    Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah dasar hukum fidusia dan bagaimanakah aspek eksekusi jaminan fidusia dan implikasinya dalam praktik perbankan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, maka dapat disimpulkan: 1. Latar belakang timbulnya lembaga fidusia, sebagaimana dipaparkan oleh para ahli adalah karena ketentuan undang-undang yang mengatur tentang lembaga pand (gadai) mengandung banyak kekurangan, tidak memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan tidak dapat mengikuti perkembangan masyarakat.. Yang semula dijadikan objek jaminan dalam fidusia adalah benda bergerak namun dalam perkembangannya dapat juga berupa benda bergerak yang tak bertubuh maupun benda tak bergerak yang tidak dapat dibebani dengan hak tanggungan. Dengan dikeluarkannya undang-undang tentang jaminan fidusia diharapkan dapat mengatasi kepastian penguasaan benda yang menjadi objek jaminan fidusia terutama dengan adanya sistem pendaftaran atas objek jaminan fidusia. 2. Mengenai halnya eksekusi Jaminan Fidusia, UU Jaminan Fidusia memberikan kekuasaan kepada penerima Jaminan Fidusia untuk melaksanakan sendiri penjualan objek jaminan melalui pelelangan umum, serta mengambil pelunasan piutangnya dari hasil penjualan tersebut. Apabila terjadi perselisihan, dimana pihak pemilik agunan tidak bersedia menyerahkan objek Jaminan Fidusia untuk pelaksanaan eksekusi melalui lelang, maka satu-satunya upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh Bank/kreditur penerima Jaminan Fidusia adalah dengan pelaksanaan titel eksekutorial dari sertifikat Jaminan Fidusia, yaitu dengan mengajukan permohonan fiat/persetujuan Pengadilan Negeri untuk dapat dilakukannya eksekusi atas barang jaminan tersebut. Seperti lazimnya, terdapat kesadaran bahwa tidak ada Undang-Undang yang sempurna, begitu juga dengan Undang-Undang Jaminan Fidusia, ternyata terdapat banyak masalah yang ditemui dalam pelaksanaannya

First, in a range of dimensions, the equivariant Reidemeister trace defines a complete obstruction to removing nn-periodic points from a self-map ff. Second, this obstruction defines a class in topological restriction homology. We prove these results using duality and trace for bicategories. This allows for immediate generalizations, including a corresponding theorem for the fiberwise Reidemeister trace

    Regional autonomy in Indonesia came into force on 1 January 2001. Regional Government Law 28 of 2009 on Regional Tax and Retribution, is set to be one source of revenue that comes from inside the area. Bitung is one of the autonomous regions. With the availability of a variety of entertainment, receipt Pemerintahpun revenue increase due to impose a tax on organizing entertainment such entertainment. The objective of this study is to determine the application of tax collection systems and procedures of entertainment in the city of Bitung. The object of research is the Regional Revenue Office Bitung. This type of research, namely, qualitative research and analysis method used is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the systems and procedures for the collection of entertainment tax imposed by the Regional Revenue Office Bitung as the tax authorities have been implemented properly, because in accordance with the Regional Regulation No. 1 in 2013, Mayor Regulation No. 21 in 2013, and Regulation No. 13 Year 2006. Regional Revenue Office Bitung City should continue to maintain the systems and procedures in accordance with the entertainment tax collection regulations

    Newly Standing Infants Increase Postural Stability When Performing a Supra-Postural Task.

    Independent stance is one of the most difficult motor milestones to achieve. Newly standing infants exhibit exaggerated body movements and can only stand for a brief amount of time. Given the difficult nature of bipedal stance, these unstable characteristics are slow to improve. However, we demonstrate that infants can increase their stability when engaged in a standing goal-directed task. Infants\u27 balance was measured while standing and while standing and holding a visually attractive toy. When holding the toy, infants stood for a longer period of time, exhibited less body sway, and more mature postural dynamics. These results demonstrate that even with limited standing experience, infants can stabilize posture to facilitate performance of a concurrent task

    Comprehensive analysis of epigenetic clocks reveals associations between disproportionate biological ageing and hippocampal volume

    The concept of age acceleration, the difference between biological age and chronological age, is of growing interest, particularly with respect to age-related disorders, such as Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). Whilst studies have reported associations with AD risk and related phenotypes, there remains a lack of consensus on these associations. Here we aimed to comprehensively investigate the relationship between five recognised measures of age acceleration, based on DNA methylation patterns (DNAm age), and cross-sectional and longitudinal cognition and AD-related neuroimaging phenotypes (volumetric MRI and Amyloid-β PET) in the Australian Imaging, Biomarkers and Lifestyle (AIBL) and the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI). Significant associations were observed between age acceleration using the Hannum epigenetic clock and cross-sectional hippocampal volume in AIBL and replicated in ADNI. In AIBL, several other findings were observed cross-sectionally, including a significant association between hippocampal volume and the Hannum and Phenoage epigenetic clocks. Further, significant associations were also observed between hippocampal volume and the Zhang and Phenoage epigenetic clocks within Amyloid-β positive individuals. However, these were not validated within the ADNI cohort. No associations between age acceleration and other Alzheimer’s disease-related phenotypes, including measures of cognition or brain Amyloid-β burden, were observed, and there was no association with longitudinal change in any phenotype. This study presents a link between age acceleration, as determined using DNA methylation, and hippocampal volume that was statistically significant across two highly characterised cohorts. The results presented in this study contribute to a growing literature that supports the role of epigenetic modifications in ageing and AD-related phenotypes

    Uncovering the heterogeneity and temporal complexity of neurodegenerative diseases with Subtype and Stage Inference

    The heterogeneity of neurodegenerative diseases is a key confound to disease understanding and treatment development, as study cohorts typically include multiple phenotypes on distinct disease trajectories. Here we introduce a machine-learning technique\u2014Subtype and Stage Inference (SuStaIn)\u2014able to uncover data-driven disease phenotypes with distinct temporal progression patterns, from widely available cross-sectional patient studies. Results from imaging studies in two neurodegenerative diseases reveal subgroups and their distinct trajectories of regional neurodegeneration. In genetic frontotemporal dementia, SuStaIn identifies genotypes from imaging alone, validating its ability to identify subtypes; further the technique reveals within-genotype heterogeneity. In Alzheimer\u2019s disease, SuStaIn uncovers three subtypes, uniquely characterising their temporal complexity. SuStaIn provides fine-grained patient stratification, which substantially enhances the ability to predict conversion between diagnostic categories over standard models that ignore subtype (p = 7.18 7 10 124 ) or temporal stage (p = 3.96 7 10 125 ). SuStaIn offers new promise for enabling disease subtype discovery and precision medicine
