El siguiente informe de investigación; abarca desde un análisis contextual y diagnóstico urbano hasta una propuesta arquitectónica de solución frente a la problemática de precariedad y tugurio en el que actualmente está sumergido en Centro Histórico de Trujillo, en La Libertad, Perú. El proyecto alberga dentro de sus fines fundamentales el mejoramiento de la imagen urbana y paisajística, mediante la transformación de sus espacios en deterioro; intervención ligada a la Ley N°29415 "Ley de Saneamiento Físico Legal de Saneamiento de Predios Tugurizados con Fines de Renovación Urbana", la cual promueve la regularización físico legal de predios y el reconocimiento de propiedad a los residentes; involucrando directamente a los agentes publico-estatal de carácter nacional y local, de modo que, éstos otorgen a la población mejores condiciones de vida y un entorno urbano mejorado.Tesi

Programa educativo de inteligencia emocional para mejorar las habilidades sociales en estudiantes de una universidad nacional de Trujillo

El objetivo de la investigación fue Demostrar que la aplicación del Programa educativo de inteligencia emocional mejora las habilidades sociales en las estudiantes de una universidad nacional de Trujillo - 2019. La población fue 35 estudiantes del VII ciclo la carrera de educación inicial de la UNT y nuestra muestra fue la misma población. Fue de tipo aplicada y el diseño pre experimental, se usó la técnica de la observación y la encuesta y como instrumento una guía de observación. Durante la aplicación del Programa Educativo de inteligencia emocional, se desarrollaron diversas actividades orientadas a mejorar las habilidades sociales, es por ello que al final se evidencio que Programa Educativo de inteligencia emocional mejora las habilidades sociales en sus dimensiones: habilidades sociales fundamentales, habilidades sociales avanzadas y habilidades sociales relacionadas con los sentimientos; debido a que el promedio en el pre test fue de 10.086 puntos y en el post test 25.214 puntos notándose así una diferencia de 15.128 puntos.The objective of the research was to demonstrate that the application of the Emotional Intelligence Educational Program improves social skills in students of a national university in Trujillo - 2019. Joint constraints on galaxy bias and σ8\sigma_8 through the N-pdf of the galaxy number density

We present a full description of the N-probability density function of the galaxy number density fluctuations. This N-pdf is given in terms, on the one hand, of the cold dark matter correlations and, on the other hand, of the galaxy bias parameter. The method relies on the assumption commonly adopted that the dark matter density fluctuations follow a local non-linear transformation of the initial energy density perturbations. The N-pdf of the galaxy number density fluctuations allows for an optimal estimation of the bias parameter (e.g., via maximum-likelihood estimation, or Bayesian inference if there exists any a priori information on the bias parameter), and of those parameters defining the dark matter correlations, in particular its amplitude ($\sigma_8$). It also provides the proper framework to perform model selection between two competitive hypotheses. The parameters estimation capabilities of the N-pdf are proved by SDSS-like simulations (both ideal log-normal simulations and mocks obtained from Las Damas simulations), showing that our estimator is unbiased. We apply our formalism to the 7th release of the SDSS main sample (for a volume-limited subset with absolute magnitudes $M_r \leq -20$). We obtain $\hat{b} = 1.193 \pm 0.074$ and $\hat{\sigma_8} = 0.862 \pm 0.080$, for galaxy number density fluctuations in cells of a size of $30h^{-1}$Mpc. Caminos posibles para una historia cultural del arte popular

PublishedEste texto responde a un esquema de análisis teórico-práctico alrededor del arte popular, indagando sus contextos, condiciones de enunciación, formulación, desarrollo para establecer relaciones y sentidos preliminares. Para ello, se estudian algunas dimensiones epistemológicas del arte popular, así como sus impactos y transformaciones. Por eso, se destaca la dimensión paradigmática del romanticismo, como referente de abordajes y aproximaciones históricas a la cultura popular, con diversos enfoques y disciplinas, siendo el folclor de central interés por sus problemas teóricos y estrategias metodológicas. Con este recorrido, se espera anidar en la dimensión historiográfica de los acercamientos al arte popular, desplegando alas hacia sus posibles usos y aplicaciones en los contextos nacional y latinoamericano

Estrategias de marketing emocional que utiliza la juguería San Agustín para fidelizar a sus clientes en Trujillo 2020

El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar las estrategias de marketing emocional que utiliza la juguería San Agustín para fidelizar a sus clientes en la ciudad de Trujillo, se trata de un trabajo de carácter descriptivo (no experimental) en el que se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo. La parte central del trabajo consistió en un diagnóstico general de la juguería, a partir de ello se elaboró un cuestionario de preguntas. Se tomó en cuenta una muestra de 290 clientes a quienes se aplicó la encuesta de 15 preguntas relacionadas con las 2 variables involucradas en la investigación (estrategias de marketing y fidelización de clientes). Para el análisis de datos se empleó la estadística descriptiva. Se concluye entonces que según los resultados, los clientes están fidelizados con la marca. En cuanto a las conexiones emocionales entre la juguería San Agustín y sus clientes, existe un alto nivel de conformidad ya que consideran que los productos ofrecidos cumplen sus expectativas, así mismo las estrategias de marketing emocional que utiliza la juguería San Agustín para fidelizar a sus clientes son el lovemark y el buzz marketing o marketing boca a boca.The objective of this research is to determine the emotional marketing strategies used by the San Agustín juices to retain its customers in the city of Trujillo, it is a descriptive (non-experimental) work in which a quantitative approach was used . The central part of the work consisted of a general diagnosis of the juices, based on which a questionnaire of questions was elaborated. A sample of 290 customers was taken into account to whom the survey of 15 questions related to the 2 variables involved in the research (marketing strategies and customer loyalty) was applied. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. It is concluded then that according to the results, customers are loyal to the brand. Regarding the emotional connections between the San Agustín juices and its customers, there is a high level of conformity since they consider that the products offered meet their expectations, likewise the emotional marketing strategies that the San Agustín juices uses to retain its customers are the lovemark and buzz marketing or word of mouth marketing.Tesi

Characterization of the Adherence of Clostridium difficile Spores: The Integrity of the Outermost Layer Affects Adherence Properties of Spores of the Epidemic Strain R20291 to Components of the Intestinal Mucosa

Indexación: Web of Science.Clostridium difficile is the causative agent of the most frequently reported nosocomial diarrhea worldwide. The high incidence of recurrent infection is the main clinical challenge of C. difficile infections (CBI). Formation of C. difficile spores of the epidemic strain R20291 has been shown to be essential for recurrent infection and transmission of the disease in a mouse model. However, the underlying mechanisms of how these spores persist in the colonic environment remains unclear. In this work, we characterized the adherence properties of epidemic R20291 spores to components of the intestinal mucosa, and we assessed the role of the exosporium integrity in the adherence properties by using cdeC mutant spores with a defective exosporium layer. Our results showed that spores and vegetative cells of the epidemic R20291 strain adhered at high levels to monolayers of Caco-2 cells and mucin. Transmission electron micrographs of Caco-2 cells demonstrated that the hair-like projections on the surface of R20291 spores are in close proximity with the plasma membrane and microvilli of undifferentiated and differentiated monolayers of Caco-2 cells. Competitive-binding assay in differentiated Caco-2 cells suggests that spore-adherence is mediated by specific binding sites. By using spores of a cdeC mutant we demonstrated that the integrity of the exosporium layer determines the affinity of adherence of C. difficile spores to Caco-2 cells and mucin. Binding of fibronectin and vitronectin to the spore surface was concentration-dependent, and depending on the concentration, spore-adherence to Caco-2 cells was enhanced. In the presence of an aberrantly-assembled exosporium (cdeC spores), binding of fibronectin, but not vitronectin, was increased. Notably, independent of the exosporium integrity, only a fraction of the spores had fibronectin and vitronectin molecules binding to their surface. Collectively, these results demonstrate that the integrity of the exosporium layer of strain R20291 contributes to selective spore adherence to components of the intestinal mucosa.http://journal.frontiersin.org/article/10.3389/fcimb.2016.00099/ful

Assessing the spatiotemporal patterns and impacts of droughts in the Orinoco river basin using earth observations data and surface observations

Droughts impact the water cycle, ecological balance, and socio-economic development in various regions around the world. The Orinoco River Basin is a region highly susceptible to droughts. The basin supports diverse ecosystems and supplies valuable resources to local communities. We assess the spatiotemporal patterns and impacts of droughts in the basin using remote sensing data and surface observations. We use monthly precipitation (P), air temperature near the surface (T2M), enhanced vegetation index (EVI) derived from Earth observations, and average daily flow (Q) data to quantify drought characteristics and impacts. We also investigated the association between drought and global warming by correlating the drought intensity and the percentage of dry area with sea surface temperature (SST) anomalies in the Pacific (Niño 3.4 index), Atlantic (North Atlantic Index [NATL]), and South Atlantic Index [SATL]) oceans. We evaluate the modulating effect of droughts on the hydrological regime of the most relevant tributaries by calculating the trend and significance of the regional standardized precipitation index (SPI) and percentage area affected by dry conditions. El Niño events worsen the region’s drought conditions (SPI vs. Niño 3.4 index, r = −0.221), while Atlantic SST variability has less influence on the basin’s precipitation regime (SPI vs. NATL and SATL, r = 0.117 and −0.045, respectively). We also found that long-term surface warming trends aggravate drought conditions (SPI vs. T2M anomalies, r = −0.473), but vegetation greenness increases despite high surface temperatures (SPI vs. EVI anomalies, r = 0.284). We emphasize the irregular spatial-temporal patterns of droughts in the region and their profound effects on the ecological flow of rivers during prolonged hydrological droughts. This approach provides crucial insights into potential implications for water availability, agricultural productivity, and overall ecosystem health. Our study underlines the urgent need for adaptive management strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of droughts on ecosystems and human populations. The insights derived from our study have practical implications for developing strategies to address the impacts of droughts and ensure the protection of this ecologically significant region

CO33 188. Abordaje mínimamente invasivo frente a abordaje estándar en cirugía de recambio valvular aórtico

ObjetivoComparar resultados obtenidos en pacientes sometidos a recambio valvular aórtico aislado por abordaje mínimamente invasivo frente a esternotomía estándar.MétodosEntre enero de 2006 – diciembre de 2011, 524 pacientes fueron sometidos de forma programada a recambio valvular aórtico aislado, de los cuales 454 fueron realizados mediante abordaje estándar (grupo E) y 70 mediante miniesternotomía en «J» (grupo M). Consideradas variables preoperatorias, tiempos de circulación extracorpórea (CEC) y clampaje aórtico, resultados postoperatorios (morbimortalidad, estancias en unidad de cuidados intensivos [UCI] y postoperatoria total) y coste económico global (estancias en UCI, sala, intervención quirúrgica, consumo de fungible, implante y otros recursos).ResultadosLas características preoperatorias de la población fueron similares, sin diferencias significativas en cuanto a edad (68±9 vs 69±8 años) y EuroSCORE I aditivo (6,04±3,00 vs 5,38±2,23) entre grupo E y M, respectivamente. Sin embargo sí hubo diferencias significativas en cuanto a mortalidad (4,2 vs 0%; p < 0,005), tiempo de CEC (95±38 vs 84±21 min; p < 0,001), tiempo de clampaje aórtico (72±28 vs 65±15 min; p < 0,001), días de estancia en UCI (4,31±5,27 vs 3,14±1,2; p < 0,05) y días totales de estancia hospitalaria (9,68±7,6 vs 7,87±4,0; p < 0,05) entre grupo E y M, respectivamente. El grupo M presentó un consumo de 1.771,21 €/paciente inferior al grupo E.ConclusiónLa cirugía mínimamente invasiva para el recambio valvular aórtico puede ser beneficiosa tanto en términos de morbimortalidad como en términos económicos. Dado que el estudio presentado es retrospectivo, creemos que futuros análisis prospectivos aleatorizados serían convenientes para profundizar los hallazgos obtenidos

RETOS LOGÍSTICOS EN SSANGYONG MOTOR COLOMBIA S.A.

La revaluación del peso frente al dólary el importante crecimiento que tuvola economía colombiana en los años2005 y 2006, dispararon las ventasde vehículos en Colombia. Para poderaprovechar ese importante aumentode la demanda, SsangYong Motor ColombiaS.A., empresa especializadaen la importación y comercializaciónde vehículos diésel de última generación,se enfrentó a grandes retos logísticos,que se presentaron porque amediados del año 2007 se elevaron losprecios de los fl etes marítimos desdeel Lejano Oriente hacia Suramérica,lo cual incrementó los costos de trasladode vehículos en contenedores.De otro lado, la oferta de espacios enbuques especializados para transportarvehículos no creció y lo quehabía disponible estaba totalmentevendido. A lo anterior, se suma elproblema de congestión en el puertode Buenaventura que incrementó loscostos de desembalaje y transferenciade la carga, además que daban prioridadal depósito de zona franca. Pararesponder a estos retos, SsangYongse planteó tres posibles alternativasde solución.
