    Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk transfer ilmu tentang pembuatan pola busana. Dilihat dari permintaan pasar, permintaan pembuatan pola busana belum mampu dipenuhi di Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan (LKP) Dewi Qudwah. Tujuan selanjutnya dari program ini adalah mempersiapkan usaha yang suistainable di Kelurahan Aren Jaya melalui transfer ilmu dan praktik pembuatan pola busana hingga pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatar belakangi dengan kondisi generasi muda yang memilih untuk menjadi Youtuber namun ketika kembali ke desa justru kebingungan mencari pekerjaan. Tim pengabdian melihat bahwa generasi muda ini belum memiliki soft skill khusus yang dapat membuka usaha. Pembuatan pola busana menjadi salah satu solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan Parcipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Kegiatan pengabdian di Kelurahan Aren Jaya mendapatkan dukungan dari pemerintah desa dan khalayak sasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat menarik bagi karang taruna. Faktor yang membuat program ini menarik adalah, pelatihan dilaksanakan langsung diikuti dengan praktik. Pelaksanaan manajemen organisasi memberikan pembelajaran tentang tanggung jawab pada karang taruna. Karang taruna sebagai khalayak sasaran memiliki usaha mandiri pembuatan pola busana

    COLLABORATION MANAGEMENT IN THE FRAMEWORK OF MANAGEMENT OF SITU RAWA GEDE COMMUNITY AND SUSTAINABILITY-BASED IN BEKASI CITY

    The results of this study focus on policy issues, guidelines, implementation, and expectations for community based lake utilization in order to sustainable lakes in Bekasi City. This paper seeks to analyze the use of lakes, both in terms of tourism benefits, as well as from water reservoir and flood control efforts through policy analysis. Evaluation of the program used by the researchers is Grindle evaluation model that includes the evaluation component policy formulation, programs implementation, resources allocation and target of outcomes. The evaluation related to Water Resources management policy and guidance as stated in Act no. 11 of 1974 on Irrigation and Lokal Regulation No. 13 Year 2011 on Bekasi City Year 2011 up to 2031.  Evaluation of programs related to normalization process activities, security of assets/ maintenance, development of water tourism and flood control. Evaluation of resources allocation related to financing activities. Target Outcomes evaluation is related to policy outcome which includes maintenance of water resource asset and flood control. This analysis tries to approach a strategy to consider: sustainable lake tourism management that benefits all parties, both government and society.  The results of the analysis show the need for collaborative management among stakeholders (government, lokal government and lokal communities) in sustainable management of the site.     Analysis of The Big-Five Personality and Knowladge to Healthy Life Motivation With SEM PLS

    This research proved the effectiveness of the big-five personality factors and knowledge of reproductive health to motivation to live healthy on students of public high school. The method used was a survey with a partial least square (PLS) with 279 samples participated through purposive sampling. Some instruments have been measured, namely the healthy life motivation(reliability 0.971), the big-five personality (reliability 0.937), and knowledge about reproductive health (reliability 0.874). The research data was carried out by PLS. The results showed that; 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between big-five personality and motivation healthy living, although controlled by the second order correlation; 2) there is a negative and significant relationship between knowledge about Kespro and motivation to live healthy, although controlled by the second order correlation; and 3) there is a positive relationship and significant between big-five personality and knowledge about Kespro together with motivation to live healthy. And also from the five big-five personality factors, it shows that the strongest contribution to healthy living motivation is extraversion and agreeableness. Therefore, it can be concluded that if the motivation to live a healthy life is to be increased, then the big-five personality and knowledge of Kespro must be considered

    Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang kebijakan pemerintah dalam menangani gelandangan dan pengemis di kawasan wisata religi sunan ampel Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menjawab dua masalah utama, yakni bagaimana kehidupan sosial gelandangan dan pengemis di kawasan wisata religi sunan ampel Surabaya, dan bagiamana kebijakan pemerintah kota Surabaya dalam menangani gelandangan dan pengemis di kawasan wisata religi sunan ampel Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Tipe penelitian kualitatif deskriptif mencoba menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi. Dalam hal ini peneliti mencoba memberikan gambaran mengenai kehidupan sosial gelandangan dan pengemis yang ada di kawasan wisata religi sunan ampel Surabaya, dan kebijakan pemerintah kota Surabaya dalam menangani gelandangan dan pengemis di kawasan wisata religi sunan ampel Surabaya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu, Kehidupan sosisal gelandangan dan pengemis yang berada di kawasan wisata religi Sunan Ampel Surabaya, tergolong dalam kelasifikasi masalah sosial manifes. Karena di kawasan wisata religi Sunan Ampel Surabaya menggelandang dan mengemis seperti sudah menjadi kegiatan ekonomi menggiurkan, alasan mengemis karena tidak memiliki aset atau ketidakberdayaan ekonomi, tidak berlaku lagi. Para gelandangan dan pengemis sudah merasa keenakan, tanpa rasa malu dan tanpa beban moral didepan masyarakat. meski sudah memiliki aset produksi atau simpanan bahkan rumah dan tanah dari hasil menggelandang dan mengemis tetapi mereka tetap saja melakukan aktivitas tersebut. Upaya pemerintah kota Surabaya untuk menangani gelandangan dan pengemis di kawasan wisata religi Sunan Ampel terbilang sudah efektif. Terlihat dari adanya razia yang dilakukan setiap satu bulan satu kali, rehabilitasi yang di tempatkan di LIPPONSOS Keputih Surabaya, dan pelatihan yang dilakukan tenaga ahli di tempat tersebut. Tapi kurangnya kesadaran dari gelandangan dan pengemis telah menghambat proses implementasi kebijakan yang efektif dan efisien

    Behavioral Geography: an Ecoliteracy Perspective and Critical Thinking Skills in Men and Women

    This study aims at explaining the behavior of students of the biology-Jakarta State University study program on environmental preservation in the perspective of ecoliteracy and critical thinking skills. Ecoliteracy is an understanding and behavior or the action of a person towards the environment. The results of the study show that there is no effect of the interaction between ecoliteracy and thinking Skills. In addition, there is also no interaction between ecoliteracy and gender. This study supports previous relevant research and provides new empirical information that ecoliteracy and critical thinking skills are the causes of someone contributing to preserving the environment. However, the influence of ecoliteracy interactions and critical thinking skills is not significant. In addition, the interaction in the ecoliteracy and gender perspective needs to be ignored because both of them make the same contribution. Therefore, the application of ecoliteracy must begin early. The application of ecoliteracy can also be integrated into the media that are currently developing rapidly. So that at the university level, the concept of ecoliteracy has emerged in a more creative and innovative form by initiating new innovations in the more advanced environment

    Developing Project-Based Learning Related to Local Wisdom in Improving Students’ Problem-Solving Skills

    The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the development of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model based on local wisdom in solving environmental problems and the students’ ability to develop learning media. Research conducted at Educational Faculty and teaching sciences of Pakuan University. This research uses the method of Research and Development with the ADDIE model, comprising analyses, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data were obtained from the validation by three experts, namely learning material expert, learning media expert, and learning model expert. The effectiveness assessment was done by N-Gain assessment environmental problem-solving ability and evaluating the multimedia product. The steps to develop the model are as follows: need analysis, designing learning model development, learning model development, learning model validation by the experts, learning model implementation in class, and model evaluation. The product created by the students from learning through PjBL based on local wisdom is a video about local wisdom. According to the data analysis result, it can be concluded that model development of PjBL based on local wisdom improves their ability to solve environmental problems, the average score is 0.69 in experiment class and the score in control class is 0.055 (scales of 0-1.0). The ability to develop video environmental learning media the score video product in experiment class is 2.4 and in the control class is 2.2 (scales of 1-3)

    The interaction that arises from the impact of the residence used as a tourist village one of the habits of the community will be affected as the language and behavior of tourists. Cultural values become the guidelines of human life passed down from generation to generation so that the role of heir in this family becomes very important to be applied to the next generation. The purpose of this study to determine the role of families in applying cultural values that exist in the Sasak tribe. This research was conducted in Ende Village, Kecamatan Pujut, Central Lombok. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive, data obtained from observation, interview, documentation and literature review related to research substance. The results of this study provide information that the family tribe Sasak play an active role in presenting cultural values in children from childhood. The local cultural values of the Sasak tribe include the mother educating the girls weave, the father educates the farm boys, the father and mother show by example make us polite clothing in the village that is a sarong for men and women's woven cloth skirt, family religion will decrease to the child, and most of this can be sustained today because of the role of families who continue to apply cultural values from generation to generation. So, to preserve the cultural values of the tribe sasak required the role of the family, especially parents to inherit the habits and behavior in accordance with the norms prevailing in that tribe

    ABSTRACTThe low level of education has become a part of women's non dependent in economic. The purpose of this research is to get information about a woman‟s human resources potential; local natural resources potential which is able to be developed in creative industry; the need of guidance module; and the need of guidance program. The benefits of this research are: increasing the skill and expertise of women in forming and managing a creative industry base on locality; increasing a self-confidence to participate in creative industry base on locality, and increasing a gender equality and justice in participate on family.This research is using Research and Development method. In this research, there are 100 (a hundred) samples which are included: 30 (thirty) from Matraman, 30 (thirty) from Suku Dinas Perindustrian Jakarta Timur, 30 (thirty) from Desa Cipaok Citapean Bogor, and 10 (ten) from Bekasi.The conclusions of this research are: the guidance module is varies, it takes two weeks in guiding; a creative industry module in culinary, clothing, and entrepreneurship; the strategy of interactive dialogue and practice experience; systematical, and sustainable, Measured and standardized, with simulation and field visiting.Keywords: Guidance model, optimizing the role of women, creative industry base on localit

    Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari disertasi bertujuan menumbuhkan budaya literasi bagi peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar khususnya pada tahap pembiasaan. Berdasarkan hasil persurvey yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SDN 06 Metro Utara diperoleh data disetiap kelas belum ada ruang pojok baca, sehingga kebiasaan membaca 15 menit sebelum/sesudah selesai pembelajaran tidak dilakukan.  Literasi sangat penting bagi individu serta mendukung kemajuan suatu negara dalam berbagai bidang, seperti ekonomi, sosial, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 06 Metro Utara menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya setelah diberikan pengertian tentang pentingnya kegiatan literasi, seperti tempat pojok baca di kelas, melakukan pembiasaan membaca sebelum/sesudah membaca sudah dilaksanakan khususnya di kelas V SDN 06 Metro Utara. Selain itu, buku yang dibaca oleh peserta didik ditulis judul, pengarang serta membuat catatan terkait apa yang telah dibaca. Kegiatan literasi harus terus digalakkan mengingat salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan pendidikan adalah banyaknya anak yang gemar membaca. Kegiatan pembelajaran IPS berbasis literasi terbukti memberikan peningkatan pada ketarampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada data keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik (memberikan penjelasan sederhana, membangun keterampilan dasar, membuat inferensi, memberi penjelasan lanjut, mengatur strategi dan taktik)
