    The Choice of the Optimal Retrofit Method for Sections of the Catalytic Reforming Unit

    Hydrotreating section and catalytic reforming section of catalytic reforming unit L-35-11/600 were examined in this paper. This unit was designed for processing large fraction of naphtha by catalytic reforming in order to obtain components of gasoline with an octane number 78-85 points. Pinch diagnostics for these sections was carried out. Comparative economic analysis of their effectiveness after the proposed retrofit was performed for each section separately and for the total their flowsheet. The implementation of the Pinch Method for hydrotreating section will reduce energy intensity by 2.2 MW. Energy consumption for catalytic reforming section reduced by 6.4 MW. Energy consumption for joint integration of hydrotreating section and catalytic reforming section reduced by 11.4 MW. Therefore, it was concluded that Pinch design for these sections of catalytic reforming unit L-35-11/600 is most advisable to carry out for the two sections together

    Determination of dezinvasion efficiency of a new disinfectant «Dezsan» for poultry eimeria

    Parasitosis occupies the third place in the world аmong animal diseases. Prevention of helminthoses in industrial poultry farming is based on a complex of measures aimed at effective neutralization of pathogens at different stages of their development. One of the most effective of them is dezinvasion. Dezinvasion in the industrial zones of poultry farms must be subject to premises and their equipment, inventory and all bird care items, walking grounds, poultry droppings. Determination of the resistance of the causative agent of poultry eimeriosis to the action of disinfectant «Deszan». The diagnosis of eimeriosis was established according to the results of laboratory studies of poultry droppings by the method of Füleborn. As the active substance, the preparation «Deszan» was used in a concentration of 2.0 and 3.0% with exposures of 2, 3 and 4 hours. When studying the influence of the disinfectant on the eimeria of the Eimeria tenella bird, it was found that when the oocyst is treated with the «Dezsan» preparation at a concentration of 2.0% with 2 hours exposure, the sporulation process stops in the oocysts. The observation was carried out for 5 days, however, no external changes were observed in the eimerias. When oocysts of coccidia were treated with a solution of the preparation «Deszan» at a concentration of 2.0 and 3.0%, during 3 hours of exposure, the sporulation process and compression of the cytoplasm were observed. The exposure of 3–4 hours observed in the field of view of the microscope rupture of shells and fragments of destroyed oocysts of coccidia. The disinfection effect of the «Deszan» preparation was established at a concentration of 2.0% with an exposure of 4 hours and 3.0% with an exposure of 3 hours to the ovine’s of the poultry Eimeria tenella. After 2 hours of exposure in oocysts, there was a decrease in sporulation and morphological changes in their cytoplasm.У статті наведено дані щодо встановлення дезінвазійної ефективності експериментального дезінфектанту «Дезсан». Доведено, що розчини «Дезсану» у концентрації 2,0% та 3,0% за експозиції 3 й 2 години відповідно, володіли вираженими дезінвазійними властивостями. В обох спостереженнях через 2 години експозиції в ооцистах відбувалося зниження споруляції та морфологічні зміни в цитоплазмі. При обробці ооцист розчином засобу «Дезсан» у 3,0% концентрації, через 2 год експозиції споруляції були відсутні, ооцист з морфологічними змінами виявили 7% та 93% – були піддані лізису. При експозиції 3 години відмічали 100% лізису ооцист Eimeria tenella. Відповідно, експериментальний препарат у досліджуваних концентраціях уповільнює та повністю припиняє розвиток ооцист еймерій та викликає їх подальший лізис. За обробки ооцист кокцидій Eimeria tenella розчином засобу «Дезсан» у концентрації 2,0 та 3,0% при експозиції 3 години спостерігали припинення процесу споруляції та стискання цитоплазми. При експозиції 4 години у полі зору мікроскопу спостерігали розрив оболонок та фрагменти зруйнованих ооцист кокцидій. В перспективі будуть проведені дослідження по визначенню впливу розчинів нового дезінфектанту на  яйця нематод, що паразитують у курей

    In this article the authors investigated the learning process of children in primary school. Теоретический анализ литературы по предмету исследования показал, что проблема формирования всесторонне развитой личности учеников младшего школьного возраста является актуальной и требует постоянного поиска с целью совершенствования образовательного процесса в начальной школе. В связи с этим определены особенности интерактивных технологий обучения, представлено интерактивную платформу «Teach. Time», раскрыто сущность, освещены ее возможности в формировании всесторонне развитой личности младших школьников в процессе учебно-творческой деятельности в начальной школе.У статті авторами досліджено процес навчання дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Теоретичний аналіз літератури з предмету дослідження показав, що проблема формування всебічно розвиненої особистості учнів молодшого шкільного віку є актуальною і потребує постійного пошуку з метою вдосконалення освітнього процесу в початковій школі. У зв’язку з цим визначено особливості інтерактивних технології навчання, представлено інтерактивну платформу «Teach.     Investigation of aspects of the interaction of the indicators of lipid exchange, trombocitarian block of hemostasis, total body reactivity and their influence on the psychosomatic harmonization of the man in chronic inflammatory processes

    For the first time on the basis of clinical and laboratory researches were revealed the correlation of indicators of lipid metabolism, platelet level of hemostasis and general reactivity in patients with chronic inflammatory processes of the genital system. The new pathogenetic aspects of the course of inflammatory diseases have been established. It has been shown that chronic inflammatory process is accompanied by disorders of lipid metabolism. The degree of severity of these changes depends on the severity of the inflammatory process, the reduction of phagocytic activity of polymorphonuclear leukocytes and the activation of macrophage and specific cellular mechanisms, accompanied by auto-intoxication. It is established that the frequency of atherogenic dyslipoproteinemias, as well as the intensity of lipid peroxidation increases in accordance with the increase age of the examined patients. Most atherogenic dyslipoproteinemias are found in patients with viral and chlamydial infections. The summarized data of the correlation analysis allow us to establish that the growth of atherogenic properties of blood plasma of patients with chronic inflammatory processes of the reproductive system occurs in accordance with the increase of adhesive-aggregation properties of platelets and damage of the vascular endothelium. These shifts occur in parallel with the predominance of the monocyte-macrophage linkage of phagocytosis against the background of reduced activity of neutrophils and cellular mechanisms of development of immunopathological reactions
