The Implementation of Lean Manufacturing in the Tool Workshop

Import 23/07/2015Cílem diplomové práce je návrh a zavedení prvků Lean managementu v útvaru Nástrojárna. V první části je obecná charakteristika spektra výroby a popis útvaru. Je zde uvedeno teoretické představení štíhlé výroby a její historie. Jsou zde představeny také prvky, které se štíhlou výrobou souvisejí. V druhé, teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé nástroje Lean managementu, které jsou poté ve třetí, praktické části implementovány do provozu nástrojárna. Ve čtvrté části jsou pak stanoveny výsledky a efekt zavedení jednotlivých nástrojů. Závěrem je provedeno celkové zhodnocení přínosu práce.The aim of diploma thesis is concept and implementation of Lean Management elements in the Tool Shop. The first part describes general characteristics of production and department specification. Theoretical description, history and coherent elements of lean production are specified here. In the second part you can find individual tools of Lean Management which are implemented to Tool Shop functioning in the third practical part. The fourth part consists of results and effects of implementation individual tools. Optimization of the Production Line

Import 26/06/2013Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh opatření vedoucí ke snížení plýtvání a ke zvýšení po-žadovaného plnění impregnační linky za pomocí metod průmyslového inženýrství a pro-jektového řízení. Celý projekt je veden metodou DMAIC. V první části je popsána definice projektu, stanovení cíle, založení projektu včetně projektového týmu, strategie projektu a stanovení harmonogramu projektu. V druhé části pak samotné měření a analýzy současného stavu za pomocí VSM mapování procesu, snímku dne, momentového pozorování, analýzy výroby a jejich problémů, analýzy tras a jejich četnosti. Ve třetí části je vyhodnocení analýz, identifikace problémů. Ve čtvrté části jsou stanovené návrhy opatření na základě předchozích analýz a použitých metod. Závěrem je posouzeno celkové zhodnocení přínosu práce.The goal of this bachelor thesis is to propose measures which will lead to the reduction of waste and improve the impregnation line performance with the help of methods of indus-trial engineering and project management. The whole project is led by the DMAIC method. The first part introduces the definition of the project, setting the goals, foundation of the project together with the project team, strategy of the project and an outline of the project schedule. The second part deals with the measurement itself and analyses of the current state with the help of VSM mapping process, the day snapshot, moment observation, analyses of production and its problems, analyses of routes´ and their frequency. The third part contains an assessment of the analyses, and problem identifications. The fourth part proposes possible measures on the basis of previous analyses and used methods. Recent trends and applications in liquid phase chromatography enantioseparation of atropisomers

The term Atropisomerism defines a type of enantiomerism that arises from hindered rotation around an axis that makes two rotational isomers enantiomers. Atropisomeric compounds are present in nature, being important building blocks of many biologically active compounds. Atropisomers have been extensively studied in environmental and toxicological chemistry and, in particular, separating them has become a need in specific fields as organic synthesis and pharmaceutical research. High-performance liquid chromatography has been fruitfully applied in this context, and, despite HPLC separation on chiral stationary phase (CSP) is considered as mature technology nowadays, in the last years several advancements and applications contributed to study compounds where axial chirality is of utmost importance. Moreover, dynamic chromatography has been exploited as a versatile tool for kinetic studies of systems with slow internal motion gaining essential information on their stereodynamic behaviour. On this basis, current topics and trends in liquid phase chromatography enantioseparation of atropisomers are presented herein with specific focus on new representative applications with HPLC, covering years 2010–2016. Some examples concerning supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) applications are also reported. This review aims to provide the reader with a modern overview of the field in order to highlight the renewed interest towards the chemistry of molecules with atropisomeric properties.
