Application for the composition of bands, from Sentinel 2 satellite images, with Google Earth Engine. For the municipality of Puerto Boyacá, Boyacá

Este trabajo de investigación presenta la conceptualización y el desarrollo de un aplicativo para la visualización de composiciones de bandas en la herramienta Google Earth Engine (GEE), este aplicativo está enfocado en la visualización de imágenes Sentinel-2 MSI: MultiSpectral Instrument, Level-2A en el municipio de Puerto Boyacá, Boyacá. A partir de la base de composición de bandas se desarrolla una estructura de código soportado en GGE para la selección de imágenes satelitales, con ayuda de este aplicativo el usuario puede configurar las condiciones exploración del entorno, definiendo la vereda a analizar, el trimestre del año, banda por cañón, los valores mínimos y máximos de píxel y el gamma de la imagen. De acuerdo con la configuración que el usuario establezca para el panel de control creado, y en relación con las recomendaciones propuestas en el panel informativo para la selección de bandas por los tres cañones, se espera que puedan evaluar variables como; agricultura, análisis de vegetación, penetración de radiación en atmosfera, vegetación vigorosa, geología y batimetría. El usuario podrá de acuerdo con la información recolectada con el aplicativo desarrollar un análisis de acuerdo con la composición seleccionada, permitiendo así que su uso se pueda dar para la toma de decisiones en su territorio.This research work presents the conceptualization and development of an application for the visualization of band compositions in the Google Earth Engine (GEE) tool, this application is focused on the visualization of Sentinel-2 MSI images: MultiSpectral Instrument, Level-2A in the municipality of Puerto Boyacá, Boyacá. From the base of the composition of bands, a code structure supported in GGE is developed for the selection of satellite images, with the help of this application the user can configure the environmental exploration conditions, defining the path to be analyzed, the quarter of the year , band per gun, the minimum and maximum pixel values, and the gamma of the image. According to the configuration that the user establishes for the control panel created, and in relation to the recommendations proposed in the information panel for the selection of bands for the three canyons, it is expected that they can evaluate variables such as; agriculture, vegetation analysis, radiation penetration in the atmosphere, vigorous vegetation, geology and bathymetry. The user may, according to the information collected with the application, develop an analysis according to the selected composition, thus allowing its use to make decisions in their territory.Especializació

La anterior selección, motivados por la aseveración de Manuel Castells -hace casi 20 años ya- que la innovación y la difusión de la tecnología parecía ser la herramienta apropiada para el desarrollo en la era de la información. Este 2020, sin embargo, ante la situación disruptiva que aquejó y aqueja a la sociedad red como una estructura social emergente de la Era de la Información basada en redes de producción, energizadas por el poder y la experiencia; falló y debe reencontrar su rumbo. Es así que los problemas acuciantes, ahora, fueron: la atención sanitaria y la superación de la epidemia de Sars Cov 2; tomó forma la, hasta entonces, visión irrealista de Castells que … no podemos avanzar con nuestros modelos de desarrollo actual, destruyendo nuestro entorno y excluyendo a la mayor parte de la humanidad de los beneficios de la revolución tecnológica más extraordinaria de la historia, sin sufrir una devastadora reacción por parte de la sociedad y la naturaleza. Fue así que el Cuarto Mundo, específicamente, donde la suficiencia de recurso humano, de capital, trabajo, información y mercado -vinculados todos a través de la tecnología- supuso que atendería eficazmente a través de la población que podía por su capacidad hacer uso racional y profesional del conocimiento, las necesidades de la mayoritaria población vulnerable y vulnerada. Por lo anterior, poner en el centro a las personas, en entornos de tarea y trabajo globales hiperconectados combinando espacios físicos, corrientes de información con canales de conexión expeditos, y formando profesionales del conocimiento que asuman y afronten los retos derivados de la transformación digital de empresas, universidades, y organizaciones, pero en condiciones de equidad y sujetos de prosperidad, será el desafío en los escenarios presentes y futuros inmediatos.The previous selection, motivated by the assertion of Manuel Castells -almost 20 years ago- that innovation and diffusion of technology seemed to be the appropriate tool for development in the information age. The risk of COVID-19 death is much greater and age dependent with type I IFN autoantibodies

International audienceSignificance There is growing evidence that preexisting autoantibodies neutralizing type I interferons (IFNs) are strong determinants of life-threatening COVID-19 pneumonia. It is important to estimate their quantitative impact on COVID-19 mortality upon SARS-CoV-2 infection, by age and sex, as both the prevalence of these autoantibodies and the risk of COVID-19 death increase with age and are higher in men. Using an unvaccinated sample of 1,261 deceased patients and 34,159 individuals from the general population, we found that autoantibodies against type I IFNs strongly increased the SARS-CoV-2 infection fatality rate at all ages, in both men and women. Autoantibodies against type I IFNs are strong and common predictors of life-threatening COVID-19. Testing for these autoantibodies should be considered in the general population
