ESTRATEGIAS DE PODER EN LAS RELACIONES DE GENERO PROFESOR-ALUMNA EN EL DECANATO DE ADMINISTRACI 3N Y CONTADUR\ucdA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD CENTROCCIDENTAL LISANDRO ALVARADO (II-2009)

El estudio efectuado se propuso determinar la incidencia del uso estrategias de poder en las relaciones de g\ue9nero profesor-alumna en el Decanato de Administraci\uf3n y Contadur\ueda (DAC) de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA). Para su realizaci\uf3n, se utiliz\uf3 el modelo epistemol\uf3gico emp\uedrico-anal\uedtico. Este modelo parte del supuesto de que los sucesos del mundo por m\ue1s distintos y desconectados que parezcan, cumplen algunas reglas, cuya regularidad puede ser precisada mediante el registro de repeticiones que conlleven a inferencias probabil\uedsticas de sus conductas ulteriores utilizando como v\uedas de acceso al conocimiento y mecanismos para su producci\uf3n y validaci\uf3n, los instrumentos de medici\uf3n y el m\ue9todo inductivo. Conformemente, para la b\ufasqueda de informaci\uf3n se utiliz\uf3 la t\ue9cnica de la encuesta en su modalidad de cuestionario, el cual, luego de los procesos de validaci\uf3n y confiabilidad, se aplic\uf3 a una muestra representativa de la poblaci\uf3n objeto de estudio, para subsiguientemente cuantificar, registrar y analizar los datos y derivar las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes, entre las cuales, se sugiere al Consejo Universitario de la UCLA y al Consejo de Decanato del DAC, prestar una relevante atenci\uf3n al uso de estrategias de poder en las relaciones de g\ue9nero en su programa de dise\uf1o de pol\uedticas educativas y en consideraci\uf3n a la reforma curricular que se est\ue1 impulsando, con el prop\uf3sito de respetar la perspectiva de g\ue9nero y de controlar el uso de la violencia dentro de la instancia universitaria, evitando que otra forma de violencia a\uf1adida, como la violencia por omisi\uf3n, retarde, obstaculice o impida que la estudiante mujer, ejerza los derechos previstos en la ley para asegurarles una vida libre de violencia. ABSTRACT STRATEGIES OF POWER IN THE RELATIONSHIP OF GENDER IN THE TEACHER-STUDENT DECANATO OF ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS OF THE UNIVERSITY LISANDRO ALVARADO (II-2009) The study aimed to determine the incidence and use strategies of power in gender relations in teacher-student Decanato of Aadministration and Accounts (DAC) University Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA). To realize this, we used the empirical-analytic epistemological model. This model assumes that the events of the world for more distinct and disconnected they may seem, comply with some rules, whose regularity can be specified by the registration of repetitions that lead to probabilistic inferences using subsequent behaviors as gateways to knowledge and mechanisms for its production and validation of measurement instruments and the inductive method. Conforming to the information search technique was used in the survey questionnaire form, which, after the validation and reliability, was applied to a representative sample of the population under study, to subsequently quantify, record and analyze data and derive conclusions and recommendations, among which, it is suggested to the University Council at UCLA and Dean of the DAC Board, to pay attention to the use of relevant strategies of power in gender relations in your program design of educational policies and in consideration of the curricular reform is being promoted, in order to respect the gender perspective and to control the use of violence within the university request, preventing other forms of violence added, such as violence by omission, delay, impede or prevent the female student, to exercise the rights under the law to assure a life free of violence

ABRIENDO LAS VALLAS DE LA SUMISI 3N. UN CAMINO A LA ESPERANZA

Con el prop\uf3sito de coadyuvar en la creaci\uf3n de una conciencia de equidad que se inicie en el reconocimiento de la mujer como persona social con derechos y obligaciones, cuya feminidad ha de ser vista desde una perspectiva que favorezca el crecimiento de una sociedad m\ue1s humana; este trabajo fundamentado en el m\ue9todo bibliogr\ue1fico-documental, reflexiona sobre los resultados obtenidos en la l\uednea de investigaci\uf3n de estudios de g\ue9nero, que desde hace algunos a\uf1os viene desarrollando la autora, (Ord\uf3\uf1ez, 2011, 2012) y est\ue1 orientado a comprender esa an\uf3mala situaci\uf3n en la que una mujer, sujeta a peri\uf3dicas situaciones de agravio, permanece atada al dolor f\uedsico o psicol\uf3gico, que le produce humillaci\uf3n, que la priva de satisfacci\uf3n y que la apremia a una actitud de sumisi\uf3n ante su pareja. De la trocha transitada se concluye que la dificultad que enfrenta la mujer maltratada para liberarse del status de v\uedctima, no puede ser explicada a trav\ue9s de un argumento \ufanico, por el contrario, el proceso de pensar y discernir acerca de esta luctuosa realidad, amerita de un exhaustivo an\ue1lisis, cuya conclusi\uf3n final emane de las diversas perspectivas que a lo largo del tiempo, han intentado comprender y poner fin a las desigualdades subyacentes en las relaciones de g\ue9nero. Percepciones y concepciones sobre cultura institucional en los actores de la Instituci?n Educativa Fundadores Ram?n Bueno y Jos? Triana en Girardot

78 P?ginasLa presente publicaci?n evidencia los resultados de una investigaci?n que determin? e interpret? las percepciones y concepciones sobre Cultura Institucional de los directivos docentes, los docentes y los estudiantes de la Instituci?n Educativa Fundadores Ram?n Bueno y Jos? Triana de Girardot en el a?o 2012,dentro de un estudio de tipo mixto que busc? identificar todos los rasgos culturales que ha generado la Instituci?n como ente social aportando elementos te?ricos y metodol?gicos al estudio de la Cultura Organizacional. Para ello, se tuvieron en cuenta tres categor?as que respondieron a cinco ejes: la concepci?n de los valores, las percepci?n de los valores en la realidad, la correspondencia de la misi?n y la visi?n, los rituales en la Instituci?n y las tradiciones, mitos y leyendas en la Instituci?n. Para tal fin se tuvieron en cuenta dos momentos; primero, se realiz? un estudio de Redes Sem?nticas Naturales que utiliz? los cinco ejes como est?mulos generadores; por otra parte, se utiliz? la entrevista para corroborar el estudio cuantitativo tomando como punto de partida las tres categor?as planteadas. Se encontr? que el respeto es el valor que mejor desarrolla la manera de ser de las personas seg?n la concepci?n de los actores de la Instituci?n Educativa, pero en la realidad es el que m?s se infringe por lo que el precepto y la realidad tienen un significado opuesto. Por otro lado, se evidenci? heterogeneidad en la percepci?n de los docentes, directivos docentes y estudiantes frente al impacto que genera la misi?n y la visi?n de la instituci?n. Finalmente, se interpretaron los rituales, tradiciones, mitos y leyendas que ofrecieron una identidad propia del plantel con el fin de fortalecer los que contribuyen a su buen funcionamiento cultural y transformar la concepci?n de las acciones consideradas como negativas. This publication evidences the results of a study that determined and interpreted perceptions and conceptions about institutional culture of school administrators, teachers and students of Institucion Educativa Fundadores Ram?n Bueno y Jos? Triana of Girardot in 2012, within a mixed type study sought to identify all cultural features generated by the institution as a social entity providing theoretical and methodological elements to the study of organizational culture. To this purpose, three categories were considered responding to five axes: the conception of values, the values perceived in reality, the correspondence of the mission and vision, the rituals in the Institution, and traditions, myths and legends in the Institution. To this end, two moments were considered: first, a study of natural semantic networks that used the five axes as stimuli generators, on the other hand, the interview was used to corroborate the quantitative study taking as its starting point the three categories proposed. It was found that respect is the value that best develops the way of being of the people according to the conception of the actors of the educational institution, but in reality it is the most widely violated so the precept and reality have meaning opposite. On the other hand, it was made evident heterogeneity in the perception of teachers, school administrators and students against the impact that generates the mission and vision of the institution. Finally, it was interpreted the rituals, traditions, myths and legends that offered a campus identity in order to strengthen those who contribute to its best cultural operation and transforming conception of the actions considered as negatives.1. Propuesta de un programa para incrementar la capacidad de resiliencia en los ni?os de primer grado del Instituto Tecnol?gico Salesiano Eloy Valenzuela sede C de la ciudad de Bucaramanga

117 P?ginasEn la actualidad es motivo de preocupaci?n para la familia, los maestros y las instituciones educativas, la integraci?n de los ni?os en su ambiente familiar , social y escolar , ya que desde muy temprana edad deben sortear situaciones de rechazo, violencia, abandono, soledad, melancol?a e indiferencia , actitudes que dan lugar a trascendentales consecuencias de tipo psicol?gico. Ante estas situaciones de adversidad se hace necesario incrementar la capacidad de Resiliencia en los ni?os en su primera infancia para que puedan confrontarlas y sobreponerse a ellas, desarrollando su competencia social. El proyecto que exponemos a continuaci?n se orienta a la elaboraci?n de un programa que incremente los niveles de Resiliencia en los estudiantes de primer grado del Instituto Tecnol?gico Salesiano Eloy Valenzuela Sede C de la ciudad de Bucaramanga (Santander, Colombia). Nowadays, the integration of children in their family, society and school environment is a concern for the family, teachers and educational institutions, because since a very young age they must overcome situations of rejection, violence, abandonment, loneliness, melancholy and indifferent ; these attitudes lead to far-reaching psychological consequences . At these times of adversity it is necessary to increase resilience capacity in children in their early childhood; so they can confront and overcome this situation by developing their social competence. Pengaruh Teman Sebaya Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Siswa Berkesulitan Belajar Pada Pembelajaran IPA

Background of this study was that every learning proces in class commonly found children who had difficulties in learning. The form of difficuties of every student were different, while the learning which were commonly conducted by the teachers in schools still using speech method and excercises only individually so that this cause the learning process only focused on teacher and made the students got difficulties in learning being under-developed in comprehending material of study.This matter could cause the student’s afektive skill getting difficulties in learning became low. Through groups of the peer group, those children would be be more motivated to study so that they could solve their learning disability. This study aimed to clarify the influence of the peer group the student’s afektive skill who got learning disability in Science (IPA) learning.This study used quantitative research metodology with the type of descriptive research method. The data analysis result showed tcount (4.540 ) > ttabel (2.086) that can be taken that Ho decision was refused. ESTRUCTURA DIACR 3NICA Y SINCR 3NICA DE LOS PROCESOS INVESTIGATIVOS Y LEGITIMIDAD SOCIAL DE LA INVESTIGACI 3N UNIVERSITARIA

La investigaci\uf3n realizada tuvo como objetivo terminal, construir un Modelo Te\uf3rico de Legitimaci\uf3n Social de la Investigaci\uf3n Universitaria. Su realizaci\uf3n se fundament\uf3 en el Modelo Epistemol\uf3gico del Racionalismo Cr\uedtico porque este Modelo tiene como uno de sus principales prop\uf3sitos, la construcci\uf3n te\uf3rica y porque concibe la investigaci\uf3n como un proceso de razonamiento que indaga la soluci\uf3n al problema investigado, contrastando los hechos observables con un Cuerpo Te\uf3rico elegido previamente mediante el uso del m\ue9todo l\uf3gico-deductivo. La secuencia metodol\uf3gica comenz\uf3 con la descripci\uf3n de una serie de hechos que caracterizan a la Investigaci\uf3n Universitaria, para proseguir con la formulaci\uf3n del problema, y subsiguientemente, proceder a la formulaci\uf3n de las hip\uf3tesis, lo cual permiti\uf3 (a) relacionar los hechos impl\uedcitos en el problema con el Sistema Te\uf3rico de la Teor\ueda del Conocimiento y de la Investigaci\uf3n Cient\uedfica, (b) realizar el respectivo an\ue1lisis y las sucesivas derivaciones que facilitaron su vinculaci\uf3n con la Legitimidad Social de la Investigaci\uf3n Universitaria, y (c) concluir finalmente con la construcci\uf3n del Modelo de Legitimaci\uf3n que servir\ue1 a los sujetos investigadores del \ue1mbito universitario como instrumento orientador para la ejecuci\uf3n de investigaciones v\ue1lidas y leg\uedtimas socialmente. Their realization was based in the Pattern Epistemologist of the Critical Rationalism because this Model has like one of her main purposes, the theoretical construction and because she conceives the investigation like a reasoning process that investigates the solution to the investigated problem, contrasting the facts observables previously with a Corpus Theoretical elect by means of the use of the logical-deductive method. This process was carried out in a sequence that began with the description of a series of facts that characterize to the University Investigation, to continue with the formulation of the problem or query, and subsequently, to proceed to the formulation of the hypotheses, that which allowed (a) to relate the implicit facts in the problem with the Theoretical System of the Theory of the Knowledge and of the Scientific Investigation, (b) to carry out the respective analysis and the successive derivations that facilitated its linking with the Social Genuineness of the University Investigation, and (c) to conclude finally with the construction of the Pattern of Legitimating that will be good socially to the investigating fellows of the university environment, like instrument orientated for the execution of valid and legitimate investigations

SIGNIFICADO DE LA INVESTIGACI 3N CUALITATIVA EN DOCENTES UNIVERSITARIOS

El siguiente art\uedculo est\ue1 referido a la interpretaci\uf3n de los significados que sobre la investigaci\uf3n cualitativa construyen los docentes del Decanato de Administraci\uf3n y Contadur\ueda de Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado al relacionarse rec\uedprocamente en el contexto profesional. Su dise\uf1o y ejecuci\uf3n se sustent\uf3 en el paradigma introspectivo-vivencial y en el enfoque fenomenol\uf3gico-hermen\ue9utico. Los hallazgos resultantes permitieron concluir que la investigaci\uf3n cualitativa como una realidad sujeta a un orden que abarca aspectos externos e internos inherentes al sistema te\uf3rico-operativo, a su desarrollo espacio-temporal y a su organizaci\uf3n l\uf3gica en el \ue1mbito de relaciones intersubjetivas de la instituci\uf3n universitaria, amerita de una exhaustiva revisi\uf3n, an\ue1lisis y evaluaci\uf3n, pues presenta serias dificultades para su planeamiento y realizaci\uf3n en los docentes investigados. Plan de negocio para la implementaci?n de un centro m?dico especializado en el tratamiento de enfermedades respiratorias en la ciudad de Lima

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad de un plan de negocio relacionado a la implementaci?n de un centro m?dico especializado en tratamiento de enfermedades respiratorias en la ciudad de Lima, ubicado en San Juan de Lurigancho. El estudio de mercado realizado reafirm? la necesidad de atenci?n enfermedades respiratorias por su alta incidencia en la poblaci?n lime?a, m?s a?n en zonas con alta humedad como San Juan de Lurigancho. As? tambi?n, se determin? que el 70% de los encuestados tiene por lo menos una persona en su hogar que sufre de males respiratorios y actualmente se atienden en centros donde la calidad de atenci?n es muy baja, siendo as? que el 61% manifest? un alto grado de insatisfacci?n. Adem?s de ello, uno de los atributos que han manifestado que valoran es la cercan?a del centro de atenci?n. Por otro lado, en el estudio cualitativo los expertos se?alaron que los servicios que no deber?an faltar son: nebulizaciones, imagenolog?a, inmunolog?a, otorrinolaringolog?a, terapia respiratoria, laboratorio y radiograf?a. La tesis detalla el plan estrat?gico, operativo, marketing y de recursos humanos con el cual llevar a cabo este negocio. Finalmente, al evaluar la viabilidad financiera del proyecto se obtiene un VAN de S/ 99,314 que se obtuvo de descontar a valor presente los flujos econ?micos con una tasa de descuento de 30% la cual fue recomendada por expertos en el sector
