METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO INVESTIGATION: FROM DIALOGUE TO POLITICAL DIALOGUE

    Get PDF
This article investigates the political dialogue and its methodology. The author of this article focuses their attention on the works of Feuerbach, V. Bibler, M. Buber, and M. Bakhtin; thus this allows them to identify the methodological approaches towards the study of political dialogue. Therefore, the idea of dialogue as a method of philosophizing was presented in the philosophy of Ludwig Feuerbach. He is interested in a dialogue that allows the identification of cultural and social rights, at the expense of a particular relationship of "I" to "You"; and opposes the logic of Hegel's monologue. Thinkers cannot engage in dialogue with themselves and as such, the process of communication is necessary for the formation of humans. Thus, the transcendental dialogue provides not only an expression of thought, but it is an act of "making" and also, it is the epitome of the word

The article analyzes the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and China, as a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and we can see analysis of scientific works in China. In this article author said that all the SCO studies in China can be divided into two categories, where one of them is the real political dynamics studies, the other - focuses on theoretical questions. Its creation has affected not only the solution of border issues of China with neighboring countries. The emergence of new international non-governmental organizations focused on dialogue contribute to globalization and challenges against the backdrop of the current international image of the world. Directly in China studies at the SCO is of great interest not only in the scientific public, but also in society. This is due to the fact that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is the only international and regional organizations, which was established on the initiative of not only China, but also with the regional headquarters located in China. The SCO creation has affected not only the solution of border issues of China with neighboring countries, but also largely contributed to peace and stability in the region. Keywords: China, Shanghai Cooperation Organization, dialog, strategic partnership, stability JEL Classifications: C62, O18, P1

The possibility of using Ig Y-antibodies in immunotherapy

    Get PDF
The importance of yolk antibodies (IgY) for their use in the diagnosis and treatment of human diseases is shown. The structural features of IgY compared to human immunoglobulins were studied. The disadvantages of obtaining hyperimmune sera from mammalian animals were revealed. A feature of IgY is its resistance to trypsin and chymotrypsin, which can contribute to more effective treatment of diseases. Data on optimization of the technology for obtaining yolk antibodies (IgY) from various bird species are presented. It is shown that 25-50 mg of highly purified immunoglobulin can be obtained from one bird egg. Obtaining immunoglobulins from eggs is more humane than using mammals for this purpose. Compared to ion exchange chromatography, gel chromatography, and ultrafiltration, the methods of precipitation with various chemicals (ammonium sulfate) were found to be simpler in terms of methodology. The results of electrophoresis revealed two types of proteins with a molecular weight of about 65 kDa and 30 kDa, which corresponds to the mass of the «heavy» and «light» IgY chains. Quail species Coturnix coturnix japonica as a producer of biological raw materials for the production of diagnostic immunoglobulins have great advantages over chickens (Gallus domesticus)

The article is devoted to the study of the metal ion’s role in the formation of the foam colloidal structure. The nitrogenous compounds prominent role as structuring compounds of the colloidal film on the carbon dioxide bubbles surface is noted. Based on the calculation of the correlation strength between beer samples organic compounds obtained based on light and dark malts, as well as barley and corn as unmalted raw materials, the effect of Ca, Mg, Mn, Co and Na mineral ions on the foam structure was evaluated. It was shown that Ca, Mg, Mn, Na, Co ions take part in the foam structure formation in conjunction with the grain raw materials thiol nitrogen, and Ca, Mg, Mn ions in conjunction with catechins of both grain and hop raw materials. High correlation coefficients between foam resistance and all ions (r-0.991÷0.998), foam resistance, catechins and Co ions (r 0.991), as well as foam resistance and Ca and Mg ions (r -0.987) ensure the elasticity of the foam structure colloidal film

Grant Number: 2015012Adult stem cells (ASCs) in vertebrates and model invertebrates (e.g. Drosophila melanogaster) are typically long-lived, lineage-restricted, clonogenic and quiescent cells with somatic descendants and tissue/organ-restricted activities. Such ASCs are mostly rare, morphologically undifferentiated, and undergo asymmetric cell division. Characterized by ‘stemness’ gene expression, they can regulate tissue/organ homeostasis, repair and regeneration. By contrast, analysis of other animal phyla shows that ASCs emerge at different life stages, present both differentiated and undifferentiated phenotypes, and may possess amoeboid movement. Usually pluri/totipotent, they may express germ-cell markers, but often lack germ-line sequestering, and typically do not reside in discrete niches. ASCs may constitute up to 40% of animal cells, and participate in a range of biological phenomena, from whole-body regeneration, dormancy, and agametic asexual reproduction, to indeterminate growth. They are considered legitimate units of selection. Conceptualizing this divergence, we present an alternative stemness metaphor to the Waddington landscape: the ‘wobbling Penrose’ landscape. Here, totipotent ASCs adopt ascending/descending courses of an ‘Escherian stairwell’, in a lifelong totipotency pathway. ASCs may also travel along lower stemness echelons to reach fully differentiated states. However, from any starting state, cells can change their stemness status, underscoring their dynamic cellular potencies. Thus, vertebrate ASCs may reflect just one metazoan ASC archetype.Publisher PDFPeer reviewe

Aim: Figuring out the occurrence of vestibular schwannomas (VS) and their management tendencies in Ukraine.Materials and methods: Data about VS detection and treatment were collected among all Ukrainian neurosurgical and radiological facilities which are enrolled in providing care for these patients. Together with those who were treated overseas the total number in 2016-2018 was 903 people. There were 665 cases (73.6  %) treated surgically, 124 cases (13.8  %) irradiated and 114 (12.6  %) observed via serial imaging. Results: The prevalence of VS in Ukraine is about 7.27 per 1 million people which corresponds to data around the world (CBTRUS trial suggested VS incidence 10-20 people per 1 million during 2004-2009).Most of verified VSs were treated surgically (73.6  %), lesser part was irradiated (13.8  %) and 12.7 % were followed-up by wait-and-scan strategy. Our data regarding surgical management was higher than worldwide. At the same time, the volume of detected tumors was much larger in comparison to published data. Seventy-three per cent of all cases were Koos T4 tumors as a possible result of poor diagnosis and lack of alertness making surgical interventions more common and difficult.Total and subtotal resection rate was 79  % as the result of combined microsurgical and endoscopic techniques under intraoperative electrophysiological neuromonitoring guidance. The facial nerve was preserved in 94.2  % of cases, cochlear — in 8.5  % of cases. The average mortality rate during 2016-2018 in Ukraine was 3.1  % with 1.3  % in Subtentorial Neurooncology Department of the Romodanov Neurosurgery Institute. Conclusions: For further improvements and development of optimal management strategies for patients with VS, it is necessary to improve earlier diagnosis and reasonable to provide neurosurgical care in high-volume centers based on the profound expertise with further advances in technologies for functionally favorable outcomes

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of economic globalization in China and as a factor of cultural security. A philosophical analysis of the social aspect of China’s regional development. J. Sigurdson, like many researchers, analyzes economic, political factors, technological innovations, regional development programs of China. Our attention was drawn to the fact that he is one of the few Western researchers who analyze social problems. J. Sigurdson gives an analysis of Chinese society in the context of the development of technological systems. He notes that the creation of clusters, the use of new technologies contribute to the development of the social infrastructure of modern Chinese society. It is worth noting that his analysis is based on the historical information approach. In this case, we are not interested in ascertaining the facts presented by him, but in describing the role of innovation systems in the development of the social sphere of Chinese society. Thus, the relevance of this article is due to the need to analyze Western research on the social factor of regional changes in China. The entry into globalization processes and the perception of the economic opportunities of the modern world in China is refracted through traditional culture and allows not only to preserve its own values, but also to successfully adapt them to the realities of the present day on one hand and spread it outside on the other. China plays an important role in the modern economic development of the world. The main task of the Chinese strategy for the development of clusters was to ensure that the results met not only the economic development of the country, but also the rise of the social, cultural component. The Chinese government is aware of the depth of existing problems in society, and how we see new promising plans for the development of China’s economic system. In the artical, we allows us to view modern China not only as a simple element of the world economic system, but rather as one of the leading subjects of economic globalization, actively participating in the world economy and making a significant contribution to the development of the modern world. In our view, it is the integrity of the domestic political and foreign policy course of the country’s development that allowed the Chinese economy and culture to become a visible and important element of the world economy
