Economic laws of division and changing the labor in the system of contemporary vocational education determination
The topical character of the problem in question is stipulated by the demand of highly skilled competitive personnel in the vocational education sphere of modern society, which is determined by the totality of objective and subjective factors of its development. The goal of the present research consists in the verification of the economic laws of division and change of the labor, that produce an immediate impact on the vocational education development strategy and a mediated impact on the requirements made to the personality of a student within this system. The primary method of investigation in the given area is the modelling method that allows to identify specific features of these laws’ operation depending on the historical period of social development and extrapolate their functioning on the present-day reality as well as make scientifically-based forecasts of its future development. Research outcomes: the article presents a structural functional model of the interaction of the economic laws of division and changing the labor during the industrial and post-industrial periods of social development; an algorithm of competently mature personality’s character formation in the modern system of vocational education. Materials of the research may prove useful to the rule-making specialists and practitioners in the educational sphere – in elaborating and upgrading educational and professional standards, in developing a model for the preparation of future competitive workers in the system of vocational education based on the objective factors of its development, such as the economic laws of division and change of the labor. © 2016 Ronzhina et al
Model of stressed-strained State of Multilayer Masses with regard for Non-Ideal Contact of Layers
Thus, mathematical model stressed- strained of a condition of layered masses is constructed. The model has high accuracy. It allows to simulate slippery contact of layers without friction. Thus not the order of permitting system of the equations is increased, and at its realization the method of fenite elements does not increase quantity of required degrees freedom. The differential operators included in system the equations are similar known in the classical theory of shells. It facilitates construction of a finite element. Presence in system of the differential equations of derivative of external forces allows to use her for the decision of contact problems with a stain of contact commensurable with thickness of a masses
HIGH-PRECISION MODELING AND FINITE-ELEMENT INVESTIGATION OF ELASTOPLASTIC DEFORMATION OF NON-ISOTROPIC THICK SANDWICH PLATES AND SHELLS
There was suggested a phenomenological modified quadratic condition of the beginning of plasticity for plastic and quasifragile orthotropic materials. Limiting surface in the shape of a paraboloid with an axis bend over hydrostatic axis corresponds to the condition. The equations of theory of current with the isotropic and anisotropic hardenings, associated with the suggested yield condition, modified into the version of determining equations of strain theory of plasticity are received. These defining equations formed the basis of highlyprecise non-classic continual (along thickness) theory of non-linear deformation of thick sandwich plates and sloping shells. In the approximations along the cross coordinate the specificity of flexural and non-flexural deformations is taken into account. The necessity of introducing the approximations of higher order, as well as accounting for the cross compression while decreasing of the relatively cross normal and shear layer rigidness is shown. The specifications, obtained in comparison with the known physically nonlinear specified model of the bending of plates with orthotropic layers are distinguished. An effective procedure of linearization of the solving equations and getting the solutions in frames of the discrete-continual scheme of the finite-element method is suggested. The approximations of higher order let to model the appearance of the cracs of layers being split by the introducing of slightly hard thin layers into the finite element, not violating the idea of continuality of theory. Calculation of a threelayer plate with rigid face diaphragms on the contour is considere
Magnetic stars from a FEROS cool Ap star survey
New magnetic Ap stars with split Zeeman components are presented. These stars were discovered from observations with the Fibre-fed Extended Range Optical Spectrograph (FEROS) spectrograph at the European Southern Observatory (ESO) 2.2-m telescope. 15 new magnetic stars are analysed here. Several stars with very strong magnetic fields were found, including HD 70702 with a 15-kG magnetic field strength, and HD 168767 with a 16.5-kG magnetic field strength measured using split Zeeman components of spectral lines and by comparison with synthetic calculations. The physical parameters of the stars were estimated from photometric and spectroscopic data. Together with previously published results for stars with strong magnetic fields, the relationship between magnetic field strength and rotation period is discussed
Time resolved spectroscopy of the cool Ap star HD 213637
We present an analysis of high time resolution spectra of the chemically peculiar Ap star HD 213637. The star shows rapid radial velocity variations with a period close to the photometric pulsation period. Radial velocity pulsation amplitudes vary significantly for different rare earth elements. The highest pulsation amplitudes belong to lines of Tb III (∼360 m s−1), Pr II (∼250 m s−1) and Pr III (∼230 m s−1).We did not detect any pulsations from spectral lines of Eu II and in Hα, in contrast to many other roAp stars. We also did not find radial velocity pulsations using spectral lines of other chemical elements, including Mg, Si, Ca, Sc, Cr, Fe, Ni, Y and Ba. There are phase shifts between the maxima of pulsation amplitudes of different rare earth elements and ions, which is evidence of an outwardly running magneto-acoustic wave propagating through the upper stellar atmosphere
Optical spectrum of the post-AGB star HD56126 in the region 4010-8790 AA
We studied in detail the optical spectrum of the post-AGB star HD56126
(IRAS07134+1005). We use high resolution spectra (R=25000 and 60000) obtained
with the echelle spectrographs of the 6-m telescope. About one and a half
thousand absorptions of neutral atoms and ions, absorption bands of C_2, CN,
and CH molecules, and interstellar bands (DIBs) are identified in the 4010 to
8790 AA wavelength region, and the depths and radial velocities of these
spectral features are measured. Differences are revealed between the variations
of the radial velocities measured from spectral features of different
excitation. In addition to the well-known variability of the Halpha profile, we
found variations in the profiles of a number of FeII, YII, and BaII lines. We
also produce an atlas of the spectrum of HD56126 and its comparison staralpha
Per. The full version of the atlas is available in electronic form from

New Spectroscopic Observations of the Post-AGB Star V354Lac=IRAS22272+5435
The strongest absorption features with the lower-level excitation potentials
eV are found to be split in the high-resolution optical
spectra of the post-AGB star V354 Lac taken in 2007--2008. Main parameters,
T=5650 K, =0.2, =5.0 km/s, and the abundances of 22
chemical elements in the star's atmosphere are found. The overabundance of the
-process chemical elements (Ba, La, Ce, Nd) in the star's atmosphere is
partly due to the splitting of strong lines of the ions of these metals. The
peculiarities of the spectrum in the wavelength interval containing the LiI
6707 \AA{} line can be naturally explained only by taking the
overabundances of the CeII and SmII heavy-metal ions into account. The best
agreement with the synthetic spectrum is achieved assuming (LiI)=2.0,
(CeII)=3.2, and (SmII)=2.7. The velocity field both in the
atmosphere and in the circumstellar envelope of V354 Lac remained stationary
throughout the last 15 years of our observations.Comment: 16 pages, 6 figures, 2 table
Evolutionary stage of the spectral variable BD+48 1220=IRAS 05040+4820
Based on high-resolution observations (R=60000 and 75000), we have studied
the optical spectral variability of the star BD+48 1220 (IRAS05040+4820). We
have measured the equivalent widths of numerous absorption lines of neutral
atoms and ions at wavelengths from 4500 to 6760 AA, as well as the
corresponding radial velocities. We use model atmospheres to determine
Teff=7900K, log g=0.0, microturbulence velocity xi_t=6.0, and the abundances
for 16 elements. The star's metallicity differs little from the solar value:
[Fe/H]=-0.10 dex. The main peculiarity of the chemical composition of the star
is a large He-excess, derived from the HeI 5876 A absorption, [He/H]=+1.04, and
the equally large O-excess, [O/Fe]=+0.72 dex. The C-excess is small,
[C/Fe]=+0.09 dex, and the ratio [C/O] 1. We obtained a revised relation
for the light-metal abundances: [Na/Fe]=+0.87 with [Mg/Fe]=-0.31. The barium
abundance is low, [Ba/Fe]=-0.84. The radial velocity of the star measured from
photospheric absorption lines over three years of observations varies in the
interval V_sun = -(7 - 15) km/s. Time variable differential line shifts have
been revealed. The entire set of available data (the luminosity Mv~-5m,
velocity V_lsr~-20 km/s, metallicity [Fe/H]=-0.10, and peculiarities of the
optical spectrum and chemical composition) confirms the status of BD+48 1220 as
a post-AGB star with He- and O-excesses belonging to the Galactic disk.Comment: 42 pages, 7 figures, 6 tables, accepted by Astronomy Report
V2324Cyg - an F-type star with fast wind
For the first time high-resolution optical spectroscopy of the variable star
V2324Cyg associated with the IR-source IRAS20572+4919 is made. More than 200
absorption features (mostly FeII, TiII, CrII, YII, BaII, and YII) are
identified within the wavelength interval 4549-7880AA. The spectral type and
rotation velocity of the star are found to be F0III and Vsini=69km/s,
respectively. HI and NaID lines have complex PCyg-type profiles with an
emission component. Neither systematic trend of radial velocity Vr with line
depth Ro nor temporal variability of Vr have been found. We determined the
average heliocentric radial velocity Vr=-16.8\pm 0.6km/s. The radial velocities
inferred from the cores of the absorption components of the H and NaI
wind lines vary from -140 to -225km/s (and the expansion velocities of the
corresponding layers, from about 120 to 210km/s). The maximum expansion
velocity is found for the blue component of the split H absorption:
450km/s for December 12, 1995. The model atmospheres method is used to
determine the star's parameters: Teff=7500K, log g=2.0, =6.0km/s, and
metallicity, which is equal to the solar value. The main peculiarity of the
chemical abundances pattern is the overabundance of lithium and sodium. The
results cast some doubt on the classification of V2324Cyg as a post-AGB star.Comment: 28 pages, 6 figure
