The study was carried out with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Murmansk region within the framework of the Agreement for the provision of grants in the form of subsidies from the regional budget to non-profit organizations that are not state institutions to support research projects of young scientists of the Murmansk region in 2021 dated 02.09.2021 No. 223In the higher education system, there is a tendency of continuous changes, the search for opportunities or conditions for multi-level, interdisciplinary education, additional knowledge, professions that will allow specialists to be more competitive, mobile, and able to cope with the challenges of our time. The article presents the content of "professional orientation of a person". The authors revealed the concept of "the factor of effective formation of the professional orientation of a person", determined the criteria and indicators of the formation of the professional orientation of students in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The developed model of the professional orientation of students in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, formed during the survey of students of secondary professional and higher institutions of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, is presented through the example of the Murmansk region. The model was tested during special professional events with graduate students. The results of the survey and testing are presented in the article in the form of graphs.Ministry of Education and Science of the Murmansk region 02.09.2021 No. 22

Development of multiscale approach to modeling mechanical response of high-strength intermetallic alloys on the basis of movable cellular automaton method

On the basis of movable cellular automaton method (MCA) was developed a multiscale two-dimensional structural and rheological model of hard-strength intermetallic alloy Ni3Al. In this model, the intermetallic alloy is regarded as multiscale composite system. Developed approach takes into account the properties of grain boundaries, the characteristics of the geometry and internal structure of the grains and their size distribution. Internal grain structure of hard-strength alloy is constructed in the framework of MCA method using the algorithm of Voronoi tessellation. To simulate the processes of deformation and fracture of such complex systems by MCA method the two-dimensional model of elastic-plastic interaction of cellular automata is used. This model is based on the use of many-particle potentials/forces of interaction of cellular automata. An incremental theory of plasticity of isotropic medium with von Mises plasticity criterion was used to model deformation of intermetallic alloy. Radial return algorithm of Wilkins was adopted for this purpose. Twoparameter criterion of Drucker-Prager was used as fracture criterion in proposed model. When modeling of the mechanical response of hard-strength alloy peculiarities of its multiscale internal structure (the presence of subgrains in grains) at lower scales with respect to the considered one was taken into account implicitly using a specially developed multiscale approach. Verification of the developed model is performed by simulation of tests on the uniaxial tension of Ni3Al samples and comparing the simulation results with the experimental data. Comparison of the obtained “theoretical” loading diagrams with experimental data showed good qualitative and quantitative similarity. This indicates the adequacy of the developed model and the possibility of its use to describe the deformation and fracture of such complex heterogeneous systems

    Mononuclear Mn(II), Co(II), and Cu(II) pivalates

Mononuclear Mn(II), Co(II), and Cu(II) pivalates were synthesized for the first time. They were isolated as salts with a composition NBu 4[MPiv3], where Piv is the pivalate anion. In the structure of the [MnPiv3] and [CoPiv3] coordination units, the environment of the central atom was found to be close to a trigonal prism. In [CuPiv3], the distorted square environment of Cu is formed by one bidentate O,O′-Piv and two monodentate Piv's; the second O atoms of monodentate Piv's tend to occupy the positions close to the apical positions of the elongated octahedron. An X-ray diffraction study of NBu 4[CoPiv3] and NBu4[CuPiv3] crystals showed strong disordering of the O atoms of the coordinated carboxylate groups at room temperature, which was suppressed when NBu4[CoPiv 3] was cooled to 85 K and NBu4[CuPiv3] to 30 K. In the synthesis of NBu4[CoPiv3] and NBu 4[CuPiv3], new compounds, namely, tetranuclear (NBu 4)2[Co4Piv8(AcO)2(H 2O)4] and (NBu4)2[Cu 4Piv8(AcO)2(H2O)2], respectively, formed along with the major product. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd.
