Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vhodné marketingové strategie pro reklamní agenturu, která hodlá rozšířit svůj sortiment poskytovaných služeb. V první části práce jsou rozebrána teoretická východiska, která jsou ve druhé části využita v praxi. V praktické části je nejprve analyzován současný stav reklamní agentury a následně je pak navrhnuta vhodná marketingová strategie pro zavedení nové služby.This master´s thesis describes the suggestion of appropriate marketing strategy for an advertising agency, which intends to expand its range of services. The first part deals with theoretical bases which are used in the second part in practice. In the practical part is first analyzed the current state of advertising agencies and are subsequently suggested suitable marketing strategy for the introduction of new services.

Import 26/02/2015Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro realizaci stavby ženského centra a splnění požadavků na nízkoenergetickou stavbu. Práce se zabývá posouzením tepelně technických vlastností obvodových konstrukcí a vyhodnocením vybraných stavebních detailů. Dále je posuzováno denní osvětlení v místnostech s trvalým pobytem osob. Součástí diplomové práce je rovněž návrh kanalizace. Cílem práce je splnění normových požadavků tepelně technických vlastností budov.Theme of this diploma thesis is elaborating of project´s documentation for pursuing of women´s centre and for fulfilment of requirements to low-energy building. Thesis applies to appraisal of thermal-technical qualities of perimetr construction and evaluation of choosen structural details. Farther thesis evaluates daily light in the rooms with permanent residence. A part of this diploma thesis is also the concept of drainage. Umístění stavby vyplývá z požadované velikosti pozemku, jeho majetkové dostupnosti a dobré dopravní obslužnosti. Dokumentace navazuje na urbanistickou studii z ATT III a architektonickou studii z ATT IV.The thesis deals with the concept of the new building of the plastic surgery clinic and gynecology in Ostrava - Poruba and with processing of the project documentation for construction implementation according to decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The location of the building arises from requested land size, its property availability and good transport services. Teoretická část vychází z mikro a makro analýzy prostředí, finančních zdrojů a finančních výkazu. V praktické části je popsán Klub jachtingu Těrlicko, způsob výstavby a potřebné finanční prostředky. V závěrečné části jsou vyhodnoceny finanční výkazy a realizace projektu.The target of the graduation thesis is creating project of the marina construction at Terlicko water reservoir. Patients education before cardiac catheterization results and its evaluation

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou edukace u pacientů indikovaných k invazivnímu výkonu srdeční katetrizace. Skládá se z teoretické a empirické části. V teoretické části jsou překládány základní poznatky vztahující se k výchovně - vzdělávací činnosti ve zdravotnickém prostředí. Dále přehledně prezentuje základní pojmy a problematiku srdeční katetrizace. Stěžejní je empirická část práce, pro kterou byla zvolena metodika jednofázového smíšeného modelu, tj. užití kvalitativních i kvantitativních technik v jediném výzkumném šetření. Sběr se realizoval pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru u pacientů Interní kliniky ÚVN a 1.LF. V závěru jsou prezentovány výsledky šetření, jež mají reflektovat kvalitu a efekt edukačního procesu. Součástí výzkumné zprávy je i návrh intervencí, které mají přispět ke zvýšení efektivity edukační činnosti zdravotnického personálu oddělení Kardiologie - lůžková část a Intermediální péče Interní kliniky ÚVN a 1. The diploma thesis deals with the impact of a possible introduction of the employee cost lump sum and of cancelling the tax exemption of some tax fringe benefits on the tax liability of the employee. In the first part the fringe benefits taxation system is described, in the second part the fringe benefits taxation system in some OECD countries is described; the third final part shows calculations of the rate of the employee cost lump sum and the analyses of the impact of the modified tax legislation on the tax liability of the model tax payers
