    This research aims at investigating the determination of principal leadership, academic supervision and teachers' attitudes towards their profession on cluster II elementary school teacher performance in melaya district, jembrana regency. This study is an ex-post facto research and the data were collected by using questionnaire. The population were determined using census study which involved all population to be the respondents. Total respondents were 56 teachers. The data analyses used in this research were simple regression, partial correlation, and multiple regresions. The results of this research are: First: there is a significant determination of principal leadership (X1) toward teacher performance (Y), Second: there is significant determination of academic supervision (X2) toward teacher performance (Y), Third: there is significant determination of teacher attitudes of their profession (X3) toward teacher performance (Y), and Fourth: there is significant determination of principal leadership (X1), academic supervision (X2), the teacher attitudes towards their profession (X3) on teacher performance (Y)

    This study aimed to determine the contribution of the Principal Managerial Competence, work climate and work motivation on teacher performance on SMP Se Mendoyo Jembrana regency. This research is ex post facto. Data collection instruments that use questionnaires. Determination of the respondents using random sampling is random sampling of all members of the population into the study respondents are 40 teachers. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment formula, and Partial Correlation, multiple correlation. The results of the data analysis obtained several findings as follows: First: there is a significant contribution between Principal Managerial Competence (X1) on teacher performance (Y) with the regression equation Y, Second: there is a significant contribution to the work climate (X2) on teacher performance (Y) with the regression equation Y, Third: there is a significant contribution to the work motivation of teachers (X3) on teacher performance (Y) by the regression equation Y, and Fourth: there is a significant contribution between managerial principals (X1), climate labor (X2), work motivation of teachers (X3) on teacher performance (Y) with the regression equation

    This research aims at investigating the determination of profession attitude, teaching-learning process management competency, and principal\u27s leadership on teachers\u27 performance satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Melaya, Jembrana Regency. This was an expost-facto research which the data were gathered using questionnaire. The respondents were collected based on Krejeie and Morgan table and 148 teachers were taken randomly. The data were analyzed using simple regression, partial correlation, and multiple regressions. The results of the research are as follows. First, there is a significant determination between profession attitude (X1) on teachers\u27 performance satisfaction (Y). Second, there is a significant determination between teaching-learning process management competency (X2) on on teachers\u27 performance satisfaction (Y). Third, there is a significant determination between principal\u27s leadership (X3) on on teachers\u27 performance satisfaction (Y). Fourth, there is a significant determination among profession attitude (X1), teaching-learning process management competency (X2), principal\u27s leadership (X3) on on teachers\u27 performance satisfaction (Y)

    The impact of differentiated learning materials on students’ understanding of nationalism and global diversity

    This study aims to determine the differentiated learning materials' impact on students' understanding of nationalism and global diversity. This research was a quasi-experimental study conducted by following a post-test-only control group design. Two classes from different schools were selected as research samples using a statistical matching technique. The researchers collected the data using tests and analyzed them using descriptive statistics and an independent t-test to achieve the study's objective. The results of the descriptive statistics showed that the experimental group had a higher score than the control group. It can be seen from the mean, minimum and maximum scores of the two groups. This result demonstrates that students who used varied learning resources had a greater comprehension of nationalism and global diversity.  Furthermore, the independent t-test result confirmed that the differences in understanding were significant. In terms of the effect size, it confirms that differentiated instruction greatly affects students' understanding of nationalism and global diversity. Thus, this study concluded that differentiated learning materials affect students' understanding of nationalism and global diversity significantly. Thus, the researchers promote differentiated learning materials for teaching nationalism and global diversity based on the study results. Moreover, differentiated instruction may also be used for teaching different learning materials

    The Contribution of Psychological Maturity and Knowledge Management in the Developing Sustainable Professional Development of Productive Programme Teachers at Public Senior Vocational Schools in Bali

    This study has aimed the effect of psychological maturity and knowledge management on sustainable professional development of productive teachers of public senior vocational schools in Bali by using expose facto research method involving 162 productive program teachers. The data were collected through questionnaire and portfolio assessment. Data analysis was carried out by using two-predictor regression at 0.05. The results showed that most of the productive teachers tended to have a fairly high level of psychological maturity and a low-level knowledge management in the effort of sustainable professional development. Furthermore, the result of (1) the contribution from of psychological maturity (χ1) and knowledge management (χ2) to sustainable professional development (у) of 20, 4%, at p ≤ 0,05 (2) the contribution from of psychological maturity (χ1) to sustainable professional development (у) of 17,9%, p ≤ 0,05 (3) the contribution from of knowledge management (χ2) to sustainable professional development (у) of 3%, p ≤ 0,05. It is recommended to the production program teachers to improve further their sustainable professional development by increasing their knowledge management based on their psychological maturity

    The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of score clarification techniques on learning achievement seen from social attitudes in social study learning of the eight grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Negara. This study is an experimental research which used the eighth grade students as research sample. The research sample is determined randomly (Random sampling). The study involved 3 variables namely independent variable is the score clarification techniques, dependent variable is the social study achievement and moderator variable is social attitude. The data in this study were collected by using social achievement test and social attitudes questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using two-way ANOVA which was started by conducting normality and homogeneity of variance test of data for each research cell. The results show that: (1) there is a significant difference of social study achievement between group of students learning with score clarification techniques model and group of students learning with conventional model, (2) for group of students with high and low social attitudes, there is a significant difference of social study achievement between group of students learning with score clarification techniques model and group of students learning with conventional model, and (3) there is a significant interaction effect between score clarification techniques model and social attitudes toward social study achievement

    This study aimed to find out the determination of carier expectation, emotional intelligence, and professional competency towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict. This study belonged to ex post facto. Sampling in this study utilized simple random sampling that amounts 100 teachers. The data analyzed by using partial correlation and multiple linier regression. The results of this study showed that: (1) there is a determination of carier expectation towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict with the value 35.1%, (2) there is a determination of emotional intelligency towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict with the value 21.6%, (3) there is a determination of professional competency towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict with the value 37.9%, dan (4) there are determination of carier expectation, emotional intelligence, and professional competency towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict with the value 52,1%. Based on this finding it concluded that there is a determination of carier expectation, emotional intelligence, and professional competency towards teacher\u27s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict
