeda dengan 5 variasi kecepatan fan pada kondensor high stage. Hasil yang didapatkan pada saat variasi kecepatan fan tertinggi adalah nilai effectiveness alat penukar kalor tipe concentric sebesar 90,42%, COP sistem sebesar 1,28, kapasitas refrigerasi sebesar 0,55 kW, HRR sistem sebesar 1,78, temperatur evaporator LS sebesar -36,950C, dan temperatur kabin terendah sebesar -37,30C

Analisa Tegangan Geser Pada Biomaterial Berbahan Paduan Zr Untuk Aplikasi Implan Pada Manusia

Untuk mengembangkan biomaterial baru untuk aplikasi implan, biomaterial baru multi komponen paduan Zr-6Mo-4Ti dengan variasi komposisi 2% yttrium dikembangkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan sifat mekanik pada biomaterial untuk implan. Biomaterial yaitu suatu material tak-hidup yang digunakan sebagai perangkat medis dan mampu berinteraksi dengan sistem biologis pada tubuh manusia. Zirkonium (Zr) merupakan logam non-toksik dengan biokompatibilitas yang baik serta telah terbukti tidak beracun dan biokompartibel, selain itu Zr memiliki kekuatan mekanik yang tinggi, ketangguhan patah yang tinggi, sehingga dapat dijadikan salah satu material bio-implan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besaran nilai tegangan geser biomaterial berbasis paduan zirkonium (Zr) dan mengamati struktur mikro dari penampang patahan uji tegangan geser. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Spesimen paduan Zr-6Mo-4Ti termasuk kategori getas (tidak ulet). Sedangkan spesimen paduan Zr-6Mo-4Ti-2Y material yang ulet (tidak getas). Dengan demikian, Spesimen Paduan Zr-6Mo-4Ti-2Y dapat dinyatakan lebih baik untuk di gunakan sebagai bahan biomaterial untuk aplikasi implan

Supply Chain Management on Inventory Indonesian Drug Industry

The development of the human population in the world, especially Indonesia, to date is approximately 260 million people, making Indonesia in a big challenge where Indonesia must be able to meet the domestic drug supplies needed by the community. The availability of drugs is still an obstacle in the National Health Insurance in Indonesia, this requires the role of the pharmaceutical industry in supporting drug availability by implementing good supply chain management. The focus of this discussion is to look at drug supplies in Indonesia in meeting people's needs and identify factors for production planning, production capacity and raw material procurement for the pharmaceutical industry in supporting the availability of drugs to support the National Health Insurance. This research is a descriptive study by collecting information from various literatures on pharmacy and medicines in Indonesia with a focus on the discussion of production planning, production capacity and raw material procurement and delivery to pharmaceutical companies in supporting drug availability. Because the planning for drug needs used as a basis for drug procurement is inaccurate so that pharmaceutical companies cannot make accurate production plans and the quantity of drugs for the community is inaccurate, time and unavailable at any time, the need for and procurement of materials still depends on imported raw materials from abroad around 95% with a lead time of 1-3 months so that it has the potential to deplete drug supplies and make the National Health Insurance in Indonesia worse

Pendampingan Membaca Al-Qur’an Secara Tartil (Ilmu Tajwid) Berbasis Macro Media Flash untuk Anak-Anak Desa Sungai Petai Kabupaten Kampar

Permasalahan kegiatan PkM ini adalah ditemukannya fakta rendahnya kemampuan dan motivasi belajar ilmu tajwid anak-anak muslim. Idealnya sebagai seorang muslim harus mengerti bahwa ilmu tajwid merupakan ilmu yang wajib dipelajari, karena dengannya seseorang lebih potensial dalam menghayati, memahami, dan menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai agama. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ilmu tajwid bisa dengan menggunakan media. Media yang akan digunakan adalah macro flash. Tujuan PkM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an secara tartil (ilmu tajwid) bagi anak-anak muslim. Metode PkM ini adalah berbentuk pendampingan membaca Al-Qur’an secara tartil (ilmu tajwid) berbasis macro media flash untuk anak-anak di desa Sungai Petai. Dalam pelaksanannya, materi ilmu tajwid sudah didesain dalam macro media flash (by utilization) dan dipresentasikan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pre test dan post test. Analisis data menggunakan persentase. Sasaran PkM adalah anak-anak mengaji. Hasil dari PkM ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an secara tartil (ilmu tajwid) anak-anak. Peningkatan itu terlihat dari perbandingan persentase hasil uji post test dengan pre test pada lima soal yang diberikan. Soal pertama, saat pre test jawaban anak-anak yang benar 60%. Pada saat post test mencai 100%. Soal kedua, jawab yang benar 70%, sedangkan pada saat post test 100%. Soal ketiga, 43,33%-96 dan saat post test 66%, Soal keempat, yang benar 56,66%, saat post test 100%. Soal kelima, yang benar 50%, sedangkan pada saat post tes sudah mencapai 100%. Hasil PkM ini sangat penting untuk dijadikan sebagai referensi, terutama jika ingin melakukan kegiatan pendampingan yang sama

Communication strategy of Tourism Departement Yogyakarta in promoting tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic

Tourism is a sector that is a mainstay for the City of Yogyakarta. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Yogyakarta City tourism sector. Department of Tourism of Yogyakarta, a government agency responsible for tourism conditions, should have a strategy to deal with these conditions. This research was conducted to find out how Department of Tourism of Yogyakarta carried out the communication strategy in promoting tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, and data collection is carried out using interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate Department of Tourism of Yogyakarta has a strategy for dealing with a pandemic situation by creating a new tagline, "Kangen Jogja".  Department of Tourism of Yogyakarta also uses websites and social media to deliver practical information to the public

PEMERIKSAAN STABILITAS STRUKTUR PERKERASAN JALAN AKIBAT GEMPA LOMBOK PADA RUAS JALAN RAYA TANJUNG GUNUNG SARI

Gempa bumi yang terjadi di Lombok beberapa waktu lalu mengakibatkan kerusakan pada beberapa ruas jalan di Pulau Lombok, salah satunya pada ruas jalan raya Tanjung-Gunung Sari yang mengalami retak rambut dibeberapa bagian. Meskipun dengan kondisi jalan yang retak rambut dan masih dalam tahap pemulihan pasca gempa akan tetapi para pengguna jalan tetap menggunakan jalan tersebut. Oleh karena itu pemeriksaan stabilitas struktur perkerasan jalan akibat gempa sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan jalan yang sudah terkena dampak gempa bumi pada ruas Jalan Raya Tanjung Gunung Sari, Lombok barat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan mesin core drill untuk mengambil benda uji dan pengujiannya menggunakan metode Marshall. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan bahwa nilai stabilitas uji Marshall pada aspal yang telah terkena dampak gempa Lombok pada Jalan Raya Tanjung-Gunung Sari pada titik 1=3115,41 kg, pada titik 2=1108,65 kg dan pada titik 3=1707,24 kg, jadi kondisi ruas jalan pada Jalan Raya Tanjung-Gunung Sari masih layak digunakan karna nilai stabilitas melebihi 800 kg sesuai dengan standar karakteristik Marshall pada spesifikasi umum Bina Marga 2010
