Food is a basic need for humans need to live and support health. However, foods are needed to be processed safely, so it can fulfill nutritional needs and also maintain human health. Unsafe food processing can endanger humans because of the increased risk of foodborne disease. In Mertelu, Gedangsari, Gunung Kidul there is a small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that produces koro benguk tempeh. Unfortunately, the application of safe production houses and good processing methods have not been fully implemented in this industry. Thus, this program focused on increasing safe production house training which is one of the requirements for obtaining P-IRT certification. The activity was carried out for two days, 6th and 12th February 2020 with activities such as counseling, training, and mentoring in production houses. This activity was attended by Mertelu’s community who was involved in koro benguk tempeh production. After these programs, they was able to increase understanding of the safe management of production houses. However, some physical facilities were still inadequate to fulfill the standard because the resources limitation. Therefore, they are need further programs to improve existing infrastructure to meet the criteria for a safe food production house as a requirement of Household Food Food Industry (P-IRT) certificatio

Anemia is one of the hematological disorders that can contribute to increased morbidity and mortality in the elderly because it can be a risk factor for various other diseases so that accurate diagnosis and appropriate management are needed. This literature review aims to provide related information, so that proper diagnosis and management for anemia in the elderly can be carried out to reduce morbidity and mortality rates. In this literature review we conducted a search on the PubMed database using the search keyword "Anemia in The Elderly". Diagnosis of anemia in the elderly begins with recognizing signs and symptoms which is then followed by laboratory examination to determine the etiology of the disease. Several other examinations such as spinal cord aspiration, endoscopy, or ultrasound can be done depending on the need. Management of anemia in the elderly is carried out by administering iron supplementation both orally and intravenously. Other treatments such as erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESA) and blood transfusions can be done according to indications. Establishing the diagnosis of anemia in the elderly can be done by anamnesis, physical examination, to laboratory examination

To find out empirically the influence of the level of community involvement with the success rate of CSR program implementation. The research using a quantitative research and incidental sampling technique. The total population of active people who participate in the management of the CSR program is 79 people and a sample of 79 people who are active in the program implementation. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression test analysis. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the level of community involvement and the success rate of implementing the CSR program, so that the higher the level of community involvement, the higher the success rate of program implementation. With the CSR program, the community becomes prosperous and feels comfortable because the company has a negative impact, namely disturbing the surrounding environment due to waste or pollution. Not all communities become research subjects. For further researchers, they should get more attention to the surrounding environment and companies that have an interest in CSR programs

Melanin is a pigment contains in human skin which role as a UV-absorbing agent. One of the exogenous melanins can be obtained from squid (Loligo sp.) ink. Squid ink melanin has potent free radical protection activities. This study aimed to determine the physicochemical, stability, antioxidant, and UV protection activities of squid ink powder lotions. Squid ink powders were obtained from the drying process using HCl 0.5M and stored in the climatic chamber. Antioxidant activity was conducted quantitatively using the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazil) scavenging method. The best result of the DPPH scavenging activity was 29.12±0.023%, shown from formula III. UV protection activity was conducted by observing erythema scores in animal skin, which exposure to UV. This preparation inhibits the effect of UV exposure. Squid ink powder lotions are potential as a sunscreen product
