Komunikasi Matematis Tulis Siswa SMP pada Materi Aljabar Ditinjau dari Kemampuan Matematika

This study aims to describe the written mathematical communication of class IX-F students of SMPN 2 Sumberpucung in solving algebraic problems in terms of mathematical ability. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. There were 6 subjects in this study who were selected based on the test scores at the end of the odd semester in mathematics and taking into account the teacher's suggestions representing each category of high, medium, and low mathematical ability. Based on the research, it was found that the students with high mathematical abilities could understand the problems given, could state the information provided and the questions asked, could make a settlement plan, could solve the problems given according to the completion steps used with the correct results, could write conclusions of the solutions obtained. Students with mathematical abilities currently know the information contained in the problem but are unable to understand the given problem, can mention the information provided and the questions asked, can make a settlement plan, can solve the problem according to the completion steps used with poor results correctly, can write conclusions from the solutions obtained. Students with low mathematical abilities cannot understand the problem given, can mention the information provided and the questions asked, cannot make a settlement plan, cannot solve the problem given according to the completion steps used with incorrect results, and cannot write down conclusions from the solutions obtained

Tata Kelola Pembentukan Karakter Siswa di Madrasah Kota Magelang

This study aims to describe governance in the formation of the character of madrasah students in Magelang City in 2021, to describe student responses to the governance of student character building by madrasas in Magelang City in 2021, and to describe the evaluation of governance in character building of madrasah students in Magelang City which including Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and Madrasah Aliyah. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This method is used to describe and explain madrasa management in shaping the character of students in madrasas in the Magelang region. The places chosen to conduct the research were Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Madrasah Aliyah. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) includes MI Muhammadiyah Terpadu Harapan Magelang City and MI Al Iman City Magelang. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) include MTsN 1 Magelang City and MTsN 2 Magelang City. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) includes MAN of Magelang City and MA Al Iman of Magelang City. Data collection techniques in this research are using content/document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The results showed that: 1). Governance in shaping the character of madrasa students in Magelang City in 2021 is generally carried out by the madrasah through various habituation and extracurricular activities as well as positive self-development such as reading Asmaul Husna, Tahfidzul Qur'an, Tilawatil Qur'an, Sunnah fasting and others. has gone well; 2). Student responses to the management of student character building by madrasas in Magelang City are generally very good and positive, students carry out various activities implemented by the school enthusiastically and consistently; 3). The evaluation carried out for the formation of student character applied to madrasas in Magelang City was successful and as expected because in general the students had good morals and carried out various positive activities both within the madrasa and outside the madrasa environment

Paradigm life management Organize and Supervise (ADA) is a management system that is a lot of life imposed on developing countries including Indonesia. Implementation of the ADA system is very dominant in the implementation of the SVLK. As a center for the furniture industry, Jepara district into areas that feel the direct impact of policy implementation SVLK. This study aimed to evaluate the role of SVLK in the "lead" in Jepara furniture industry for management of environment as the UKL UPL / DPLH he had. Research conducted by survey method through descriptive analysis approach. Samples are 37 companies that obtained by using a convenience sampling technique sometimes called Incidental techniques. Stages of research includes interviews and questionnaires and review management reports and environmental monitoring to be studied and evaluated. Does Culture, Motivation, Competence, Leadership, Commitment Influence Quality Performance?

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of  leadership, motivation, competence, commitment, and organizational culture on the implementation performance of the Quality Performance at a packaging manufacturing industry. The study sample as population is all 300 employees of packaging industry. The analysis of this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with LISREL software program version 8.70. The results show that leadership and organizational culture have significant influence on the implementation performance of quality management system, while motivation, competence and commitment do not affect the implementation performance of the quality management system

Influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership Style toward Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2018 Performance of Food Industry in Pati Central Java

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles to the performance of the implementation of a food safety management system ISO 22000: 2018 at PT. SPN a food packaging beverage industry located in Pati Central Java. The study population are employees at PT. SPN as many as 88 people and data collection methods by giving a census questionnaire to all employees. The analysis tool this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) the LISREL program version 8.70. The results show that the transformational leadership style have positive and significant affected to the performance of implementation ISO 22000: 2018 and the transactional leadership style also have significant and positive affected the performance of implementation of the food safety management system ISO 22000:2018.

Can ISO 38200:2018 Wood and Wood Based Product Chain of Custody Increase Businesss Competitiveness of Wood Industries in West Java ?

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of new  standard ISO 38200:2018 to business performance and competitiveness for wood industries in west java. This research was conducted in several companies that use woods as raw material in west  java of Indonesia  with  180 respondents of companies that have plan to implement the ISO 38200:2018. The research background is due to lack of research on the benefits of  ISO 38200:2018 in wood companies in West Java Province of Indonesia. The data collection was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires on september until november 2019 and analyzing data processing use Structural Equation Model (SEM) and software Linear Structural Model (LISREL) version 8.70. The results of analysis  show that the implementation of ISO 38200:2018 has significantly influenced business performance and competitiveness such as increase customer satisfaction index, increase sales, increase productivity and safety and employee satisfaction

EVALUASI DAN DAMPAK PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM BANTUAN DANA BAGI HASIL CUKAI TEMBAKAU MADURA

The aim of the research were 1) to find an information of the implementation of the funding program to the tobacco farmers group (where the funds was collected from the tobacco excise tax), 2) to formulate the alternatives of problem-solving during the implementation of the funding program to the tobacco farmers group, and 3) to find the impact of the funding program to the productivity and income of the tobacco farming. Data was collected in Sumenep and Pamekasan regencies, as the centre production of Madurese tobacco, during August - September 2009 using survey method. The results showed, that the funding program to the tobacco farmers group in Sumenep regency in 2009 was aimed for the arid and hilly land. This program was released as equipment assistance, capital assistance and guidance to the tobacco farmers group, while in Pamekasan regency, such program was implemented for organizing tobacco nursery. Problem faced in the implementation of this funding program in Sumenep and Pamekasan regencies was too late in disbursing of the funds. In Sumenep regency, this problem caused the late of the coming of pump water aid, whereas the tobacco plants needed to be watered. In Pamekasan regency, too late in disbursing of the funds resulted the implementation of the program such as preparation of the seed was delayed. Problem solving alternatives of the late in disbursing funds aid in the two regencies were collecting the capital from the group members or by borrowing the capital from the another fundsources. Funding program to the tobacco farmers group in Sumenep and Pamekasan regencies gave positive impact to the increasing of productivity and income of the tobacco farming.Keywords: Funding program, farmers group and Tobacc
