Розвиток експортного потенціалу вітчизняних підприємств в умовах євроінтеграції

Ефективне функціонування внутрішнього ринку є однією із детермінант, котрий формує ендогенно-орієнтовану модель розвитку України. Зростання конкурентоспроможності вітчизняної економіки залежить від розвитку її зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, зокрема стимулювання експортного потенціалу та налагодження співпраці з стратегічними країнами-партерами. Експортний потенціал підприємства є основою для розробки зовнішньоекономічної стратегії, а його фактори визначають механізм формування стратегії. У статті розглянуто сутність понять «експорт» та «експортний потенціал» як економічних категорій. Виокремлено складові експортного потенціалу підприємства, основні принципи та фактори впливу на нього. Досліджено динаміку та сучасні тенденції розвитку експорту деревообробної промисловості України, визначено ключові країни-партнери. Ідентифіковано фактори, які стримують розвиток експортного потенціалу деревообробної промисловості й знижують конкурентоспроможність економіки України на світовому ринку. Запропоновано заходи щодо стимулювання розвитку експортного потенціалу вітчизняних деревообробних підприємств, використання яких, у перспективі, призведе до інтенсивного розвитку експортного потенціалу досліджуваної галузі. Основними бар’єрами ефективного використання експортного потенціалу у сфері імплементації ЗВТ з ЄС є: застаріла матеріально-технічна база та високий ступінь зносу наявного виробничого потенціалу; незбалансованість внутрішнього ринку; витратомісткість переробки деревини в Україні; розбіжності в технічних і санітарних стандартах; переважання експорту необробленої деревини; імпортозалежність галузі. Сформовані рекомендації, впровадження яких наддасть змогу прискорити розвиток експортного потенціалу: експортна диверсифікація; імпортозаміщення; впровадження інституту уповноваженого економічного оператора в Україні; система Європейської сертифікації готової продукції з деревини.The effective functioning of the internal market is one of the determinants that forms endogenously oriented model of development of Ukraine. Increase the competitiveness of the national economy depends on the development of foreign economic activity, including stimulation of export potential and cooperation with strategic partner’s countries. The export potential of the enterprise is the basis for the development of the foreign economic strategy, and its factors determine the procedure for the formation of the strategy. The essence of concepts of "export" and "export potential" as economic categories are considered in the article. The components of the export potential of the enterprise, the basic principles and factors of influence on it are distinguished. The dynamics and modern tendencies of export development of woodworking industry of Ukraine are investigated, key partner countries are determined. Identified factors that restrain the development of the export potential of the woodworking industry and reduce the competitiveness of Ukraine's economy on the world market. Measures have proposed to stimulate the development of export potential of domestic wood processing enterprises, the use of which, in the end, will lead to intensive development of export potential of the investigated branch. The main barriers to effective use of export potential in the field of implementation of the FTA with the EU are: outdated material and technical base and high degree of deterioration of the existing production potential; imbalance of the internal market; cost-effectiveness of wood processing in Ukraine; differences in technical and sanitary standards; the prevalence of exports of untreated wood; import dependence of the industry. The established recommendations, the introduction of which will enable to accelerate the development of export potential: export diversification; import substitution; implementation of the Institute of the Authorized Economic Operator in Ukraine; European Certification System for Wood

A theoretical and metodological approach to the modernization of industrial facilities

Methodological guidelines for enterprise modernization process development

Предметом дослідження є процес методичного забезпечення модернізації українських промислових підприємств, а метою - розробка методичних пропозицій, що можуть допомогти зрушити з місця проблему модернізаційного розвитку підприємств переробної промисловості. Результати дослідження полягають у розробці методики оцінки потенціалу модернізації підприємства на підставі визначення його сутності та складових, а також обґрунтування системи показників для вимірювання потенціалу модернізації підприємства. Висновки полягають у визнанні того, що однією з проблем методичного забезпечення модернізації промислових підприємств є відсутність методики оцінки її потенціалу. Запропонована методика бальної оцінки потенціалу модернізації підприємства базується на розробленій системі показників вимірювання потенціалу модернізації. Для здійснення бальної оцінки потенціалу модернізації запропоновані критеріальні значення показників по кожній із складових потенціалу модернізації, відповідні ним бали, а також спосіб розрахунку границь чотирьох рівнів потенціалу модернізації у розрізі його складових.Предметом исследования является процесс методического обеспечения модернизации украинских промышленных предприятий, а целью – разработка методических рекомендаций, которые помогут сдвинуть с места проблему модернизационного развития предприятий перерабатывающей промышленности. Результаты исследования заключаются в разработке методики оценки потенциала модернизации предприятия на основании определения его сущности и составляющих, а также обоснования системы показателей для измерения потенциала модернизации предприятия. Выводы исследования заключаются в признании того, что одной из проблем методического обеспечения модернизации промышленных предприятий является отсутствие методики оценки её потенциала. Предложена методика бальной оценки потенциала модернизации предприятия, которая основывается на разработанной системе показателей измерения потенциала модернизации. Для осуществления бальной оценки потенциала модернизации предложены критериальные значения показателей по каждой из составляющих потенциала модернизации, соответствующие им баллы, а также способ расчета границ четырех уровней потенциала модернизации в разрезе его составляющих.The subject of the research is the process of methodical support of modernization of Ukrainian industrial enterprises, and the objective is the development of the guidelines that will help move the problem of modernization development of the processing industry. The results of the study involve the development of potential estimation technique of the company's modernization on the basis of determination of its content and components, as well as validation of the indicators system to measure the capacity of the company modernization. The study findings are to recognize that one of the problems of methodological support of industrial enterprises modernization is the lack of its potential estimation technique. There is suggested a technique of point scoring of enterprise modernization potential which is based on the established framework of indicators of enterprise modernization potential. For the implementation of point scoring of potential modernization criterial values are suggested for each of the components of modernization potential, their corresponding points and the method of defining of the borders of four levels of modernization potential regarding its components

Современное состояние и проблемы развития масло-жирового производства в Украине

The article analyzes the current state, trends and problems of the oil and fat industry enterprises of Ukraine. The development of these enterprises, the optimal use of significant processing capacities and retention of leading status of Ukraine in the oil’s export require solutions to improve production efficiency. Achieve this goal is possible by improving organizational and economic conditions and the conducting the modernization of enterprises. Also provides information about the processing of oil crops and production volume of Ukrainian oil and fat enterprises. Determined market share of major oil producers. Identified tendencies of development and capacity utilization, more than half of which is accounted for large industrial groups, and also the characteristic features in the activity of the enterprises in a highly competitive. Considered the state of the material and technical base of the enterprises of oil industry rate of renewal and depreciation of fixed assets.У статті проведено аналіз сучасного стану, тенденцій і проблем, які притаманні підприємствам олійно-жирової промисловості України. Розвиток даних підприємств, оптимальне використання значних переробних потужностей і утримання лідируючого статусу України по експорту олії вимагають вирішення проблеми підвищення ефективності виробництва. Досягти цього можливо тільки поліпшенням організаційно-економічних умов та проведенням модернізації підприємств. Також наведено відомості з переробки олійних культур та обсягами виробленої продукції олійно-жировими підприємствами України. Визначена частка на ринку основних виробників масел. Виявлено тенденції розвитку й використання виробничих потужностей, більша половина яких припадає на великі промислові групи, а також характерні особливості діяльності підприємств в умовах жорсткої конкуренції. Розглянуто стан матеріально-технічної бази підприємств олійно-жирової промисловості темпи оновлення і знос основних засобів.В статье проведен анализ современного состояния, тенденций и проблем, которые присущи предприятиям масло-жировой промышленности Украины. Развитие данных предприятий, оптимальное использование значительных перерабатывающих мощностей и удержание лидирующего статуса Украины по экспорту масла требуют решения проблемы повышения эффективности производства. Достичь этого возможно только улучшением организационно-экономических условий и проведением модернизации предприятий. Также приведены сведения по переработке масличных культур и объемам произведенной продукции масло-жировыми предприятиями Украины. Определена доля на рынке основных производителей масел. Выявлены тенденции развития и использования производственных мощностей, большая половина которых приходится на крупные промышленные группы, а также характерные особенности в деятельности предприятий в условиях жесткой конкуренции. Рассмотрено состояние материально-технической базы предприятий масло-жировой промышленности темпы обновления и износ основных средств

PROBLEMATIC ASPECTS OF FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY IN STEVEDORING COMPANIES

The study is dedicated to identification of problematic aspects of financial risk assessment methodology on the example of stevedoring companies. In research established the list of issues for improvement the methodology of financial risk assessment both in theoretical and practical aspects. Formulated industry features of the stevedoring companies’ activity, relevant factors from the perspective of financial risk impact on results of activity, among which are distinguished: loss of net sales, exchange rate instability and decrease of financial stability. It was found that the loss of net income from the sale of state stevedoring companies of Ukraine occurred: due to the failure to fulfill the plan of cargo processing by reducing the number of the number of ship-measures and change of the nomenclature of cargo towards the less profitable and instability of the US dollar. Particular attention is paid to assessing the level of financial stability of state-owned stevedoring companies in Ukraine and identifies a downward trend in recent years. It is argued that the definition of factors that affect financial risks should be conducted using factor analysis, mathematical models that require comprehensive consideration of uncertainty factors and related to the peculiarities of stevedoring companies operation. Social work academization in Ukraine: reflections on experience

В Україні в останнє десятиліття відбулися значні зміни в розвитку освіти з соціальної роботи, які свідчать про її академізацію та професіоналізацію. Міжнародна співпраця слугує корисним каталізатором цих процесів. Усе це має конкретні наслідки для розвитку трьох циклів освіти з соціальної роботи в Україні, тобто бакалаврських, магістерських і докторських програм. Власні спостереження і рефлексії підтверджують, що українська історія соціальної роботи сповнена доказів постійної локалізації міжнародних стандартів та досвіду, що впливає на академізацію соціальної роботи.In Ukraine the last decade was marked by the significant changes in social work education development which evidence its academization and professionalization. The international cooperation was a useful catalyst in these processes. The above has specific implications for developing the three cycles of social work education in Ukraine – bachelor, master and doctoral programmes. Participatory observations and reflections demonstrate that Ukrainian social work education history evidences of permanent localization of the international standards and experiences that has negative effect on academization of social work

Адаптаційна здатність та природна резистентність тварин поліської м’ясної породи

It  was made the research of the adaptive ability and natural resistance of Polissia meat breed animals, the area of their content was limited by the conditions of the lowland, forested and bogged territory of the Ukrainian Polissia and Precarpathian. Materials for analysis were selected with scientific publications and works, which reflect the issue of the breeding and maintenance of Polissia meat breed animals, as well as their own research on the natural resistance of cows. As a result of the analysis of the obtained  information, it was found out that the cows of the 1st experimental group of the high-growth type, they  possess a high potential of natural resistance, a somewhat lower resistance was detected in the cows of the intermediate type (II control group) and compact type (III experimental group). From these studies it emerges that there is the advisability of a comprehensive study of the type of constitution, since this determines the level of natural resistance and light resistance of animals. Only strong animals are able to be healthy, to give a viable and full-fledged offspring, to have high productivity, to withstand constant operational loads on the body and for a long time to be rationally operated with the greatest economic efficiency.Проведено дослідження адаптаційної здатності та природної резистентності тварин поліської м’ясної породи, ареал утримання яких обмежений умовами низовинної, залісненої та заболоченої території Українського Полісся та Прикарпаття. Матеріалами для аналізу було обрано наукові публікації і роботи, в яких висвітлено питання розведення та утримання тварин поліської м’ясної породи, а також власні дослідження щодо природної резистентності корів. В результаті аналізу отриманої інформації з’ясовано, що високим потенціалом природної резистентності володіють корови І дослідної групи великорослого типу, дещо нижча резистентність виявлена у корів проміжного (ІІ контрольна група) та компактного (ІІІ дослідна група) типу. З даних досліджень випливає, що існує доцільність комплексного вивчення типу конституції, оскільки від цього залежить рівень природної резистентності і стресостійкості тварин. Лише міцні тварини можуть бути здоровими, давати життєздатний і повноцінний приплід, мати високу продуктивність, витримувати постійні експлуатаційні навантаження на організм та довгий час раціонально експлуатуватись  з найбільшою економічною ефективністю
