Identification of Incidents of Violence Against Household Women in Hulu Sungai Utara District
Cases of violence, especially violence against women, are crucial issues that must be addressed. In Hulu Sungai Utara District, there were 75 cases of violence during 2016–2019, consisting of 43 cases of violence against children and 32 cases of violence against women. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. Primary data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires, while secondary data collection was carried out by examining documents and literature from several references. The determination of respondents was carried out randomly for the people of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency in 2021. The data analysis used was descriptive data analysis. The results of the study found that cases of violence against women in the household in Hulu Sungai Utara ranged from 11% to almost every respondent, but almost every respondent had experienced violence even though they were not aware of the specifications for the most types of violence, namely being scolded, which is included in the type of psychological violence. The most common cause of violence against women is a lack of communication resulting in misunderstandings, with the biggest impact of violence in the form of a lack of enthusiasm for the victims, while the actions taken after experiencing acts of violence are motivated by the victims getting better. MAKNA SIMBOLIK TARI ASMARADANA KARYA PRAGINA GONG YOGYAKARTA
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makna simbolik tari Asmaradana karya Pragina Gong Yogyakarta. Pragina Gong adalah sebuah komunitas tari yang dibentuk sejak 3 Desember 2005 oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Tari Fakultas Seni Pertunjukan Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta angkatan tahun 2004. Grup ini lahir dari peserta grand finaslis ajang pencarian bakat Indonesia’s got Talent yang diadakan oleh salah satu stasiun TV swasta Indonesia.Karya tari Praginagong berangkat dari unsur tradisional hingga kontemporer. Karya-karya tari yang diciptakan semua berangkat dari ide kreatif yang berpijak pada unsur tradisi, namun telah dikemas menjadi suatu sajian yang lebih inovatif dan bersifat entertainment (seni sebagai hiburan). Salah satu karya terbaiknya adalah tari Asmaradana.Teori yang digunakan adalah teori semiotika dari Ferdinad de Saussure. Data yang digunakan dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi non partisipan melalui melihat pertunjukan, mengamati anggota grup Pragina Gong berlatih serta dengan wawancara. Berdasarkan pengamatan tersebut dapat disimpulkan tari Asmaradana merupakan tari kreasi yang seringkali ditampilkan oleh grup pragina Gong. Tari tersebut selau dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Konten dalam tari Asmaradana ini memiliki konsep yang menggambarkan tentang cinta kasih, keberagaman antar sesama manusia, bangsa dan tanah air yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk gerak, properti tari, iringan musik dan kostum
PELATIHAN MINI MBA SECARA DARING TERHADAP PEKERJA MIGRAN INDONESIA DI TAIWAN: “NICHE MARKETING & MARKETING 4.0”
Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan suatu kewajiban Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selama ini umumnya kegiatan Tri Dharma dilakukan secara tatap muka. Akan tetapi, bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kali ini dilakukan secara daring (online) akibat pademi covid-19. Judul besar (judul utama) kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi S1 Manajemen Universitas Nasional Karangturi ini adalah Pelatihan Mini MBA terhadap Pekerja Migran Indonesia di Taiwan. Dalam kegiatan ini dipecah menjadi beberapa sub judul kegiatan. Salah satunya adalah pelatihan Niche Marketing dan Marketing 4.0. Para pekerja migran diberikan pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan industri saat ini. Hal ini bertujuan supaya para pekerja migran yang telah menyelesaikan kontrak kerja di Taiwan dan kembali ke Indonesia akan dapat memiliki ketrampilan pemasaran yang bermanfaat pada saat memulai suatu usaha sendiri. The implementation of governance is very important in public policy making for the realization of a good public policy and can meet the needs of the community. Suitability of the HIV/AIDS Control Program in the HIV/AIDS Control Policy in Banjarmasin to Achieve "Getting to Zero"
Increasing HIV/AIDS infection has made Banjarmasin City government increasingly worried, sothat the realization of policy implementation is needed to solve the problem. Because if the problem ofHIV/AIDs is allowed to have an impact on regional development, budgeting and also have an impact onpoverty. Based on these, this research is focused on the suitability of the program with the needs of thecommunity in implementing HIV/AIDS control policies. This study aims to describe, analyze and interpretmatters relating to the suitability of the program with the need to implement policies in an effort to controlHIV/AIDS in the city of Banjarmasin. The qualitative research method uses a descriptive approach based on apublic policy perspective. This study seeks to present the empirical facts of the Banjarmasin Citygovernment's naturalistic actions and reveal hidden values. So it is expected to illustrate the phenomenon ofthe implementation of government policies regarding the suitability of the program with the need to controlHIV/AIDS in the city of Banjarmasin. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the suitabilityof the program with the needs in the Implementation of HIV/AIDS Control Policy in the city of Banjarmasinhas not run in accordance with the contents of the local regulations. Incompatibility of HIV/AIDS controlprograms with community needs in the city of Banjarmasin and the lack of stakeholder support andcoordination in efforts to control HIV/AIDS based on these findings and the suggestion of this research, it willhelp the Banjarmasin City Government take HIV/AIDS control policies that are oriented towards the needs ofthe people in Banjarmasin City. Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat Di Kalimantan Selatan (Public Health Insurance Program Implementation in South Kalimantan)
Background: The phenomenon of increase in poverty in South Kalimantan becomes a concern in an effort to reduce morbidity in poor communities. Efforts to reduce morbidity in poor communities to ensure the health needs of the poor/Underprivileged then held a health insurance program. A health insurance program is expected to lower the maternal mortality rate, infant and under five mortality rate as well as the birth rate besides the underserved of health for the poor in general. This study aims to analyze the implementation of health insurance program that can provide information and consideration in making policy in an effort to improve health care for the poor/underprivileged in South Kalimantan. Methods: This study presented a qualitative approach with descriptive exploratory that focuses the location in 5 cities in the province of South Kalimantan. The cities were chosen by geographical area category, HDI and poverty. The study was carried out in 6 months. The study instrument was questionnaire, in-depth interviews were conducted to the various informants who are competent. The field data were taken by direct observation as well as document review. Result: The results showed that the health insurance program in South Kalimantan is not optimimum in its implementation so that still needs to be evaluated. So that it could ensure the fulfillness of health needs of the poor and reduce the morbidity and mortality in poor communities. Conclusion: The implementation of health insurance program in South Kalimantan has been following the guidelines. However, it is still not optimum in case of the membership, quality of services, facilities and infrastructure, even the reporting system and organizing the health insurance program. Recommendation: Required human resources better in the implementation of such program conducted training for program managers as well as the need for SK to Tim so clear in their duties. Need more actively monitoring program for the implementation of the program can be run in line with expectations
POLICY STRATEGY IN TERMS OF INCREASING REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES IN BARITO KUALA DISTRICT
Barito Kuala District is one of the underdeveloped districts in Indonesia where many
problems one of which is health. High rates of maternal and infant mortality is strongly
influenced by the mother's health, especially their reproductive health age. The aim of
this study was to examine the policy strategy of local government in improving
reproductive health services.
The method used is descriptive analytic depth interviews between policy makers
and implementers. As well as reviewing the data in the relevant agencies.
The results showed that the strategy of the local government in improving
reproductive health services is the fulfillment of one of them with additional health and
equalization village midwife. The main medical personnel met is midwife where one
midwife for each village. As for other areas of government policy that supports these
efforts is to require village midwife in collaboration with the nearby village midwife in
making aid delivery.
The strategy of collaboration between midwives and midwives nearby villages as
well as by traditional birth attendants (TBA) is done to address the case of emergency
reproductive health services one of which aid delivery, as well as efforts to improve the
behavior of the public culture that went to the medical personnel such as midwives. In
addition, to assist midwives in areas that are geographically difficult to affordable. The
conclusion that the efforts to improve reproductive health care effort is with the
addition of midwife and pattern of good collaboration between midwives and TBAs
