Orobanche ballotae A. Pujadas (Oronbanchaceae), especie nueva

A new species of the genus Orobanche L. that belongs to the Section Orobanche, Grex Minores G. Beck is described from the south of the Iberian Peninsula. Its morphological characteristics are pointed out; the differences with O. minor Sm., a close allied, are also analyzed.Se describe para el S de la Península Ibérica una especie nueva del genero Orobanche L., de la sección Orobanche, Grex Minores G. Orobanche pseudorosmarina A. Pujadas et Muñoz Garm. sp. nov. (Orobanchaceae) from the eastern Mediterranean region

The analysed plants from Dalmatia (Croatia) identified by Beck as Orobanche rosmarina Beck do not fit the lectotype for Orobanche rosmarina originally used by Foley [BM 574992]. As a consequence, these Orobanche specimens from the eastern Mediterranean region remain unnamed, but are described here as a new species Orobanche pseudorosmarina A. Pujadas et Muñoz Garm
