From environmental protection to sustainable development and Β«green economyΒ»: national project of education greening in Kazakhstan
The aim of the investigation is to show an education system role during transition to "green economy" β to a new stage of development of world economy.Methods. The methods involve the analysis and generalization of contents of the international and interstate documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan urged to provide sustainable social and economic development. Retrospective and project analysis of course processes features of social and economic system greening of Kazakhstan is also applied.Results and scientific novelty. The essence of the concepts Β«green economyΒ», "ecological enlightenment", "ecological education" and "greening of society" areΒ disclosed. The Kazakh national specifics of implementation of the international documents on implementation of model of a sustainable development are shown. The Concept of ecological formation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to which the education system of the country is urged to create, develop and fix effectively, along with a necessary complex of knowledge, stereotypes of behavior of the people capable to make reasonable decisions is provided and to work according to legislatively consolidated nature protection regulations and standards. It is stated that greening of content of education in the republic has the developed regulatory framework, however additional measures for upgrade of an education system are necessary: its theoretical and methodological reasons, preparation and advanced training of pedagogical personnel, development of the new methodical means bring into focus an ecological orientation of training and education, etc.Practical significance. Has studied influence of social and medical factors on tuberculosis morbidity in children and adolescents at Udmurt Republic. The study involved children and adolescents receiving preventive antituberculosis medications in 1990. Tuberculin testing was Irregular in 73.2 % of children with tuberculosis. Preventive treatment was irregular or untimely in 76.1 % of children needed this therapy in spite of annual increase in number of children and adolescents treated preventively. In a half of cases, administration of preventive antibiotics did not consider local resistance of Micobacterium tuberculosis. Persons infected with tuberculosis generally had low educational level, poor living conditions and hazardous habits influencing on the local epidemiological situation. Controversial and open issues of diagnosis and treatment of myocarditis (based on the discussion of Russian national recommendations)
In October 2020, the Russian Ministry of Health approved clinical guidelines for the management of patients with myocarditis. The aim of this review was to highlight controversial and open issues without unambiguous answer or those that were not described in the paper. The review highlights the objective factors that complicate the development of practical guidelines for the management of this category of patients. Comments on the definition and classification of inflammatory heart diseases are given. The approaches to the diagnosis of patients with suspected myocarditis are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the decision-making strategy in selecting optimal therapy in patients with documented myocarditis and the role of endomyocardial biopsy
Human capital as a base for regional development : a case study
Purpose: The main aim of this article is to consider the main trends observed in the labor market in the regional agricultural sector. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study uses the statistical method, the method of analogy and comparison, as well as the positive and normative approach. Findings: The study indicated that in the agricultural sector there are several problems associated with the formation of human resources. This is evidenced by the presence of negative trends that have been observed over the past 20 years. The main problems are the low educational level of workers, aging professional staff, and a reduction in the number of employees in all positions. Practical implications: The socio-economic problems considered in the article indicate the urgent need to develop a mechanism of state support for agricultural workers. Originality/Value: The authors define the concept of human capital and reveal the essence of the factors influencing its formation, revealing them from the perspective of the socio-economic development of the region.peer-reviewe
