Modified coordinate method to solve multicriteria optimization problems on combinatorial configurations.
We propose an approach to solve a multicriteria optimization problem on combinatorial
configuration of permutations by using graph theory, taking into account the properties and structure
of the set of permutations. The subprogram of the method of searching for configuration points that
uses the coordinate method in the proposed modified approach is described
An approach to solving discrete vector optimization problems over a combinatorial set of permutations.
Complex discrete multicriteria problems over a combinatorial set of permutations are analyzed. Some
properties of an admissible domain for a combinatorial multicriteria problem embedded into an
arithmetic Euclidian space are considered. Optimality conditions are obtained for different types of
effective solutions. A new approach to solving the problems formulated is constructed and
substantiated
A new look at acid catalyzed deacetylation of carbohydrates : A regioselective synthesis and reactivity of 2-O-acetyl aryl glycopyranosides
Abstract In the present work we report that acetyl groups of per – acetylated aryl glycosides have different reactivity during the acidic deacetylation using HCl/EtOH in CHCl3, which leads to preferential deacetylation at O-3, O-4 and O-6. Thereby, the one-step preparation of 2-O-acetyl aryl glycosides with simple aglycon was accomplished for the first time. It was proved that the found reagent is to be general and unique for the preparation of series of 2-О-acetyl aryl glycosides. We have determined the influence of both carbohydrate moiety and the aglycon on the selectivity of deacetylation reaction by kinetic experiments. Using DFT/B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) and semi-empirical АМ1 methods we have found that the highest activation barrier is for 2-О-acetyl group. This completely explains the least reactivity of 2-О-acetyl group.Peer reviewe
High-pressure Raman spectroscopy and lattice-dynamics calculations on scintillating MgWO4: A comparison with isomorphic compounds
Raman scattering measurements and lattice-dynamics calculations have been
performed on magnesium tungstate under high pressure up to 41 GPa. Experiments
have been carried out under a selection of different pressure-media. The
influence of non-hydrostaticity on the structural properties of MgWO4 and
isomorphic compounds is examined. Under quasi-hydrostatic conditions a phase
transition has been found at 26 GPa in MgWO4. The high-pressure phase has been
tentatively assigned to a triclinic structure similar to that of CuWO4. We also
report and discuss the Raman symmetries, frequencies, and pressure coefficients
in the low- and high-pressure phases. In addition, the Raman frequencies for
different wolframites are compared and the variation of the mode frequency with
the reduced mass across the family is investigated. Finally, the accuracy of
theoretical calculations is systematically discussed for MgWO4, MnWO4, FeWO4,
CoWO4, NiWO4, ZnWO4, and CdWO4.Comment: 36 pages, 9 figures, 4 table
Radioactive contamination of ZnWO4 crystal scintillators
The radioactive contamination of ZnWO4 crystal scintillators has been
measured deep underground at the Gran Sasso National Laboratory (LNGS) of the
INFN in Italy with a total exposure 3197 kg x h. Monte Carlo simulation,
time-amplitude and pulse-shape analyses of the data have been applied to
estimate the radioactive contamination of the ZnWO4 samples. One of the ZnWO4
crystals has also been tested by ultra-low background gamma spectrometry. The
radioactive contaminations of the ZnWO4 samples do not exceed 0.002 -- 0.8
mBq/kg (depending on the radionuclide), the total alpha activity is in the
range: 0.2 - 2 mBq/kg. Particular radioactivity, beta active 65Zn and alpha
active 180W, has been detected. The effect of the re-crystallization on the
radiopurity of the ZnWO4 crystal has been studied. The radioactive
contamination of samples of the ceramic details of the set-ups used in the
crystals growth has been checked by low background gamma spectrometry. A
project scheme on further improvement of the radiopurity level of the ZnWO4
crystal scintillators is briefly addressed.Comment: 15 pages, 8 figures, 6 tables, submitted for publicatio

Clinical and Morphological Features of Dysplasia and Early Gastric Cancer in the Patients with Autoimmune Gastritis
Аim: to analyze a series of cases of dysplasia and early gastric cancer developed in patients with autoimmune gastritis (AIG), and to identify their clinical and morphological features.Materials and methods. The study included six cases of detection of early gastric cancer on the background of AIG. Four out of six patients underwent endoscopic treatment, and in three out of six cases patients underwent endoscopic mucosectomy with dissection in the submucosal layer. One patient underwent endoscopic surgery in 2017, he continues annual dynamic follow-up without signs of tumour recurrence. A female patient with type 1 neuroendocrine tumour and mild dysplasia is awaiting treatment.Results. In five out of six patients with AIG, the localization of lesions prevailed in the stomach body, while all detected tumours were early ones, and according to the immunophenotype — of a gastric type. The presented cases of tumours were not accompanied by hyperplasia of neuroendocrine cells directly in the area of the tumour itself, but only in the surrounding gastric mucosa. Additionally, several cases of early gastrointestinal stromal tumours were found, which were characterized by low proliferative activity and had small sizes.Conclusion. The predominance of pseudopyloric metaplasia in the surrounding mucosa allows us to consider pseudopyloric metaplasia as a potentially significant change in the gastric mucosa of patients with AIG that may precede the development of gastric cancer
