SENTIDO Y SIGNIFICADO DE SER DOCENTE UNIVERSITARIO EN LA HIPERMODERNIDAD

Este art\uedculo trata de un estudio sobre el ser docente universitario en la hipermodernidad, y parte de la siguiente pregunta de investigaci\uf3n \ubfCu\ue1les son los sentidos y significados que le otorgan los actores sociales a la pr\ue1ctica de ser docente universitario en el contexto de la hipermodernidad? El ser de la educaci\uf3n se encuentra radicado en el ser del hombre. La esencia de la educaci\uf3n reside precisamente en la posibilidad de garantizar un porvenir a ese ser. La intencionalidad de la investigaci\uf3n fue deducir los sentidos y significados acerca del desarrollo de ser docente universitario en la hipermodernidad desde la voz de actores sociales de la Universidad Ferm\uedn Toro. Por ello, fue necesario considerar las innovaciones que actualmente se est\ue1n introduciendo con las Tecnolog\uedas de la Informaci\uf3n y la Comunicaci\uf3n "TIC". Este estudio se realiz\uf3, desde una perspectiva metodol\uf3gica cualitativa, bajo la \uf3ptica te\uf3rica y el m\ue9todo de la Hermen\ue9utica-fenomenol\uf3gica. Asum\ued la t\ue9cnica de la entrevista en profundidad, aplicada a los actores sociales de la facultad de ingenier\ueda de la Universidad "Ferm\uedn Toro". La investigaci\uf3n logr\uf3 notoriedad al revelar hallazgos que emergieron a trav\ue9s de las unidades de significativos como: pr\ue1ctica de ser docente, sentido y significado, identidad e hipermodernidad. Finalmente, a modo de reflexi\uf3n, se respondi\uf3 a la interrogante \ubfDe qu\ue9 forma se da la identidad en el ser docente universitario? a trav\ue9s de los actores sociales al confirmar la articulaci\uf3n e integraci\uf3n de los significados sociales m\ue1s relevantes, en elementos te\uf3ricos emergentes que configuraron los grandes hallazgos de la presente investigaci\uf3n. ABSTRACT This article is about a study about being a university teacher in hypermodernity, and part of the following research question what are the meanings and meanings that social actors give to the practice of being a university teacher in the context of hypermodernity? The being of education is rooted in the being of man. The essence of education lies precisely in the possibility of guaranteeing a future to that being. The intent of the research was to deduce the senses and meanings about the development of being a university teacher in hypermodernism from the voice of social actors of the Ferm\uedn Toro University. Therefore, it was necessary to consider the innovations that are currently being introduced with Information Technology and Communication "ICT". This study was carried out, from a qualitative methodological perspective, under the theoretical perspective and the Hermeneutic-phenomenological method. I assumed the in-depth interview technique, applied to the social actors of the engineering faculty of the "Fermi Toro" University. The research achieved notoriety by revealing findings that emerged through significant units such as: practice of being a teacher, meaning and meaning, identity and hypermodernity. Finally, by way of reflection, the question was answered: How is identity given in the university teaching being? through the social actors when confirming the articulation and integration of the most relevant social meanings, in emerging theoretical elements that shaped the great findings of the present investigation. LAS COMPETENCIAS INVESTIGATIVAS DEL DOCENTE DE EDUCACI 3N PRIMARIA BOLIVARIANA

El prop\uf3sito del presente ensayo es presentar una reflexi\uf3n sobre la importancia de las competencias investigativas del docente de educaci\uf3n primaria desde el aprender a ser, aprender a conocer, aprender a convivir y aprender hacer como lo expuso Delors (1996) son competencias para desarrollar a lo largo de la vida del ser humano a fin de poder lograr el \ue9xito como profesionales, seres humanos y contribuir a elevar la calidad educativa. Pues la sociedad actual requiere docentes actualizados para enfrentar los retos que se presentan y as\ued poder proponer alternativas de soluci\uf3n a los momentos transformacionales que vive la sociedad venezolana. El desarrollo de las competencias investigativas en el docente investigador del siglo XXI, propone un cambio del paradigma del maestro trasmisor de conocimientos a un docente creativo e investigador, transformador del medio educativo, proponiendo estrategias de soluci\uf3n a las situaciones problem\ue1ticas del aula, en el contexto comunitario, ambiental y de su praxis pedag\uf3gica para lograr la calidad educativa. ABSTRACT The purpose of this essay is to present a reflection on the importance of the investigative competences of the primary education teacher from learning to be, learning to know, learning to live and learn how to do it. Delors (1996) are competences to develop what throughout the life of the human being in order to achieve success as professionals, human beings and contribute to raising the quality of education. For today's society requires updated teachers to face the challenges that arise and thus be able to propose alternative solutions to the transformational moments experienced by Venezuelan society. EL MULTIM\uc9TODO COMO ENFOQUE INNOVADOR PARA LA ELABORACI 3N DE TRABAJOS DE GRADO EN LA MAESTR\ucdA DE LA UPEL - IPB.

Existen numerosas formas de realizar una investigaci\uf3n los cuales son enfocados en procedimientos tradicionales aplicando los enfoques cuantitativos y cualitativos, y actualmente podemos contar con el enfoque multim\ue9todo (EMM). El presente art\uedculo explica la importancia de la formaci\uf3n de los investigadores en los diferentes enfoques, que adem\ue1s de los cl\ue1sicos incluye el EMM, dicho trabajo se realizo de forma cualitativa, siendo su paradigma socio construccionista, con la aplicaci\uf3n de una metodolog\ueda fenomenol\uf3gica hermen\ue9utica y de ontolog\ueda relativista. Para la recolecci\uf3n de la informaci\uf3n se utiliz\uf3 la observaci\uf3n participante y la entrevista a profundidad. Este trabajo dio el hallazgo de una categor\ueda \ufanica: Visi\uf3n del EMM en el \ue1mbito universitario investigativo; y tres subcategor\uedas: Definici\uf3n e importancia del EMM, Renovaci\uf3n constante y adaptaci\uf3n a la globalizaci\uf3n de conocimientos y difusi\uf3n, y Aplicabilidad del EMM. Demostrando que el EMM es una modalidad de investigaci\uf3n que combina y/o integra de manera complementaria los enfoques cuantitativos y cualitativos y que adem\ue1s permite ampliar la visi\uf3n del objeto/fen\uf3meno de estudio. ABSTRACT The present qualitative research, has as intentions to unveil, interpret, understand and generate, a body of knowledge inherent in the vision of teachers of the Master's Program in Educational Research of the UPEL-IPB on the multimethod approach as a research method. Being inserted in the Research Line: Qualitative Research Network in Education. The research was approached under the shelter of the socio-constructionist paradigm, supporting me methodologically in hermeneutical phenomenology with techniques typical of symbolic interactionism, which detected the collection and analysis of the findings; Ontologically it is Relativistic, since there are multiple versions of reality, as well as epistemologically transactional-dialogic-subjective sea, since knowledge was sustained by the interpretation obtained by social actors; for the collection of the information, the participant observation and the in-depth interview were selected, selecting the key informants through an intentional sampling, which gave birth to the investigation; All this served to demonstrate the importance of understanding and using new approaches for the elaboration of degree work in the masters of educational research. CALIDAD INTEGRAL EN LOS PROCESOS DE DURANTE EL INGRESO DE PACIENTES EN LA UNIDAD DE REHABILITACI 3N DEL SEGURO SOCIAL DOCTOR PASTOR OROPEZA

El presente proyecto tuvo como objetivo principal proponer un plan de gesti\uf3n de calidad integral para el mejoramiento del proceso de ingreso de pacientes en el Hospital del Seguro Social Dr. Pastor Oropeza. De Barquisimeto, estado Lara. El estudio se desarroll\uf3 como una investigaci\uf3n descriptiva, fundamentada en el paradigma positivista y apoyado en un trabajo de campo; se tom\uf3 como poblaci\uf3n a ochenta y tres (83) sujetos, veinticinco (25) del personal del departamento y cincuenta y ocho (58) pacientes. Se aplicaron como t\ue9cnicas de recolecci\uf3n de datos la entrevista y la encuesta, por medio de un (01) guion de entrevista a la directiva y (01) cuestionario al personal. Su confiabilidad fue por medio del coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach. Se concluy\uf3 que existe en los elementos tangibles una tendencia deficiente; ya que la empresa posee pocos equipos aptos para brindar un buen servicio a los pacientes. Las instalaciones f\uedsicas de Hospital del Seguro Social Dr. Pastor Oropeza, no son visualmente atractivas, del mismo modo se determin\uf3 que el personal no posee un compromiso y actitud a la hora de atender a los pacientes. Se gener\uf3 una propuesta donde se presenta el Modelo Malcom Baldrige para mejorar la calidad del servicio e incrementar la productividad de la Instituci\uf3n. ABSTRACT The main objective of this project was to propose a comprehensive quality management plan for the improvement of the patient admission process at the Dr. Pastor Oropeza Social Security Hospital. From Barquisimeto, Lara state. The study was developed as a descriptive investigation, based on the positivist paradigm and supported by a field work; Eighty-three (83) subjects, twenty-five (25) of the department staff and fifty-eight (58) patients were taken as population. The interview and the survey were applied as data collection techniques, through a (01) interview script to the board and (01) questionnaire to the staff. Its reliability was through the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. It was concluded that there is a poor tendency in tangible elements; since the company has few teams capable of providing good service to patients. The physical facilities of the Dr. Pastor Oropeza Social Security Hospital are not visually attractive, in the same way it was determined that the staff does not have a commitment and attitude when it comes to caring for patients. A proposal was generated where the Malcom Baldrige Model is presented to improve the quality of the service and increase the productivity of the Institution. HACIA UNA NUEVA CIENCIA, DESDE LA VISI 3N DE MOR\ucdN Y MART\ucdNEZ MIGUELEZ

Redefinir a la ciencia cl\ue1sica se nos muestra como una necesidad en esta era posmoderna, raz\uf3n por la cual el siguiente ensayo pretende analizar desde el punto de vista onto-epist\ue9mico el surgimiento de una nueva visi\uf3n del saber cient\uedfico, desde el criterio de reconocidos autores como Edgar Mor\uedn y Miguel Mart\uednez. La fragmentaci\uf3n del conocimiento, el rechazo del sujeto y la verdad absoluta son algunos de los elementos m\ue1s cuestionados por estos te\uf3ricos, quienes proponen una nueva direcci\uf3n que apunta hacia una postura sist\ue9mica, la transdisciplinariedad y la autorreflexi\uf3n del conocimiento que se est\ue1 generando; todo ello en aras de garantizar nuestra permanencia en el planeta y responder a las necesidades paradigm\ue1ticas actuales. COMPETENCIAS INVESTIGATIVAS Y SU PERTINENCIA EN EL DESARROLLO DE UNA TESIS DOCTORAL

El desarrollo de una tesis doctoral requiere por parte del investigador ciertos conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes que permitan generar aportes de nivel te\uf3rico a un determinado campo de conocimiento. El fortalecimiento de las competencias investigativas en un nivel doctoral amerita ineludiblemente por parte de las instituciones una permanente reflexi\uf3n y revisi\uf3n sobre los elementos o requerimientos que coadyuven con el desarrollo de una investigaci\uf3n con prop\uf3sito de tesis doctoral. El objetivo del presente ensayo es reflexionar sobre la pertinencia de las competencias investigativas en el desarrollo de una tesis doctoral, como el conjunto de dimensiones y atributos acoplados en el investigador que le permiten direccionar sus saberes y perspectivas en los diferentes trabajos de investigaci\uf3n con miras de fortalecer y orientar en los aspectos particulares que deben enfocar en la producci\uf3n de conocimiento en la tesis doctoral. A modo de conclusi\uf3n, se considera la relevancia de las competencias investigativas, como elemento pivote para la producci\uf3n de una tesis doctoral. ABSTRACT The developed of a doctoral thesis requires for the part of the investigator some levels of knowledges, habilitys and actituds that allow generate contributions of a theoretical level to a certain field of knowledge. The strengthening of the investigative competence at a doctoral level inevitably merits on the part of the institutions to a permanent reflection and review about the elements o requirements that contribute to the development of a research with the purpose of a doctoral thesis. The objective of this review article is the reflection about the relevance of the investigative competence in the development of a doctoral thesis, as the set of dimensions and attributes coupled in the investigator that allow him direct their knowledge and perspectives in the different investigation works with looks of strengthen and orient in the particular aspects that must focus on the production of knowledge in a doctoral thesis. PERSPECTIVA FENOMENOL 3GICA DE LA ACTIVIDAD F\ucdSICA Y DEPORTIVA EN EL DECANATO DE CIENCIAS VETERINARIAS DE LA UCLA

El presente estudio se bas\uf3 en una investigaci\uf3n de car\ue1cter fenomenol\uf3gico de la actividad f\uedsica y deportiva en el Decanato de Ciencias Veterinarias de la Universidad Centroccidental \u93Lisandro Alvarado, enmarcada en el enfoque cualitativo en el paradigma interpretativo. A su vez se apoy\uf3 en una investigaci\uf3n de campo, donde se busca el an\ue1lisis sistem\ue1tico de problemas en la realidad, con el prop\uf3sito bien sea de describirlos e interpretarlos, explicar sus causas y efectos; de car\ue1cter hermen\ue9utico. Se aplic\uf3 entrevistas informales a los actores sociales conformados por dos docentes, dos personal administrativo y un estudiantes, as\ued mismo se describi\uf3 la informaci\uf3n aportada por cada uno de los actores sociales siendo ordenados por categor\uedas que fueron interpretados por el autor de la investigaci\uf3n a trav\ue9s de la triangulaci\uf3n de la informaci\uf3n llegando a las siguientes consideraciones, que el personal docente, administrativo y estudiante del decanato de Ciencias Veterinaria de la UCLA no practican de forma regular y sistem\ue1tica la actividad f\uedsica dentro de los h\ue1bitos para el desarrollo y mantenimiento de su salud, la cual es sumamente beneficiosa en la prevenci\uf3n de enfermedades y en las mejoras de la calidad de vida. As\ued si mismo si se realiza actividad f\uedsica de manera continua sirve como un medio para forjar el car\ue1cter, la disciplina, la toma de decisiones y el cumplimiento de las reglas, beneficiando el desenvolvimiento en todos los \ue1mbitos de la vida cotidiana del ser humano. ABSTRACT The present study was based on a phenomenological investigation of physical and sports activity in the Deanery of Veterinary Sciences of the Centroccidental University "Lisandro Alvarado, framed in the qualitative approach in the interpretive paradigm. At the same time, it relied on field research, where the systematic analysis of problems in reality is sought, with the purpose of either describing and interpreting them, explaining their causes and effects; of interpretative character. Informal interviews were applied to social actors made up of two teachers, two administrative staff and one student, and the information provided by each of the subjects studied was described, being ordered by categories that were interpreted by the author of the research through of the triangulation of the information coming to the following considerations, that the teaching, administrative and student personnel of the Dean of Veterinary Sciences of the UCLA does not practice in a regular and systematic way the physical activity within the habits for the development and maintenance of their health , being extremely beneficial in the prevention of diseases and improvements in the quality of life. Also as a means to forge the character, discipline, decision making and compliance with the rules, benefiting the development in all areas of daily life. ALGORITMO BASADO EN METAHEUR\ucdSTICA GRASP PARA RESOLVER EL PROBLEMA DE LA DIVERSIDAD M\uc1XIMA APLICADO EN LA CONFORMACI 3N DE EQUIPOS DE TRABAJO

En este trabajo se aborda el problema de la conformaci\uf3n de equipos de trabajo de la manera m\ue1s diversa posible, ya que est\ue1 demostrado que los equipos de trabajo diversos, funcional y demogr\ue1ficamente, son m\ue1s eficientes para resolver problemas. Para ello se adapta un modelo matem\ue1tico de optimizaci\uf3n combinatoria que pertenece a la clase de los problemas de diversidad m\ue1xima, y se dise\uf1a un algoritmo basado en la metaheur\uedstica GRASP que result\uf3 eficiente para resolverlo. Dentro del estudio de la metaheur\uedstica se esquematiza un algoritmo de soluci\uf3n para este tipo de problemas de optimizaci\uf3n combinatoria de tipo fuertemente np-duro, espec\uedficamente para determinar la conformaci\uf3n de equipos de encuestadores que realizan levantamiento de datos para distintas encuestas que elabora el Instituto Nacional de Estad\uedstica y Censos del Ecuador. ABSTRACT This paper addresses the problem of forming work teams in the most diverse way possible, given that it is emonstrated that work teams that are diverse, functionally and demographically, are more efficient in solving problems. For this purpose, we adapted an optimization model to a maximum diversity problem, with the creation of an algorithm based on GRASP metaheuristics this was efficient. In the investigation, a solution algorithm is proposed for this case of combinatorial optimization problem, it is type of strongly np-hard, the algorithm was used specifically for the conformation of survey teams, they collect data for different surveys prepared by the National Institute of Statistics and Census of Ecuador.
