Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kabupaten Blitar
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the variables of leadership style and organizational culture affect the performance of employees at the Panggungrejo District Office in Blitar Regency simultaneously or partially, as well as analyzing the most dominant variables among the leadership styles and organizational culture. The population in this study were all employees in the District Office of Panggungrejo, Blitar Regency, amounting to 31 (thirty one) people. In this study, because the population is relatively small and relatively easy to reach, the authors use the total sampling method by using all employees in the population. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership style and organizational culture together had an influence on the performance of employees at the Panggungrejo District Office in Blitar Regency. Leadership style does not have an influence on employee performance at the Panggungrejo District Office in Blitar Regency. Organizational culture has no influence on employee performance at the Panggungrejo District Office in Blitar Regency. Organizational culture is the most dominant variable in this study
Javanese Values Integration in Business Management During The Digital Era: A Case Study of Entrepreneurs in Malang
This study aims at describing the characteristics of Javanese entrepreneurs in facing the digital age, the views and attitudes of Javanese entrepreneurs in entrepreneurship in the digital age, to describe the processes experienced by Javanese ethnic entrepreneurs in facing the digital age. The approach used in this study used a qualitative research approach using the type of case study research, data collection procedures used were observation, and in-depth interviews. In order to be able to obtain the validity of the data, data source triangulation was conducted by comparing the results of the interview findings of business owners as key informants with parents, employees, and customers. The subjects of this study were the owners of two stores in Malang, specifically the owner ofΒ Distro OvertounΒ andΒ Art PrintingΒ stores. In this study, it was found that the characteristics of entrepreneurs and the values of Javanese culture can go hand in hand. The views and attitudes taken by the two entrepreneurs are also more open in facing the digital age. Meanwhile, the processes experienced in facing the digital age run efficiently
SANTRIPRENEURSHIP: INTERNALIZING THE VALUES OF INDEPENDENCE IN THE DIGITAL ERA (CASE OF PONDOK PESANTREN IN MALANG RAYA)
This study aimed to reveal the process of internalizing the self-reliance values of santri in the digital era at pondok pesantren Malang Raya, East Java. The approach of this study was descriptive and qualitative. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations with the respondents consisting of three kiai, five board of pondok pesantren, three teachers, and eight students. The data analysis used a simultaneous stage model consisting of approach, extracting, deepening, matching, interpretation, and presentation. The results showed that the character values implanted were the values of independence, namely not depending on others and not oriented to the company/employee organization. The value cultivation system was carried out using the kiai's teachings through learning based on the available ulama books and practical assignments to assist trading businesses, product processing, and services in pondok pesantren's cooperative. Utilization and understanding of the use of internet technology is very appropriate in the context of reducing the character ordering morality.

The Role of Entrepreneurial Competencies: Successful Key SMEs a Literature Review
Purpose: SMEs have been shown in various previous studies to contribute significantly to GDP and survive in different economic conditions. However, entrepreneurs must possess key competencies to be competitive and stay in the long run. This paper aims to describe the role of entrepreneurial competencies in SMEs success through a literature review.

Finding: Our findings suggest that entrepreneurial competencies, including business skills, management, human relations, conceptual understanding, and attitude, are crucial to the success of SMEs. Developing these competencies can lead to more competitive and sustainable SMEs businesses, ultimately contributing to national economic growth.

Pendidikan dan Keterampilan sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kualitas Kinerja Karyawan pada Ud. Keramik Kinasih Kota Probolinggo
The purpose of this research is to the describe education and skill pattern which is implemented in Kinasih Ceramic Industry. The method is qualitative which is specified into case study. The techniques of data collection are observation, interview and documentation. Research data finding data analysis is conducted by steps of data collection, reduction, categorization, data displaying and finding conclusion. The research findings show that there are three ways of education and skill involve instructor training, employee's recruitment and employee's cadre. Based on those research findings, it can be concluded that quality of employees' performance increase by applying education and skill.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk pendidikan dan keterampilan yang diterapkan pemilik USAha terhadap karyawan di UD Keramik Kinasih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi dan kategorisasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga cara yang dilakukan pemilik sebagai bentuk pendidikan dan keterampilan antara lain pelatihan untuk instruktur, rekrutmen karyawan dan kaderisasi karyawan. Currently, the availability of polypropylene, elastomer and sugar palm fiber (Arenga pinnata) is very abundant, which has a good impact on the potential for the development of new composite materials that have good properties and characteristics. Composites are generally a new material composed of two or more different materials with the aim of producing a new material that has better properties than the constituent material. In this study, polypropylene (PP) plastic and elastomer were used as a composite matrix reinforced with sugar palm fiber (Arenga pinnata). The purpose of this study was to determine the value of tensile strength, impact strength, and bending strength of composites with a weight fraction of 20Β % (80:20), 30Β % (70:30), and 40Β % (60:40). Based on the results of the research on hybrid composites of polypropylene and fiber-reinforced elastomers, composites with a weight fraction of 20Β % (80:20) got the lowest tensile strength value of 1.153Β MPa, while composites with a weight fraction of 40Β % (60:40) obtained the highest tensile strength value of 2.613Β MPa. Composites with a weight fraction of 20Β % (80:20) got the lowest tensile strain value of 0.0049 and the highest tensile strain value of 0.0067 was found in composites with a weight fraction of 40Β % (60:40). For the impact strength, the 40Β % (40:60) weight fraction composite got the lowest value of 45248.234Β kJ/mm2, while the 20Β % (80:20) weight fraction composite got the highest impact strength of 17649.97Β kJ/mm2. For bending strength results, the composite with a weight fraction of 20Β % (80:20) obtained the lowest bending strength of 1.7778Β MPa, while the composite with a weight fraction of 30Β % (70:30) obtained the highest bending strength of 4.8867Β MPa. The Effect Of Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficiency, and Gender On Entrepreneurship Intention Through Entrepreneurship Attitude ( Study in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Makassar)
The highest unemployment rate is caused by the educated group which is a phenomenon of the low interest in entrepreneurship among Indonesian youth which is a problem. The way to overcome unemployment is to increase interest in entrepreneurship. The fact shows that students who have attended entrepreneurship education will provide the development of entrepreneurial intentions that need to be learned. This study is to investigate the entrepreneurial intention of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Malang that the entrepreneurial intention is a factor by using the variables of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, gender, and entrepreneurial attitude variables as a mediation. Descriptive quantitative research using SPSS. Entrepreneurial intention variable (Y), independent variable is entrepreneurship education (X1), self-efficacy (X2) and gender (X3) while the mediating variable is entrepreneurial attitude (Z).
