L'Escola del Treball (1913-1939) : renovación pedagógica y didáctica

Refleja la tesis el proceso de formación-renovación que se fue gestando durante el periodo 1913-1939, como Testiminio de la Renovación. Como agentes educativos principales se analiza el alumnado, la situación de las enseñanzas en las diferentes Secciones de la Escola del Treball comentando los hechos históricos y los aspectos pedagógicos más relevantes que dieron lugar a la renovación pedagógica de cada una de ellos. Consideramos de especial interés el alumnado en todos sus aspectos y participaciones, fue el receptor y el protagonista de la formación ofrecida por el Centro y se convierte en su Testimonio. Denominamos "Voces de Alumnos" toda la vida de la Escola, las Exposiciones Escolares, los Congresos, los Concursos. Nuestro trabajo se engloba dentro del ámbito de la Historia de la Formación Profesional ubicada en la Escola del Treball de Barcelona, la investigación realizada sigue un enfoque histórico adaptado a la investigación histórico-educativa.___________________________________This thesis shows the formation-reorganization process which was growing during 1913-1939 as the Reorganization Evidence. Students and the education situation in the different Escola de Treball's Sections are analysed as main educative agents, explaining the most relevant historic facts and pedagogical aspects, which caused the pedagogical reorganization. We consider specially interesting the students in all their aspects and notifications, because they were the recipients and protagonist of the formation given by the Escola del Treball and they became in its Testimony. We call "Students'voices" to the life at Escola del Treball, School Expositions, Conferences, Competitions and every material done and explained by the students.Our work is included in the Professional Formation's History, located at Escola del Treball in Barcelona. The investigation has a historical approach, adapted to the historical-educational investigation. In this investigation, historical and social-formative facts are described, rebuilding different facts related to Escola del Treball

El perfil del detective en la literatura criminal de Taibo II: Héctor Belascorán Shayne o la humanización del héroe detectivesco

Resumen: En este artículo se va a ahondar en la narrativa criminal del autor mexicano Paco Ignacio Taibo II a través de la figura de su investigador principal: Héctor Belascoarán Shayne. Utilizando la conexión del hard boiled de los maestros norteamericanos con la realidad urbana y su inherente capacidad para la reflexión crítica sobre la problemática política y social, Taibo II adapta este discurso literario al caso de México para denunciar el entramado sistemático de prácticas ilegales que dirige el corrupto Gobierno mexicano: el auténtico culpable de esta situación. Con vistas a este propósito, crea a este investigador privado: un antihéroe cargado de una gran cantidad de referencias cómplices con el ciudadano medio mexicano que emprende una lucha feroz contra este sistema fallando una y otra vez. His objective is to expose the systematic network of illegal practices led by the corrupt Mexican government. The author conceives his private investigator as an antihero, closely resembling the average Mexicancitizen, who fails repeatedly in his fierce struggle against the system. As a result, the character establishes himself as a strong source of awareness-raising, as well as the perfect instrument for the expression of the citizen’s disappointment and frustration

Este trabajo representa un diagnóstico previo del estado actual de las obras que se ejecutan por parte de los ingeniero militares en todo el País con el ánimo de optimizar los recursos gerenciales, minimizando al máximo los posibles errores que se puedan cometer durante el proceso. Todo el esquema bajo el concepto global de la implementación de la tecnología informática en el uso de los recursos y su mejor rendimiento cuando estos están limitados en el tiempo y en el espacio. Debido a la demanda e incremento de proyectos, que afronta la Jefatura de Ingenieros del Ejército Nacional, nace una necesidad básica y esencial para el desarrollo eficiente y efectivo de la buena administración de estos proyectos. Es necesario, ubicar cuales son las herramientas necesarias que necesita un Ingeniero Militar Director de Obra del Ejercito Nacional, sus habilidades y marco de la gestión y el desarrollo de las organizaciones, para poder entender cabalmente su papel y trascendencia.This work represents a preliminary diagnosis of the current state of the works to be executed by the military engineer throughout the country with the aim of optimizing management resources, minimizing the maximum possible errors that may be committed in the process. Analysis of the coverage of the mass transport system in the city of Bogota

19 páginas : imágenes.El sistema de transporte público, es un elemento estructurante del Ordenamiento Territorial de las ciudades, por lo tanto, es importante que el criterio al momento de la toma de decisión respecto a estos elementos, sea de carácter técnico y no político. En el caso de la ciudad de Bogotá, el sistema de transporte masivo Transmilenio, buscó cambiar la forma en la cual, se desarrollaba este elemento estructurante, el cual era ineficiente, de muy mala calidad y además era un monopolio privado. Por lo anterior, en el año 2000 se implementó el sistema de Buses de rápido tránsito (BRT) cambiando en cierta medida, la forma en que operaba el sistema. Empero, hoy en día la calidad de este sistema es baja y se cuestiona su funcionalidad, a pesar, de movilizar aproximadamente 2.6 millones de personas diariamente. Como causa de esta ineficiencia es importante resaltar que, de las 22 troncales propuestas en el año 2000, hasta el momento solo se han construido 11 y de este punto parte esta investigación, en la cual, se busca responder la pregunta: ¿La falta de implantación total del sistema de Transmilenio en la ciudad, es la causa de su ineficiente servicio? Y para responder esta pregunta, se realizará un análisis espacial del sistema para entender su funcionamiento, determinar la cobertura del sistema y por último, establecer la pertinencia de la construcción de las futuras troncales.The public transport system is a structuring element of the Territorial Ordering of cities, therefore, it is important that at the moment of the decision on these elements, it is of a technical and not political nature. In the case of the city of Bogota, the Transmilenio mass transit system sought to change the way in which this system was developed, which was inefficient, of very poor quality, as well as being a private monopoly. Therefore, in the year 2000 the BRT system was implemented, changing to a certain extent, the way in which the system operated. However, today the quality of this system is low and its functionality is questioned, despite, of mobilizing approximately 2.6 million people daily. As a cause of this inefficiency, it is important to note that, of the 22 trunks proposed in the year 2000, only 11 have been constructed and from this point this research, which seeks to answer the question: The lack of implementation of the Transmilenio system in the city, is the cause of its inefficient service? And to answer this question, a spatial and multicriteria analysis of the system will be carried out, to understand it and, finally, to establish the pertinence of the construction of future trunk

Structural and Energetic Characterization of the Ankyrin Repeat Protein Family

Ankyrin repeat containing proteins are one of the most abundant solenoid folds. Usually implicated in specific protein-protein interactions, these proteins are readily amenable for design, with promising biotechnological and biomedical applications. Studying repeat protein families presents technical challenges due to the high sequence divergence among the repeating units. We developed and applied a systematic method to consistently identify and annotate the structural repetitions over the members of the complete Ankyrin Repeat Protein Family, with increased sensitivity over previous studies. We statistically characterized the number of repeats, the folding of the repeat-arrays, their structural variations, insertions and deletions. An energetic analysis of the local frustration patterns reveal the basic features underlying fold stability and its relation to the functional binding regions. We found a strong linear correlation between the conservation of the energetic features in the repeat arrays and their sequence variations, and discuss new insights into the organization and function of these ubiquitous proteins.Fil: Parra, Rodrigo Gonzalo. This paper will present the problem of virtuality from a philosophical perspectiveto think contemporary forms of understanding of the term related to technologicaldevelopments in recent history. This perspective pretends to establish a thoughtful critique of the levity with which some concepts related to virtuality (such as "possibility", "potential", "reality", "actual", "cyberspace", "artificial intelligence", etc...) are taken.Este ensayo buscará presentar el problema de la virtualidad desde una perspectiva filosófica, dialogante con las formas contemporáneas de aprehensión del término, en consonancia con los desarrollos tecnológicos y discursivos de la historia reciente. Se analizarán términos afines a la virtualidad, tales como "posibilidad", "potencialidad", "ficción", "irrealidad", "realidad" y "actualidad", con el fin de caracterizar aquello que hoy se denomina "realidad virtual" y "ciberespacio"

Capturing coevolutionary signals in repeat proteins

The analysis of correlations of amino acid occurrences in globular proteins has led to the development of statistical tools that can identify native contacts -- portions of the chains that come to close distance in folded structural ensembles. Here we introduce a statistical coupling analysis for repeat proteins -- natural systems for which the identification of domains remains challenging. We show that the inherent translational symmetry of repeat protein sequences introduces a strong bias in the pair correlations at precisely the length scale of the repeat-unit. Equalizing for this bias reveals true co-evolutionary signals from which local native-contacts can be identified. Importantly, parameter values obtained for all other interactions are not significantly affected by the equalization. We quantify the robustness of the procedure and assign confidence levels to the interactions, identifying the minimum number of sequences needed to extract evolutionary information in several repeat protein families. The overall procedure can be used to reconstruct the interactions at long distances, identifying the characteristics of the strongest couplings in each family, and can be applied to any system that appears translationally symmetric
