Kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Mendoyo Kabupaten Jembrana.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the contribution of the Principal Managerial Competence, work climate and work motivation on teacher performance on SMP Se Mendoyo Jembrana regency. This research is ex post facto. Data collection instruments that use questionnaires. Determination of the respondents using random sampling is random sampling of all members of the population into the study respondents are 40 teachers. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment formula, and Partial Correlation, multiple correlation. The results of the data analysis obtained several findings as follows: First: there is a significant contribution between Principal Managerial Competence (X1) on teacher performance (Y) with the regression equation Y, Second: there is a significant contribution to the work climate (X2) on teacher performance (Y) with the regression equation Y, Third: there is a significant contribution to the work motivation of teachers (X3) on teacher performance (Y) by the regression equation Y, and Fourth: there is a significant contribution between managerial principals (X1), climate labor (X2), work motivation of teachers (X3) on teacher performance (Y) with the regression equation
