Violencia simbólica experimentada por las mujeres transgénero de Bogotá y Medellín (2005-2013): el lugar de lo abyecto en el orden social

El presente artículo analiza la violencia simbólica experimentada por las mujeres transgénero de Bogotá y Medellín en tiempos recientes. Esto, con el objetivo de explicar cómo operan ciertos aparatos discursivos para que ellas se remitan a un lugar marginal tanto en esferas públicas como privadas del orden social. De esta manera, la hipótesis que se afirma es que la violencia simbólica ha sido determinante para la construcción corporal y la definición de la subjetividad de las mujeres transgénero de dichas ciudades desde la abyección. Así pues, esta investigación se articuló, de un lado, a través de herramientas teóricas, principalmente, de corte feminista; y, del otro, a nivel práctico, por medio de entrevistas a profundidad para entender las circunstancias que rodeaban a las mujeres transgénero.This article aims to analyze the symbolic violence lived by the transgender women from Bogotá and Medellín in recent times. In this sense, the main purpose is to explain how certain discourse systems marginalize transgender women in the social order. That is why the thesis of this article is that the symbolic violence has been a key element for the body and subject configuration of the transgender women in a position of abjection. Therefore, the sources for this investigation were, on one hand, theoretical, specifically of a feminist kind; and, on the other, practical, through the development of in-depth interviews in order to get to a better understanding of the circumstances surrounding the transgender women

The Multi-Percussionist: Practice Strategies and Performance Considerations

The purpose of this research paper is to present historical information and practice strategies for eight selected pieces that feature marimba, timpani, snare drum, vibraphone, and multi-percussion set. The compositions range from solo repertoire to accompanied works, that include a duo, two chamber ensembles, and electronic accompaniment. The pieces discussed are Triptych Boom by Chad Floyd, Grit by J.W. Moore III, Bell Plates by Scott Lindroth, Ameline by Eric Sammut, Quartet for clarinet, horn, cello and side drum by Bohuslav Martinů, Impressions I by Nicolas Martynciow, La fille aux cheveux de lin by Claude Debussy, arranged by Renee Keller, and Tango Suite I by Astor Piazzolla, arranged by Kevin Super. Deliberación, democracia y construcción de paz: opiniones y percepciones de víctimas, excombatientes y comunidades afectadas por el conflicto armado en Colombia

Teniendo en cuenta la información recogida en el proyecto Democracia en contextos de conflicto: experimentos de reconciliación política en Colombia, liderado por la Universidad del Rosario, y que ha permitido crear mesas de deliberación entre víctimas, excombatientes y comunidades para discutir sus propuestas de paz, el presente texto indaga por el estado de las relaciones y las opiniones de diferentes grupos hacia los temas y actores de un posible escenario de posconflicto en Colombia. Así pues, a partir tanto de una discusión sobre las necesidades y reivindicaciones de los excombatientes y las víctimas, como del papel de la sociedad civil en la lucha por los derechos humanos y la construcción de paz, se desarrolla un análisis de las actitudes y opiniones de estos grupos hacia la reconciliación, la desmovilización y el proceso de paz en Colombia. De igual manera, el análisis plantea una reflexión sobre la relevancia de la democracia deliberativa como mecanismo que permite reconectar a los ciudadanos con el sistema político y abrir espacios de diálogo entre antiguos o potenciales antagonistas, en los que se manifiesten la lucha por los derechos

"Los dueños de Chile somos nosotros": retrato de la élite en Los Millonarios, de Teatro La María

This article develops an analysis of the play Los Millonarios 2015 by Chilean company La María. Written by Alexis Moreno and premiered in 2015 in Santiago, the play tells the story of a group of lawyers, wealthy, racists and partners of a very important and powerful law firm, who decided to defend a Mapuche citizen accused of killing a couple of agricultural entrepreneurs in the Wallmapu zone. The analysis focuses mainly on the dramatic material, with particular interest in exploring the dramaturgical operations used by Alexis Moreno to endow the oligarch characters of an abject nature and the use of archive material as a mechanism to historicize the fiction. Throughout the citizenry’s demands for deep reforms to the neoliberal model and the current constituent process derived from them, Chilean elite (understood as a minority group with a high economic, political and cultural capital) has been targeted and questioned regarding its role as author and gatekeeper of this model. Within this context, this article places Los millonarios as a case study of the last decade’s theatre repertoire which, aligned with the social mobilization processes, aims to shed a light and disarticulate the different dimensions in which these elites operate, with the ultimate goal of provoking in the audience a discussion about the elitist nature of the foundations on which national identity is built on. Escrita por Alexis Moreno y estrenada en Santiago en 2015, la obra trata sobre unos abogados millonarios, racistas y socios de una importante y poderosa firma, quienes deciden tomar la defensa de un ciudadano mapuche, acusado del asesinato de una pareja de empresarios agricultores en la zona del Wallmapu (territorio mapuche). El análisis se enfoca principalmente en las operaciones y el material dramatúrgicos utilizados por Alexis Moreno para dotar a los personajes oligarcas de una naturaleza abyecta y la utilización en escena de material de archivo como mecanismo de historización de la ficción. En medio de las demandas de la ciudadaní­a por una reforma al modelo neoliberal y el actual proceso constituyente derivado de estas, la elite chilena (entendida como un grupo minoritario con un alto capital económico, polí­tico y cultural) ha sido identificada y cuestionada en su rol de autora y protectora de este modelo. La meditación como herramienta pedagógica para potenciar la concentración y el bienestar en niños y niñas

Tesis (Magíster en Potenciación de Aprendizajes)Este escrito describe diversos componentes derivados de la meditación, orientados a visualizar la valoración de los niños y niñas de Educación General Básica, del Colegio Internacional SEK pacífico, teniendo relevancia en el contexto de que abarca una apreciación de la realidad, de modo que los actores sociales involucrados puedan enriquecerse a través de la experiencia. Esta tesis también contribuiría aportando desde la relación teórica, donde se gestiona el dar a conocer los beneficios y estudios de meditación que existen; porque se proyecta como una herramienta eficaz que acompañará y ayudará la gestión del pedagogo y porque se encuentra en sintonía con las políticas públicas ministeriales a nivel nacional, en la medida que se pretende “alcanzar el pleno desarrollo espiritual, ético, moral, afectivo, intelectual, artístico y físico...” (LGE Art 2°), siendo los beneficios de la meditación, encausados hacia este desarrollo. En contribución con los efectos de la meditación como una estrategia pedagógica, Burbano (2013) añade que, al practicarla y fortalecerla, se “potencia la capacidad individual para asumir la vida, generar nuevas habilidades y competencias sociales y principalmente, desarrollar confianza en sí mismo, lo que se traduce en un impacto benéfico para la salud mental y física y, por ende, para un adecuado ajuste emocional, y social”. (Burbano, 2013). Dentro de este mismo planteamiento (Monereo, 1994) dice que si se quiere lograr una construcción activa del conocimiento, de aprendizaje significativo y de interactividad conjunta, es necesario considerar todos los elementos que promuevan la interacción y el intercambio mutuo, los factores de tipo más individual, que también son parte del contexto educativo, p.28. Por consiguiente, el planteamiento de instalación de prácticas meditativas en el aula, promovería acciones que trascienden en la vida de los niños y niñas, otorgando espacios para el desarrollo personal en términos de autoconocimiento y espiritualidad, apoyando también la gestión de los profesores. A lo que se ha venido planteando, se añade que para lograr objetivos y fines macro en la pedagogía, el maestro debe visualizar aquellos detalles que conforman a los estudiantes como persona y desde allí promover el desarrollo, que parte desde lo personal, hasta llegar a logros plurales. En este sentido la meditación, vista como se le define, se vuelve una estrategia potente de transformación dentro del aula, que fomenta el conocimiento de sí mismo y las mejoras personales de cada persona, otorgando sensación de calma y bienestar para promover la felicidad en cada una

Informe sobre Expediente N° 144-2006

El presente informe jurídico tiene como objetivo analizar, en primer lugar, la naturaleza de las sanciones y medidas administrativas impuestas por el Ministerio de Energía y Minas a la empresa Compañía Minera San Nicolás S.A., a partir de los hallazgos de las acciones de fiscalización llevadas a cabo en la cuenca del Río Tingo Maygasbamba. Específicamente, si es que la medida de paralización temporal de las operaciones impuesta en el marco de la referida fiscalización tiene el carácter de una sanción. Esto permitirá concluir si es que la interposición de una demanda contencioso administrativa por parte de la empresa minera contra lo resuelto por el Ministerio de Energía y Minas, así como la suspensión del procedimiento de ejecución coactiva respectivo, podrían eventualmente suponer la suspensión de la ejecución de la medida de paralización temporal. En segundo lugar, se analizará si el Organismo Supervisor de la Inversión en Energía y Minería-OSINERGMIN, se encontraba facultado a realizar una diligencia de supervisión en las instalaciones de la empresa minera referida anteriormente. Curs acadèmic: 2020/2021PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT The Generation is a digital media specialised in social projects devised by young people with the aim of changing, giving visibility to, vindicating or improving some aspect of today's society. In this way, it has been set up with the aim of bringing this subject matter closer to the public, and also to become a platform that demonstrates the involvement of young people in social change. JUSTIFICATION FOR THE NAME OF THE PUBLICATION The name of this project has been designed to convey positive values associated with young people seeking to improve the world in which they live. As can be seen, it consists of two parts, title and subtitle: The Generation - The milieu of young people fighting for social change. The choice of English responds to the aim of universalising this project, because it deals with a subject, social change, which cannot be limited to specific geographical areas, and which must be covered at a global level. JUSTIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT'S INTEREST This is a medium specialising in social journalism, which stands out for its mobilising character (Barranquero, 2018), and which not only seeks to analyse problems, but also to explore solutions and generate critical awareness. All the articles follow these characteristics, dealing with relevant issues in the current panorama: climate change, the fight against racism, the problem of homelessness or the inclusion of minority groups, among other examples. Over the last few years, this type of journalism has benefited from the digitalisation of the press, a process that has facilitated access to this information, now available on the internet, a resource with global reach at low cost, decentralised and with hardly any direct censorship (Rendueles, 2019). Thanks to this, many social issues have managed to make their way onto the media agenda, reaching a countless number of people and thus achieving a greater impact. 18 OBJECTIVES TO BE ACHIEVED AND TARGET AUDIENCE In order to fulfil the main purpose of the medium, these are the most specific objectives that have been established to be taken into account in the development of all the work: 1. To create a dynamic, interactive and accessible website where readers can be informed and learn about social issues through the different projects and initiatives. 2. To highlight the role of young people in the path towards social change through direct testimonies from specialised and experienced sources in this sector. 3. To offer varied and original journalistic content that manages to generate debate and reflection among the users who visit the website, always following the premise of current affairs. DESIGN For the website has been created an intuitive space, capable of generating a quick visual impact. The aim was for the user to be able to browse the website without difficulty thanks to the content bar at the top, which organises the different sections of the medium. In addition, we have tried to reinforce this impact by giving great importance to multimedia content. SECTIONS About us This is one of the most important pages, because it helps the reader to get an idea of the type of content he/she will be able to consult on this website. This category explains the initial purpose of The Generation, the motivation for its creation and its social interest. Therefore, it can be said that it is a quick read that defines the editorial line and the type of journalism that this particular cybermedium proposes to its public. 19 News Since the main premise that any media outlet must follow is current affairs itself, The Generation considered the idea of creating a category for this purpose. Young creators This category was devised to support one of the main objectives of the medium, namely, to demonstrate that youth is in charge of leading the movement for social change. As the name suggests, the protagonists in this section are young people. Innovative projects Another of the main aspects of all this work is the social projects undertaken by young people themselves, which is why it was decided to create a section in which these would be the fundamental basis. SOCIAL MEDIA The first of the networks selected to begin the propagation of content was Instagram. This tool offers possibilities that coincide with the values of The Generation, which give great importance to visual elements. When the website was created and before uploading any news, a promotional video was published on Instagram through which the values to be transmitted by the medium were made known in advance. Later, other profiles were created on other networks, namely Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. CONTENT AND SOURCES For the production of the pieces, The Generation has created its contents taking into account all the themes that are understood within social change, regardless of their impact on a small or large scale. A total of 18 news items have been produced, of which 6 are news items, 6 are interviews with contextualisation and the other 6 are reports. All the contents are characterised by being long articles. The focus of these pieces has not only been on giving a voice to the protagonist of the project or the feat, but also on the search for a social background, which is why contributions from other people 20 involved, documentary sources and even expert sources on the subject have been used. In this way, we have tried to cover all possible realities, to highlight the most important messages of the medium, so that the public can be inspired by the different pieces. The Generation has had the collaboration of a total of 24 personal sources for the creation of the uploaded content. The age range of these sources goes from people that are 17 years old to approximately 30 years old, placing each one within their own personal context. FINAL ASSESSMENT In spite of having a significant number of pieces, I would have liked to have been able to produce a greater number of contents. However, the subject matter of the medium is not governed by immediate current affairs, but rather by the search and investigation of interesting projects, which involves much more work than the creation of quick news in other media. Nevertheless, the newspaper is characterised by extensive and in-depth pieces, always offering an approach that invites social reflection. Priority has been given to obtaining content of high informative quality. CONCLUSIONS Creating the digital media The Generation as my Final Degree Project has been a totally enriching experience both on a personal and professional level. The development of this project has been a path of effort and a great learning process in the field of communication. Undoubtedly, the most beneficial contribution has been the process of learning the many different journalistic routines to acquire in order to be able to run a media outlet professionally. 21 With this work I have been able to improve the processes of pre-production of information. At the beginning, selecting the topics to be covered in the cybermedia was a really complicated task, since I didn't have the references and knowledge of sources and pages obtained through the production of all the pieces. Now I have some basic knowledge to follow in this sense when writing articles in the field of social journalism. There has also been an evolution in the production of information. In the beginning, the approach to the interviews was not the right one, and some sources had to be contacted again, changing the type of questions in order to obtain the required information. This task was speeded up as the interviews progressed, by improving the management of the questions and direct communication with the sources. Problem solving is another skill that has been developed through this work. The fact of having to adapt the content of the medium to its website and its different social networks has improved the adaptation of information in each format. In addition, the constant search for new possible topics for the cybermedia has enriched the efficiency of the work, managing to link current affairs with projects of great social interest. Achievements can be highlighted in the post-production tasks, always guided by great self-criticism and motivation for the quality of the work carried out. In this sense, for example, the recognition and correction of errors has been achieved in one of the most complicated tasks on a personal level, the correct titling, on which, nevertheless, work still needs to continue. In short, the development of all this learning has allowed me to elaborate a journalistic project with an investigation behind it, and which also has an internal coherence despite the variety of themes. The final product that is presented responds to a professional, critical and even didactic treatment. On a personal level, along the way, I have been able to establish relationships with hard-working people who have turned out to be, above all, great professionals. For me, it has been a real luxury to be able to inform myself about different social issues thanks to them, their critical vision and their wor

La economía Colombiana entre los años 1982 y 1999 sufrió cambios fundamentales como dos recesiones las cuales fueron la desaceleración de las tasas y el decrecimiento económico las cuales dieron un efecto negativo; la economía de Colombia es una economía emergente que se destaca en el panorama internacional gracias al fuerte crecimiento ha experimentado en la última década. La economía Colombiana se basa en la producción de bienes primarios para la exportación y en la producción de bienes de consumo para el mercado interno; la exportación de cultivo de café, la producción petrolífera, explotación de carbón, agricultura entre otros. En los primeros años de la década del siglo XX Colombia se empeñaba en recuperar su economía reforzando los vínculos como lo es con Estados Unidos al igual que conservaba sus envíos con la colonia de España. Por otra parte con la Globalización de la Economía Internacional, tomaron particular importancia los procesos de integración económica internacional, basados en los acuerdos o tratados bilaterales, unilaterales o multilaterales; donde se establecen los compromisos de cada país, a través de las instituciones permisos, donde se reflejan las intenciones que tiene cada gobierno con diferentes países, para que estas relaciones salieran bien se crearon algunos planes de facilitación de importaciones como lo fue el Plan Vallejo, Plan Vallejo Junior, estos planes buscan beneficiar a las empresas a importar materia prima exenta de impuestos de importación y beneficios de pago de impuestos en las actividades económicas internacionales. Por lo tanto con este trabajo podemos identificar el proceso para importar en los productos de Fresas, discos, moletas y cepillos para algunas clínicas odontológicas del país, como también para los centros médicos, esto con el fin de hacer llegar los instrumentos necesarios a los médicos sin ningún inconveniente; identificando así los países con los cuales tenemos acuerdos comerciales y todo su proceso de importación. Ya que en la actualidad los odontólogos se han podido beneficiar de los grandes avances tecnológicos, como también de los procedimientos del control de las infecciones en la boca; y así mismo mejoran la conciencia humana con respecto a la salud oral; como también cabe resaltar que en un adulto mayor se refleja el proceso que llevo a cabo con su salud dental y ellos también presentan cambios en sus tejidos orales y funcionales; por esta razón es importante tener los adecuados instrumentos para realizar bien una limpieza bucal y que desde muy pequeños entendamos lo que esto significa para que en un futuro no sean tan graves estos daños y los odontólogos puedan llevar un proceso con la tecnología al alcance de sus mano
