Import 05/08/2014Diplomová práca je zameraná na strategickú analýzu a na návrh stratégie spoločnosti Vikon, s.r.o. Cieľom práce je uskutočnenie strategickej analýzy, z ktorej následne vyplývajú poznatky, na základe ktorých navrhujem stratégiu. Prvá časť sa zaoberá teoretickými východiskami – formuláciami, výberom stratégie, finančnou analýzou, SWOT analýzou. Následne boli teoretické východiska aplikované na praktickom príklade spoločnosti. Spoločnosť je popísaná v tretej kapitole práce. Ďalšia kapitola je venovaná samotnej strategickej analýze pomocou PESTE analýzy, analýzy zdrojov podniku, finančnej analýzy a zhrňujúcej SWOT analýzy. Na základe vyhodnotení bola navrhnutá stratégia spoločnosti a návrhy na jej uskutočnenie.Diploma thesis focuses on strategic analysis and strategy recommendation for Vikon, s.r.o. company. A goal of the thesis is to conduct the strategic analysis which results into knowledgebase based on which the strategy is recommended. The first chapter deals with theoretical concept – formulations, strategy selection, financial analysis, SWOT analysis. Further on are these concepts applied on a particular company example. The company is described in the third chapter. Next chapter is dedicated to the strategic analysis itself with a help of PESTE analysis, company resources analysis, financial analysis and concluding SWOT analysis. International comparison of securities incomes

The aim of this thesis is to describe individual methods of taxation securities income in form of dividends, interests and capital gains, that are acquired by individuals in Czech republic and selected EU countries -- Great Britain, Ireland and Slovakia. Then identify differences in taxation and by the example analyze how is the tax rate of securities income for taxpayers from each country. Tax burden of each income in this example is influenced by the method of taxation, then possibility to deduct nontaxable part from the base or to reduce tax by the tax credit and type and measure of tax rate in each country

Legal versus illegal tax optimisation

Cílem této práce je nalézt a charakterizovat hranici mezi legální a nelegální daňovou optimalizací. K dosažení cíle práce budou nejprve analyzovány podoby legálních a nelegálních daňových optimalizací, jak jsou vnímány odbornou literaturou a zejména pak soudy. V praktické části bude provedena podrobná analýza vybrané judikatury, dále zde budou pro lepší vysvětlení problematiky uvedeny praktické příklady. Hranice mezi legální a nelegální daňovou optimalizací nemusí být vždy zřejmá. Existuje totiž nespočet situací, které se na první pohled zdají být legální, avšak v jádru neměly jiný účel, než nelegálně obejít placení daně.The aim of this thesis is to identify and characterize the boundary between legal and illegal tax optimisation. To reach the goal of the thesis will be at first analyzed forms of legal and illegal tax optimisations, how they are described by literature and especially by courts. The practical part includes a detailed analysis of the selected judgements of courts, then for better explanation will be described some practical examples of analysed area. The boundaries between legal and illegal tax optimization may not always be obvious. There are many situations that can look like to be legal, but the general purpose of the transaction is to avoid paying taxes

Temporal and spatial analysis of ozone in the Jizerske hory Mts.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate temporal and spatial patterns of concentrations of ambient ozone in the CHKO Jizerské hory. The Jizerské hory Mts. are an area where one of the highest concentrations of ambient ozone are measured every year and, therefore, our attention was focused on this area. The measurements were carried out between 2006 and 2010 at 13 sites (714-1000 m n. m.) in the CHKO Jizerské hory. From the input data, which were fortnightly average nitrate concentrations created on the filters of Ogawa passive samplers, fortnightly average concentrations of ambient ozone were computed using the empirical flow. Ambient ozone concentrations ranged from 13,8 ppb (year 2007) to 72,1 ppb (year 2006). From the five-year period under study defy the year 2006, when the highest concentrations of ambient ozone were measured. The lowest concentrations occurred in 2009. In all years, the concentrations of ambient ozone increased with increasing elevation and this gradient ranged from 2,7 to 4,6 ppb on 100 meters altitude. The accuracy and precision of measurement was very good (accuracy: R2 = 82 %; precision: R2 = 98 %). Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú časť a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti sa zaoberám popisom cestovného ruchu na Slovenku, konkurencieschopnosťou Slovenska, ďalej európskymi fondmi a mechanizmom poskytovania pomoci. Taktiež popisujem podporu malých a stredných podnikov na Slovensku. V druhej časti sa zaoberám konkrétnym príkladom čerpania európskych fondov, celým jeho priebehom a dôvodmi neschválenia žiadosti o nenávratný finančný príspevok.My bachelor´s work deals with analyzing the problem of drawing European funds and the development of tourism throughthe way of funding by the European funds. The work is divided into a theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part I deal with the description of tourism in Slovakia, its competitiveness, the European funds and the mechanisms of providing the assistance. Also I describe the support of small and medium enterprises in Slovakia. Ambient air pollution in Vlastejovice - the issue of local sources

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of air pollution in small settlements caused by local sources such as home stoves. It is focused on the situation in a small village Vlastějovice, which lies in the Kutná Hora region. The main aim of this thesis was to detect if local stoves are the main air pollution sources in the village. This should be proved by the calculation of all emissions released by domestic stoves for the duration of one year. Input data were obtained from questionnaires and were compared with the data from the population and housing census of 2001. The calculations of these two sources differ. These differences are probably caused by inaccuracies in the questionnaires. The bachelor thesis was compared with a similar publication: the Bachelor thesis of Petr Dvorščík (2009). I found out that the year emissions from one flat in a family house in Vlastějovice are higher than the year emissions from one model flat, whose area has a size of an average flat in a family house. However, it would be better to make a long-term emission monitoring in order to get more exact data and results
