Cultura literária contemporânea no Brasil: Notas sobre a Internet, Poesia e Resistência.

RESUMO: O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar algumas das mudanças em curso na cultura literária brasileira, a partir dos novos cenários e das novas experiências (artísticas e de sociabilidade) propiciadas pela cultura digital contemporânea. Parte-se inicialmente de uma discussão metodológica sobre as articulações que seriam mais apropriadas para se pensar a cultura literária em tempos cada vez mais complexos como os da cultura digital, com suas implicações em ondas sobre outros campos, como o econômico, o político, o educacional e o artístico. Em seguida, apresenta-se alguns exemplos de produtivas contaminações entre o texto literário tradicional e o ambiente digital, a partir de poetas brasileiros que escrevem no século XXI, movidos de certa forma pelo calor das transformações tecnoculturais. Na terceira parte, discute-se algumas experiências contemporâneas de um retorno diferenciado a certas formas de edição artesanal como resultado justamente das mutações digitais do mundo contemporâneo, mas também como forma de resistência às novas modos de controle que daí também advém muito fortemente.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Internet; texto poético; edição; cultura literária; literatura brasileira contemporânea. ABSTRACT: The purpose of this essay is to present some of the on-going changes in Brazilian literary culture departing from new scenarios and from the new (artistic and sociability) experiences proposed by contemporary digital culture. It starts with a methodological discussion about the most suitable joints to the literary culture in times increasingly complex as the digital era, with all its waveform implications on other fields, like the economic, the political, the educational and the artistic. Then, the essay presents examples of productive contamination between traditional literary text and digital environment from the XXI century Brazilian poets, moved in some way by the heat of tecnoculturals transformations. The third part discusses some contemporary experiences of a differential return to certain forms of a craftsmanship way of editing, precisely as a result of digital mutations of contemporary world, and often as form of resistance to new ways of control that there also comes very strongly.KEYWORDS: Internet; poetic text; publishing; literary culture; contemporary Brazilian literature

Defining a taxonomy of employability skills for 21st-century higher education graduates

[EN] This paper aims to discuss the theoretical development and the practical validation of a taxonomy of skills for boosting new graduates employability at Higher Education Institutions (HEI). The taxonomy was developed within the framework of the project Skill Up: Matching graduates' skills and labour world demands through authentic learning scenario. The project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, is a strategic partneship in the field of Higher Education (HE) that involves six partners (four universities, a VET school and an employer representative) from three European countries (Spain, Sweden and Germany). For the definition and validation of the taxonomy two methods were applied: a) a literature review of studies and reports that in recent years have established different frameworks and lists of skills crucial for HE graduates to acquire; b) an asynchronous online focus group involving various stakeholders (undergraduates, graduates, employers' representatives, lecturers and counsellors) to validate the taxonomy. A produção de conhecimento sobre gênero e estudos organizacionais no Brasil: Uma análise dos últimos dez anos

TCC (graduação) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro Sócio Econômico, Curso de Administração.O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a literatura da produção acadêmica sobre gênero e temas relacionados à mulher nas principais revistas em administração do Brasil, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica entre os anos de 2007 a 2017. Os periódicos pesquisados foram: Cadernos EBAPE.BR, Revista Organizações & Sociedade, Revista de Administração Contemporânea, Revista de Administração de Empresas, Revista de Administração da Universidade de São Paulo, Revista de Administração Pública e na Revista de Administração FEA-USP. A fim de destacar suas contribuições para os estudos organizacionais, os artigos foram agrupados em seis temáticas. Os resultados mostram que exteriormente as organizações aparentam representar a diversidade em suas configurações, porém, notou-se que, além de o preconceito e o patriarcado ainda estarem enraizados em nossa cultura brasileira, os gestores não estão realmente engajados em criar oportunidades e estabelecer políticas de igualdade para as minorias sem que isso lhes traga retorno financeiro a priori

Construction Panel Discussion at San Luis Obispo High School

The senior project idea for conducting a panel discussion presentation at San Luis Obispo (SLO) High School during a tutorial period was completed by Jake Ornellas and Morgan Conway. This paper provides details on the entire process of reserving a tutorial session at SLO High School, contacting and coordinating with trade representatives and university faculty, and executing the group panel discussion. The purpose of the project was to share and inform local high school students with the information regarding what careers in the different construction industry branches look like and what opportunities are there. The goal of this project was to encourage and inspire high school students to pursue and thrive in a career in the various construction industry branches

Rehabilitación psicosocial en salud mental: construcción de estrategias

La finalidad de este estudio es identificar las representaciones sobre la rehabilitación psicosocial por los profesionales de Salud Mental que trabajan en servicios abiertos, y también las dificultades que han encontrado en el proceso de hacer la atención eficaz para la población. El estudio utiliza una metodología cualitativa, recogiendo datos por medio de las entrevistas semi-estructuradas hechas con 15 personas. Los profesionales identifican el proceso de la rehabilitación como complejo, con varios obstáculos, a requerir su esmero y una actitud flexible para alcanzar los resultados previstos.Este estudo teve como objetivos identificar as representações elaboradas por profissionais de serviços substitutivos acerca da reabilitação psicossocial, e as dificuldades por eles encontradas na efetivação da assistência em Saúde Mental. Adotando abordagem qualitativa, a pesquisa teve a participação de quinze sujeitos, que foram ouvidos através da entrevista semi-estruturada. Identificou-se que a reabilitação é vista como processo complexo que enfrenta obstáculos diversos para a concretização de seus objetivos, e que as mudanças ocorridas na assistência solicitam, de cada profissional, disponibilidade e flexibilidade.This study aims to identify the representations about Psychosocial Rehabilitation by Mental Health professionals working in open services, and also the difficulties they have met in the process of turning the care effective for the population. The study uses a qualitative methodology, collecting data by means of semistructured interviews with 15 subjects. The professionals identify the rehabilitation process as complex, meeting several obstacles and requiring their dedication and a flexible attitude to achieve the expected results

ANÁLISE DE CENÁRIOS E IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE TENDÊNCIAS EM JOGOS DE EMPRESAS: TOMADA DE DECISÕES BASEADA EM ESTUDO E PERCEPÇÃO

Este estudo analisará como a análise de cenários, juntamente com estudo e percepção, pode contribuir para uma apropriada tomada de decisões, diminuindo a incerteza e o risco do gestor. O modelo de gestão seguido no estudo é o modelo de Peter Schwartz, que combina o levantamento de dados, resultando em informações analisadas segundo a percepção do estrategista, que é afetada por variáveis como conhecimento, comportamento e formação individual. Terá como ambiente de estudo um simulador organizacional, que possui rodadas de jogos de empresa, onde retrata situações e variáveis econômicas que influenciam diretamente na tomada de decisão. Por meio desse estudo, é identificado que um planejamento prévio por análise de cenários pode ser de grande ajuda para a identificação de tendências com maior grau de acerto ao gestor e aliado a conhecimentos adicionais e formação podem complementar a diminuição do risco e aumento da possibilidade de êxito

Occurrence and distribution of seabirds at Tamoios Ecological Station, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Occurrence and distribution of seabirds at Tamoios Ecological Station, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We present the results of surveys on seabirds from the Tamoios Ecological Station, a marine protected area on the coast of the state of Rio de Janeiro, south-east Brazil. Four line transects counts were carried out aboard small boats in 28 April 2009 (autumn), 22 September (winter) and 15 December 2010 (spring) and 2 February 2011 (summer). The following seabirds were recorded in the region: Brown Booby Sula leucogaster, Magnificent Frigatebird Fregata magnificens, Neotropic Cormorant Phalacrocorax brasilianus, Kelp Gull Larus dominicanus, South American Tern Sterna hirundinacea, unidentified terns (Sternidae), and Cabot's Tern Thalasseus acuflavidus. Magnificent Frigatebirds and the unidentified terns (Sternidae) were the most abundant birds, while Magnificent Frigatebird and Brown Bobby were the most frequent, occurring respectively in 82,25% and 62,5% of all counts. The higher abundance of birds was recorded during the winter counts. Active nests and chicks of Kelp Gulls Larus dominicanus were observed on a rocky islet (Rochedo de Sao Pedro) in the study areas during the winter counts. Breeding of Magnificent Frigatebirds was in the winter-spring counts on another rocky islet (Laje Branca). No direct evidence of breeding of terns were recorded in the study area, but the observation of birds with breeding plumage in the winter and spring counts suggests breeding may occur within Tamoios Ecological Station.19447848
