Features of Russian Agribusiness Grape-winery Subcomplex Modernization

The article devotes to the analysis of the Russian agribusiness grape-winery subcomplex current state and to its development features description. The problems of viticulture and winery, that impede the subcomplex development and modernization, are highlighted. These problems are the inability of viticulture farms to satisfy the wineries need for raw materials fully, the high cost of growing grapes, cheap imported wine materials, the lack of competitiveness towards foreign producers, and necessary financial support absence. To develop the wine and wine industry in our country, it is necessary to implement a set of measures at the federal and regional levels. At the federal level, it is necessary to create an appropriate legal framework for high-quality winemaking, which would equally protect the interests of grapes and wine producers, wine trading and consumers. At the regional level, it is relevant to improve the material and technical base state of the viticulture of Russia, because nowadays the industry development does not meet the existing agro technical requirements and lags significantly behind the development of Western countries. Since 2001, the state policy of supporting agricultural production conducted in the last decade and the agroindustrial policy in Russia in general has tended to create a developed wine-growing sub-complex. Over the past few years, when modernizing this subcomplex, vineyards have been renovated, new highly productive varieties have been laid. These measures positively affect the grape production and yield and generally give hope for the grape industry development. Emphasis is placed on key areas, features and prospects for the modernization of the wine and wine subcomplex of Russian agroindustrial complex. This is the implementation of a set of measures at the federal and regional levels. The article describes vectors and stages of the implementation of state policy and financial support in the field of this subcomplex modernization, proposed by the Concept of the Development of Viticulture and Winemaking in the Russian Federation for the period 2016–2020 and the planning period until 2025

Побутовий аспект повсякденного життя сільської трудящої молоді: зміни 1990-2000-х років

In the article on the basis of the statistical materials archived, analytical works the problems of satisfaction of social and way of life problems of rural working young people are considered. Scientific literature, which includes the problems of rural young people only partly examines the features of everyday life of rural young people, and also influence on its social prosperity of row of domestic factors. Importance of the outlined problem is predetermined, foremost by a necessity to have a clear idea about socio-economic reality of the Ukrainian village, during 1990-2000th. It is found out, that in Ukraine development of spectrum of social orientation working young people villages restrained temper deep transformations of social and way of life infrastructure. Worsening of financial welfare of young people was related to worsening of economic potential of villages. It is found out, that terms economic happy villages of condition lives young approached city. The factor of the following and perspective was taken into account in development of everyday life of rural working young people. Considerable attention is spared finding out of reasons of decline of social and way of life sphere. First in historiography on the basis of specific methodological tool the analysed accordance of vital terms on a village - to the strategic aims of socio-economic revival of the Ukrainian village. The special attention is spared finding out of terms of making healthy facilities of present on a village athletic-sporting bases. Underline, that in Ukraine rural working young people tested certain domestic discomfort as a result of worsening of work of domestic enterprises: establishments of way of life, point-of-sale service. A considerable place in the article was found by subjects devoted a show participation of young people in development of private establishments of domestic consumer services, transport service. Changes are also shown in housing, facilities of satisfaction of spiritual necessities.У статті на основі архівних, статистичних матеріалів, аналітичних напрацювань розглянуто проб­леми задоволення соціально-побутових проблем сільської трудящої молоді. Наукова література, яка включає проблеми сільської молоді, лише почасти розглядає особливості повсякденного життя сільської молоді, а також вплив на її соціальне благопочуття низки побутових чинників. Важливість окресленої проблеми зумовлюється, перш за все, необхідністю мати чітке уявлення про соціально-економічні реалії українського села протягом 1990-2000-х років. З’ясовано, що в Україні розвиток спектра соціальної орієнтації трудящої молоді села стримувався глибинними трансформаціями соціально-побутової інфраструктури. Погіршення матеріального добробуту молоді було пов’язане з погіршенням економічного потенціалу сіл. З’ясовано, що в економічно благополучних селах умови життя молоді наближалися до міських. Враховувався фактор наступності та перспективності у розвитку повсякденного життя сільської трудящої молоді. Значна увага приділена з’ясуванню причин занепаду соціально-побутової сфери.Вперше в історіографії на основі специфічного методологічного інструментарію проаналізована відповідність життєвих умов на селі – стратегічним цілям соціально-економічного відродження українського села. Особлива увага приділена з’ясуванню умов оздоровлення засобами наявної на селі фізкультурно-спортивної бази. Підкреслено, що в Україні сільська працююча молодь зазнавала певного побутового дискомфорту внаслідок погіршення роботи побутових підприємств: закладів побуту, торгівельного обслуговування. Значне місце в статті знайшли сюжети присвячені показу участі молоді у розвитку приватних закладів побутового і транспортного обслуговування. Formation of an integrated accounting and analytical management system for value analysis purposes

The article is devoted to the problems associated with the formation and the improvement of accounting and analytical support framework when establishing the business entities’ integrated accounting and analytical managerial system for the value analysis purposes. According to the authors’ opinion, introducing the integrated accounting and analytical system is not only a certain way to improve the efficiency in the managerial decision-making sphere, but also an essential tool throughout the whole value analysis process as well as a tool to improve the qualitative measures of accounting and analytical data required for value analysis. Establishing the integrated accounting and analytical managerial system is an intensive factor to improve the whole analysis process and is intended to optimize the data flows in business entities. It also increases the analyticity of non-engineering and engineering data, that are used in value analysis group’ documents set. Tools that optimizing and structuring the data flows in business entities are analyzed in this article. They are as follows: applying the managerial accounting based on financial responsibility centers and the ad hoc software – i.e., modular database that collects and processes all data from business entity’s subdivisions and helps to create all types of value analysis’ working papers.
