Development of Construction of Residential Properties in Tišnov

Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí a sídlišť v lokalitě města Tišnov. Jedná se o zachycení vývoje rezidenční výstavby v jednotlivých historických obdobích. Práce naznačuje, jak se území vyvíjelo, měnilo a rozrůstalo. Také je zde kapitola věnována současné stavební činnosti a kapitola, která pojednává o předpokládaném budoucím vývoji této lokality ohledně rezidenční výstavby. Cílem práce je zpracovat podrobný přehled o výstavbě rezidenčních nemovitostí ve zvolené lokalitě, od samého počátku výstavby dané lokality po současnost. Výsledky práce jsou zobrazeny v přehledové mapě, ve které je barevně znázorněn vývoj výstavby tohoto města.The Master’s thesis deals with the development of construction of residential properties and housing estate in the locality of Tišnov. The thesis describes the particular historical building periods in Tišnov. In shows the historical development, changing and growing on the town. Some chapters describe the current status of building activities and the possible future development of this area in the residental properties. The main purpose of the thesis is to get the detailed summary of the construction of residental properties in the elected lokality from the very beginning to these days. All results the research are displayed in the overwiew map, the individual period sof building development in the town of Tišnov are distinquish with colors.

Rebuilding of the northern part of Olšany Cemetery in Prague

Import 05/08/2014Předmětem bakalářské práce „Kulturní centrum ve Frýdlantu nad Ostravicí“ je zpracování části projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle zadání bakalářské práce. Obsahem práce je návrh kulturního centra, které je součástí nově navrženého kulturního areálu, bude splňovat estetické i technické nároky na moderní a kvalitní stavbu a poskytne využití oblasti kultury široké veřejnosti a zároveň nenaruší, ale vhodně doplní stávající proluku v ulici Nádražní. Cílem bylo také poskytnout návštěvníkům vhodné zázemí a doplňkové služby, kromě galerie se tak v objektu nachází ještě kavárna spojena se sálem s využitím jako kino sálu. Application of the current knowledge from research and development of the burial methods and their impact on designing or transforming contemporary cemeteries in the Czech republic

Considerable transformation of the burial method at the turn of the 19th and the 20th centuries is apparent from the existing results of research in the developments of burial and funeral architecture, when after centuries controlled by the church – due to social and political changes – gradual secularisation of the society and subsequent desacralisation of funeral rituals started appearing. This phenomenon, as well as other aspects (e.g. Josephine reforms in 1782) brought about a change in the approach to newly established cemeteries but also the necessity to define areas for new burial methods and constructing new building types of funeral architecture. The position of necropolis is also changing as the society understands it, and its inclusion not only in the organism of towns but also in everyday life of town and municipality citizens. Thus, not only new but mainly original cemeteries are searching for their new position in the society. Studio papers try to react to this situation written by students of the master degree of the specialisation Architecture and civil engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the VŠB - Technical University in Ostrava, led by prof. Ing. arch. Petr Hrůša, doc. Ing. Martina Peřinková, Ph.D. and Ing. arch. Klára Frolíková Palánová, Ph.D. Students try to view necropolis in an innovative way and give them a new dimension to succeed and become adequate public or semi-public space of cities and municipalities. The contribution represents starting points of possible solutions on case studies, such as transformation of a cemetery in Ostrava on the Hulváky Hill, the design of establishing a new cemetery in open space near the municipality of Velichovky, including the design of a funeral hall, situating a new urn grove in the place of a former cemetery – the current park – a part of which is the design of a new crematorium in Nový Jičín and extension of possibilities for placement of ashes and designs supporting the development of funeral tourism in the Olšany Cemeteries in Prague

An analysis of organizationally-personal, materially-technical and economic conditions has to be made in order to be able to create the offer of animation activities. The thesis also includes a questionnaire whose purpose is to ascertain the degree of interest in animation activities in a selected type of accommodation as well as the creation of the offer of such activities. Wellness Hotel Chateau Valeč situated in Vysočina region was selected for the purposes of the analysis. The data gathered by the questionnaire were then evaluated based on the diversity of the animation activities and their price range. The overall goal of the thesis is to propose a set of concrete animation activities which could be offered by the hotel as a kind of complementary services in order to provide a better satisfaction of hotel guests' needs

This Bachelor Thesis deals with an influence and meaning so-called youtubers and their place in the lives of children and adolescent. The Theoretical part of this Thesis describes the period of the adolescent, mental development and identity development in this period. The Thesis also focuses on the description of the socialisation of adolescent and the creation of their values. It also contains description of the adolescent's relation to media and social networks, in which adolescents currently spend the most time; The Thesis focuses on YouTube as a platform and on phenomenon so-called vloggers (youtubers) in detail, which is associated with it. The practical part of the Thesis is based on the outcome of fine research, which is based on diaries filled in by respondents (so-called diary research). The research focuses on, how much time the responders spend on YouTube videos, what content they watch and for what reason, whether They are thinking over the content they watch and whether the youtubers motivate them to do something

Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji právům a povinnostem skupin zaměstnanců, kteří mohou být z důvodu rodičovství nebo péče o dítě znevýhodnění v pracovněprávních vztazích. Zabývám se obdobím těhotenství, mateřské dovolené, rodičovské dovolené, ale i okamžiku, kdy zaměstnanci v pracovním poměru ještě nejsou, ale ucházejí se o něj. The injured party in the criminal procedure

The thesis examines the status of the injured person in criminal proceedings and his most important rights. The thesis analyzes in detail the injured person's approval for prosecution and obstacles which restrain the execution of the injured person's rights. The goal of the thesis is a review of the most important amendments of the Criminal Procedure Code (e.g. Act no. 181/2011 Coll. extending the definition of an injured person and the scope of adhesive procedure). A special chapter of the thesis focuses on crime victims regulated in Act no. 45/2013 Coll. which significantly strengthened the injured person's privileges in the criminal proceedings. The thesis divides the sufferer's privileges pursuant to the stages of the criminal proceeding and further, pursuant to the characteristic, if it is a privilege appertaining to all sufferers, or it is a privilege related to the claim on compensation for damages. The special chapters of the thesis examine the most important rights of the injured person. In the thesis, I also provide the reader with a brief historical excursion to the evolution of the injured person's status and with a comparison of the injured person's status regulation in the Czech Republic with its equivalent in the Slovak Republic. High-pressure partial melting and its relationship to the granulite facies metamorphism: Implications for the origin of felsic high-PT granulites in the Bohemian Massif, central Europe

Felsic granulites from the Kutná Hora complex in the Moldanubian zone of central Europe preserve mineral assemblage that record transition from early eclogite to granulite facies conditions, and exhibit discordant leucocratic veining, which is interpreted as evidence for melt loss during the decompression path. The granulites are layered and consist of variables proportions of quartz, ternary feldspar, garnet, biotite, kyanite, and rutile. In the mesocratic layers, garnet grains show relatively high Ca contents corresponding to 28-41 mol. % grossular end member. They have remarkably flat compositional profiles in their cores but their rims exhibit an increase in pyrope and a decrease in grossular and almandine components. In contrast, garnets from the leucocratic layers have relatively low Ca contents (15-26 mol. % grossular) that further decrease towards the rims. In addition to modelling of pressure-temperature pseudosections, compositions of garnet core composition, garnet rim- ternary feldspar-kyanite-quartz equilibrium, ternary feldspar composition, and the garnet- biotite equilibrium provide five constraints that were used to constrain the pressure- temperature path from eclogite through the granulite and amphibolite facies. Specifically, this thesis examines the integration process within the territorial and cultural environment of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is based on knowledge of intercultural psychology and intercultural communication. The whole research, data and information that were discovered through the research are presented in the empirical part, which attention is focused on how surveyed respondents perceive the local environment, population, what causes them the biggest troubles, and what relationship they have to the Czech Republic
