On properties of functions from Lizorkin-Triebel-Morrey type spaces

We have introduced new functional spaces of the Lizorkin–Triebel–Morrey type, and a Sobolev-type inequality is proved. We have also shown that the generalized derivatives of functions from this spaces satisfy the generalized Holder condition

Comparative Histological Analysis of Caspian Thin-Toed Gecko (Reptilia, Squamata) and Persian sturgeon (Actinopterygii, Acipenseriformes) Skin

We carried out a comparative study on Caspian thin-toed gecko with Persian sturgeon. The skin plays a role in preventing damage to internal organs from mechanical stress and the harmful effects of sunlight, and is colored depending to the environment to protect against enemies. It also plays the role in the recognition and reproduction of members. The epidermis of Tenuidactylus caspius (Eichwald, 1831) resembles mammals and birds more than the epidermis of reptiles. The stratum corneum layer of the epidermis is the same thickness in the same body area of the Caspian thin-toed gecko representatives. T.c. insularis, which live by the seaside in horizontal position, have relatively few stratum corneum cells that cover the underside of the body, however, there are many air-filled cavities inside these cells. The stratum corneum underside of T.c. caspius, which are adapted to living in a vertical position, have a large number of cells, but they are flatter and have fewer air cavities. The stratum compactum layer of the dermis in the T.c. caspius, is denser and more compact than in the T.c. insularis. Acipenser persicus (Borodin, 1897) epidermis consist of outermost surface layer, middle layer and stratum germinativum. In sturgeon, the outer surface of skin is covered with a cuticle. Extraction of the Composition of Olive Pits with Various Solvents

We have studied samples obtained from olive pits of different dimensions, determined the method for obtaining powder from olive pits, and also studied the best suitable time for collection. Crushed to a powder of powder and to particles of hard bones, they were placed in test tubes and filled with solvents. The solutions obtained by extraction with several solvents from the crushed powder of olive pits, collected in October 2021 in the Surakhani district of Baku, showed the best result. The resulting concentrates were studied and the optical density of the solutions was determined by UV spectroscopy; a method based on the Lambert–Bouguer–Beeroscopy law was applied

Outsourcing services widespread in developed countries have been used in the economic market of the Republic of Azerbaijan in recent years mainly in the fields of accounting, human resources, marketing, information technology and logistics.Our previous study on «Logistics in the transport complex of the Republic of Azerbaijan» based on 11 criteria for the development of logistics outsourcing concluded that the lack of mutual trust between companies and their desire to maintain own control in most areas is one of the reasons explaining poor development of logistics outsourcing.The proposed article proposes for discussion new criteria developed by us, in addition to ones existing and described in the scientific literature, to assess the existing concerns of companies before concluding a mutual agreement in the field of outsourcing and to conduct internal and external evaluations of logistics outsourcing services.Considering that the criteria described in the research papers do not fully cover the internal evaluation of logistics outsourcing services, an additional criterion of risk assessment was proposed by us. In addition to the criteria already known from the scientific sources, two other criteria were developed by us also for the external evaluation of logistics outsourcing services, those criteria reflect the capacity of logistics providers and tracking of vehicles in use.The problem of unreliability and mistrust between companies and enterprises will be solved to some extent by making the optimal decisions through the new method discussed in this article.Услуги аутсорсинга, широко распространённые в развитых странах, в последние годы используются на экономическом рынке Азербайджанской Республики, в основном в сферах бухгалтерского учёта, управления человеческими ресурсами, маркетинга, информационных технологий и логистики.В нашем предыдущем исследовании «Логистика в транспортном комплексе Азербайджанской Республики» на основе 11 критериев развития логистического аутсорсинга был сделан вывод о том, что недостаточное доверие компаний друг к другу и их желание сохранить самостоятельный контроль над большинством областей деятельности являются одной из причин его слабого развития.В предлагаемой статье представлены на обсуждение новые критерии, разработанные авторами в дополнение к уже существующим и описанным в литературе, для оценки существующих опасений компаний, возникающих перед заключением взаимного соглашения в сфере аутсорсинга, и для проведения внутренней и внешней оценки услуг логистического аутсорсинга.Учитывая, что критерии, приведённые в соответствующих работах, не в полной мере охватывают внутреннюю оценку услуг логистического аутсорсинга, авторами был предложен дополнительный критерий оценки риска. Кроме того, в дополнение к известным из научной литературы критериям в сфере внешней оценки услуг логистического аутсорсинга, авторами разработаны ещё два критерия, относящихся к провозной способности поставщиков логистических услуг и наличию у них возможности осуществлять отслеживание используемых транспортных средств.Проблема ненадёжности и недоверия между компаниями и предприятиями может быть в определённой мере разрешена путём принятия оптимальных решений с помощью нового метода, рассмотренного в этой статье

Optical and photoelectrical properties of lamellar gallium sulfide single crystals irradiated by γ-quanta

The influence of γ-quanta irradiation on photoelectrical and optical properties of lamellar GaS single crystals at different temperatures has been investigated. It is determined that the irradiation of pure crystals at the radiation dose equal to 30 krad results in the creation of shallow compensative acceptors, which are photoactive recombination centers (r-centers), and as a result of this both the photosensitivity and a luminescence connected with r-centers are increased. Irradiation with a radiation dose more than 100 krad results in the quenching of both photosensitivity and recombination luminescence due to formation of complexes [VGa VS]. It is proposed that radiative recombination centers arising in the course of irradiation is conditioned by sulfur hole and interstitial gallium atoms
