Studies conducted to study the effectiveness of the introduction of micro-deposits of silt into the soil as part of organo-mineral fertilizers in combination with conventional mineral and organic fertilizers have shown that the accumulation of nutrients in the soil. The best options affecting agronomic indicators were application doses in the amount of 20-25 t/ha. Taking into account more effective results for use in production, it is recommended in these soil-hydrogeological conditions to apply silt deposits at a dose of 25 t/ha, cattle manure 10 t/ha and the introduction of mineral fertilizers at a dose of – N88P43K46

    Biologization of potato cultivation technology

In biologized agricultural production, along with minimized fertilizers, growth activators are widely used. The article analyzes experimental data on potato cultivation using such preparations. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of copper nanoparticles and liquid-phase biopreparation on the phenology and yield of potatoes in the conditions of lysimetric experiment. The research results showed that pre-sowing treatment of seed tubers with growth activators had a positive effect on linear indicators, heat resistance of plants, increasing it by 16.7-50.0% compared to the control, as well as yield (the increase was 8.6-54.8 t/ha). It is shown that the best effect is obtained by the combined use of copper nanoparticles and 1% liquid-phase biological product

The article presents a model of personalized mixed learning for the implementation of programs of general additional education in the field of fine arts. This model is presented through the metaphor of the “space of opportunities”, in which the student can choose their own educational trajectory and ways to achieve educational goals. The structure of the personalized educational space is slated, the role and place of information and communication technologies in the implementation of personalized education are considered. The key elements of the model presented by us were goal-setting, criteria-based evaluation of the results of educational activities and the use of information and communication technologies. Within the framework of the proposed approach to goal-setting, the transition from simple knowledge and skills to more complex ones is carried out, as well as the synthesis of mental operations with a specific application and creative rethinking of the acquired knowledge. Criteria-based evaluation is intended to provide high-quality feedback. It is carried out on the principles of equality; personalization; clarity of criteria; evaluation of the result, not the activity of the child in the lesson; continuity. The main characteristics of the presented model are: level-based, result-oriented, interactive, and variable

Innovative Activity of Financial and Industrial Groups

The creation of financial-industrial groups (FIG) is one of the most promising ways of overcoming the investment crisis in the country. FIG-like structure which can combine financial and industrial capital is established in order to ensure efficient (due to more efficient administration of financial resources) and accelerated development of science and industrial production. This is achieved by diversification into new industrial products and services to guarantee higher and sustainable profit. FIG acts as a tool for comprehensive and cost-effective capacity utilization of enterprises that have not received sufficient orders for the state needs, and targeted financial support. In modern Russia the urgency is the problem of creating in the economy competitive organizational structures. Financial-industrial groups are to become a key link in the institutional framework of the reformed economy, increase its competitiveness in both the global and domestic markets, to become promoters of the structural adjustment of the economy. The process of creation FIG requires significant assistance from the state. This poses the following challenges for public authorities: to remove all artificial obstacles to the unification of capital, to develop measures for the operational support of the process, to ensure its uniform distribution in various fields. Utilization of low-molecular-weight organic compounds by the filterable fraction of a lotic microbiome

[EN] Filterable microorganisms participate in dissolved organic carbon (DOC) cycling in freshwater systems, however their exact functional role remains unknown. We determined the taxonomic identity and community dynamics of prokaryotic microbiomes in the 0.22 µm-filtered fraction and unfiltered freshwater from the Conwy River (North Wales, UK) in microcosms and, using targeted metabolomics and 14C-labelling, examined their role in the utilization of amino acids, organic acids and sugars spiked at environmentally-relevant (nanomolar) concentrations. To identify changes in community structure, we used 16S rRNA amplicon and shotgun sequencing. Unlike the unfiltered water samples where the consumption of DOC was rapid, the filtered fraction showed a 3-day lag phase before the consumption started. Analysis of functional categories of clusters of orthologous groups of proteins (COGs) showed that COGs associated with energy production increased in number in both fractions with substrate addition. The filtered fraction utilized low-molecular-weight (LMW) DOC at much slower rates than the whole community. Addition of nanomolar concentrations of LMW DOC did not measurably influence the composition of the microbial community nor the rate of consumption across all substrate types in either fraction. We conclude that due to their low activity, filterable microorganisms play a minor role in LMW DOC processing within a short residence time of lotic freshwater systems. This work was carried out under the DOMAINE project, which is funded by the UK Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) (large grant NE/K010689/1).
