The aim of this research are to identify expressive speech act found in the dialog of the “Pearl Harbor” and to analyze the pragmatic in expressive utterance used by the characters in the film by considering the context. In conducting the research, the researcher refers to the theory of speech acts by Searle. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data are expressive utterances found in the film “Pearl Harbor”. From the data sources, the researcher found 111 expressive utterances used by the characters. Then, the researcher analyze all of the utterances and divide it based on similar utterances. The result of this research are all of the kind of expressive speech act could be found in the film, for example : praise (25%), apology (24%), greet (21%), deplore (18 %), thank (12%). In the film “Pearl Harbor”, expressive utterance can be found in four kind of linguistic form, they are : ellipsis (40,5%), declarative (31,5%), interogative (14,4%), exclamatory (13,5%). Every single data has different function, such as : reject someone, asking for attention, expressing dislike, and giving appreciation. The contribution of this research to English education are the use of pragmatic of expressive utterances can be implemented inside and outside if classroom, and the pragmatic of expressive utterances can be used as teaching materials. Sebagaimana telah disinggung dalam kajian-kajian sebelumnya, secara filosofis pendidikan Islam diartikan sebagai pendidikan yang berparadigma universal, yaitu dalam konteks humanisasi dan liberalisasi manusia, penciptaan nilai-nilai sakral, kemanusiaan dan alam secara terintegrasi dalam rangka memenuhi pengabdian tugasnya kepada umat manusia dan umat manusia adalah semacam dedikasi Khalifah di bumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Tujuan Pendidikan Islam di dunia dan sekitarnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Literature review. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebagai upaya sadar pendidikan Islam yang dapat membimbing dan mendidik peserta didik untuk memahami dan mempelajari ajaran Islam, oleh karena itu ada tujuan tertentu yang ingin dicapai. Secara garis besar pendidikan Islam mempunyai dua tujuan yaitu tujuan umum dan tujuan khusus. Tujuan umum pendidikan Islam adalah mencapai kebahagiaan di akhirat (Ukhrawi) yang merupakan tujuan akhir kehidupan manusia. Meskipun terdapat banyak definisi untuk tujuan khusus pendidikan Islam, definisi tersebut disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan tempat dan waktu tertentu. Biasanya, tujuan khusus ini adalah untuk memberi manfaat bagi kehidupan dunia (sekuler)

    This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of E-WoMand brand image on purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. In this study, the sample used was 120, using purposive sampling. The technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research results found that E- WoMhas a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and E-WoMand brand image have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decision

    ANALISIS PENDIDIKAN INKLUSI DI SEKOLAH DASAR

    Abstrak: Artikel ini  ini bertujuan mengkaji  pendidikan inklusif di sekolah dasar.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu wanwancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualtatif dengan tiga tahapan yaitu data reduction, data display dan conclusion/verification. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pendidikan inklusi adalah sistem layanan pendidikan yang mengikutsertakan anak yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus belajar bersama di linkungan sekolah reguler tanpa melihat perbedaan, (2) di Indonesia pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di atur dalam UU No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan nasional pasal 15, Permendiknas Nomor 70 tahun 2009 dari pasal 1-15, dan Surat Edaran Dirjen Nomor 380/C.C6/MN/2003 tanggal 20 Januari 2003 tentang pendidikan inklusif, (3) pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada pendidikan inklusif di sekolah dasar harus mempertimbangkan prinsip pembelajaran dan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar dari semua anak, (4) Untuk anak yang berkebutuhan khusus menggunakan kurikulum yang telah dikembangkan sesuai dengan standar nasional dan wajib mengikuti ujian nasional, (5) pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi di SD Taman Muda Yogyakarta dilaksanakan dengan sistem klasikal, kelas khusus, kelas keterampilan dan kesenian.Abstract:  This article aims to review inclusive education in primary schools.. This research uses qualitative approach with field study method. Data collection techniques from this research are wan interview and documentation. Data analysis is done in a quadative way with three stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion/ verification. The results of this study show that (1) inclusion education is an education service system that involves children who have special needs to learn together in regular school links without seeing differences, (2) in Indonesia education for children with special needs is regulated in Law No. 20 of 2003 on the national education system article 15, Permendiknas No. 70 of 2009 from article 1-15, and Circular Letter of the Director General No. 380/C.C6/MN/2003 dated January 20, 2003 on inclusive education, (3) the implementation of learning in inclusive education in elementary schools must consider the principles of learning and adjust to the learning needs of all children, (4) For children with special needs using the curriculum that has been developed in accordance with national standards and must take national examinations, (5) The implementation of inclusion education at SD Taman Muda Yogyakarta shall be conducted with classical system, special class, skill and arts class

    Dans sa première acception, la guerre renvoie à l’échec de la communication dans le sens du partage et de la négociation. Toutefois, communiquer sur une guerre passée s’avère chose difficile pour les médiateurs des faits; c’est le cas de la presse. Il ressort de notre analyse de deux hors-séries (algérien et français) que la question de la mémoire ne peut être reçue et conçue de la même façon dans les deux sociétés. En Algérie, il semble que la question de la guerre est articulée au regard de son utilisation par le pouvoir politique en place. En France, elle est au coeur de la mémoire.In its first signification, the war returns to the failure of communication in the sense of sharing and negotiation. however, communicating a past war is a difficult thing for those mediators’ facts, as is the case of the press. From our analysis of two special editions (Algerian and French) the issue of the memory can’t be designed and received in the same way in the two countries. In Algeria, it seems that the issue of war is articulated in terms of its use by political power.     Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

    This study aims to prove and determine the effect of good corporate governance, company size and corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value. The proxy for firm value is price to book value (PBV). The indicators used in GCG include managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, and audit committee. Company size uses a proxy for total assets, while CSR disclosure is measured by the CSR index based on indicators from GRI (Global Reporting Initiatives) version G4. This study used property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a total of 22 companies. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results simultaneously showed that Good Corporate Governance, Company Size, and Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility have an effect on firm value. Furthermore, the partial test results showed that GCG with the indicators of independent commisioner had a significant positive effect, the audit committee had a significant negative effect, firm size is proven to have an effect on firm value, while managerial ownership and CSR were not proven to have an effect on firm value

    Effect of a 14-Day Mindfulness Intervention on Daily Desire Experiences and Desire Regulation

    A growing body of research suggests that mindfulness, a receptive attentiveness to one’s present moment experiences, has the potential to adaptively regulate habitual behaviors. No prior study has tested the effect of mindfulness interventions on people’s daily desire experiences to inform the potential for adaptive desire regulation. The present exploratory randomized controlled trial examined the effect of a 14-day smartphone-based mindfulness intervention (versus a coping control intervention) on the frequency, intensity, duration, and enactment of everyday desires in 19 participants. The desire domains included basic need-based desires (i.e., for food, drink, sleep) and secondary desires (e.g., for sex, media, social interactions, work), assessed for 7 days pre- and post-intervention through ecological momentary assessment (EMA). Emotion data collected alongside, also through EMA, permitted examining the role of the mindfulness intervention in altering a potential link between experienced emotion (positive and negative) and desire. Results showed that intervention condition significantly predicted post-intervention desire frequency; those in the mindfulness condition experienced a higher frequency of desires post-training, and specifically, increased secondary desire frequency, but not basic desire frequency. Intervention condition did not predict the other desire outcomes (enactment, strength, or duration). Results also revealed that intervention significant moderated the association between positive emotion and overall desire frequency; those in the mindfulness condition experienced fewer desires when experiencing increased positive emotion, whereas there was no association between positive emotion and desire after coping training. Intervention condition did not moderate associations between positive emotions and other desire variables, or negative emotions and any desire variables
