    Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi mengenai adanya data mengenai profil kemampuan fisik dan teknik pemain bolabasket Western Basketball Surabya kelompok umur 12 Tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan fisik dan teknik pemain Western Baskeball Surabaya kelompok umur 12 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei denga teknik tes dan pengukuran. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pemain bolabasket Western Basketball Surabaya kelompok umur 12 tahun yang berjumlah 15 pemain. Instrument tes yang digunakan, terdiri dari 5 item tes kemampuan fisik dan 1 item tes kemampuan teknik. 5 item tes kemampuan fisik terdiri dari tes daya tahan yang diukur dengan beep tes, komponen kecepatan diukur dengan sprint 30 m, komponen kelentukan diukur dengan sit and reach, komponen kelincahan diukur dengan hexagonal obstacle tes, komponen otot kaki diukur dengan standing broad jump. 1 item tes kemampuan teknik diukur dengan Jr.NBA Skill Challenge. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk presentase. Berdasarkan analisis hasil tes dengan t-score secara umum kemampuan fisik dan teknik dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kemampuan fisik pemain bolabasket kelompok umur 12 tahun western basketball Surabaya sebanyak 1 pemain (6,7%) pada kategori “baik sekali”, 5 pemain (33,3%) pada kategori “baik”, 4 pemain (26,7%) pada kategori “sedang”, dan 5 pemain (33,3%) pada kategori “kurang”. Kategori kemampuan teknik pemain bolabasket kelompok umur 12 tahun western basketball Surabaya sebanyak 1 pemain (6,7%) pada kategori “baik sekali”, 4 pemain (26,7%) pada kategori “baik”, 5 pemain (33,3%) pada kategori “sedang”, 4 pemain (26,7%) pada kategori “kurang”, dan 1 pemain (6,7%) pada kategori “kurang sekali”. Kata Kunci: Profil, kemampuan fisik, dan teknik, bolabasket Abstract This research is distributed about the existence of data concerning the physical and technical ability of the profile player was Western Basketball Surabaya group aged 12 years. The purpose of this research is to know the level of physical abilities and techniques players Western Basketball Surabaya group aged 12 years. Type of this research is descriptive. The research method used was survey methods with test and measurement techniques. The subject of this research is the player was Western Basketball Surabaya age group 12 years totalling 15 players. The test instrument use, consists of 5 physical ability test and item 1 item ability test techniques. 5 physical ability test items consist of a test of endurance as measured by the beep test, the components of the velocity measured by sprint of 30 m, measured with a flexibility component of the sit and reach, components measured by the agility obstacle hexagonal test, the components of the leg muscle was measured with a standing broad jump. 1 engineering ability test items measured by the Jr. NBA Skills Challenge. Analytical techniques descriptive analyses quantitative data using poured in the form of a percentage. Based on the analysis of the test results with a t-score in General physical and techniques abilty it can be concluded that, the physical capabilities of the players was the group aged 12 years western basketball Surabaya as much as 1 player (6.7%) in the category "excellent", 5 players (33.3%) in the category "above average", 4 players (26.7%) in the category "average", and 5 players (33.3%) in the category " bellow average ". Category technique abilities of players was the group aged 12 years western basketball Surabaya as much as 1 player (6.7%) in the category "excellent", 4 players (26.7%) in the category "above average", 5 players (33.3%) in the category “average", 4 players (26.7%) in the category of "bellow average", and 1 player (6.7%) in the category of "poor".     Bank Risks, Shock Event and Profitability in Islamic Banks: Adoption of Panel Data Approach

    In the current business environment banks are exposed to many risks while having its operation. These risks are stated to be directly linked to what banks do and why bank fails. The Islamic banks are also unexceptional to be affected by the bank risks. Thus, this study tries to examine the impact of bank risks and shock event in the variation of profitability in Islamic banks. Using 16 Islamic banks spanning from 2009 to 2016 in Malaysia this study has employed panel data analysis to test for the hypotheses. Results illustrated that there are substantial influence of both credit risks and liquidity risks credit risks on profitability in Islamic banks. Both shows the higher risks will lead to the lower profit of the Islamic bank. While, the shock event which is represented by financial crisis is found to be following the expected magnitude but has insignificant influences on the changes of Islamic bank profitability. This result gives a clear indication to Islamic banks that undertaking risks will let to the losses in the profitability of the banks.     Simulation of sub-drains performance using visual MODFLOW for slope water seepage Problem

    Numerical simulation technique was used for investigating water seepage problem at the Botanic Park Kuala Lumpur. A proposed sub-drains installation in problematic site location was simulated using Modular Three-Dimensional Finite Difference Groundwater Flow (MODFLOW) software. The results of simulation heads during transient condition showed that heads in between 43 m (water seepage occurred at level 2) until 45 m (water seepage occurred at level 4) which heads measurement are referred to mean sea level. However, elevations measurements for level 2 showed the values between 41 to 42 m from mean sea level and elevations for level 4 between 42 to 45 m from mean sea level. These results indicated an increase in heads for level 2 and level 4 between 1 to 2 m when compared to elevations slope at the level 2 and level 4. The head increases surpass the elevation level of the slope area that causing water seepage at level 2 and level 4. In order to overcome this problems, the heads level need to be decrease to 1 until 2 m by using two options of sub-drain dimension size. Sub-drain with the dimension of 0.0750 m (diameter), 0.10 m (length) and using 4.90 m spacing was the best method to use as it was able to decrease the heads to the required levels of 1 to 2 m

    Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 20 Tolitoli dalam menyelesaikan operasi hitung campuran bilangan bulat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: “Bagaimana pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya dapat meningkat hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 20 Tolitoli pada Operasi Hitung Campuran Bilangan Bulat?”. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tersebut, maka peneliti menggunakan Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya dalam menyelesaikan operasi hitung campuran bilangan bulat. Pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya adalah salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Dimana pembelajaran tutor sebaya, teman sebaya yang lebih pandai memberikan bantuan belajar kepada teman-teman sekelasnya di sekolah, sehingga diharapkan yang kurang paham tidak segan-segan untuk mengungkapkan kesulitan yang dihadapinya. Dalam penerapan pembelajaran tutor sebaya langkah-langkah yang digunakan yaitu 1) pilih materi yang memungkinkan, materi tersebut dapat dipelajari siswa secara mandiri, 2) bagilah para siswa menjadi kelompok-kelompok kecil yang heterogen, Para siswa yang pandai disebar dalam setiap kelompok dan bertindak sebagai tutor sebaya, 3) masing-masing kelompok diberi tugas mempelajari sub-sub materi. Setiap kelompok dipandu oleh siswa yang pandai sebagai tutor sebaya, 4) beri mereka waktu yang cukup untuk persiapan, 5) setiap kelompok melalui wakilnya menyampaikan sub materi sesuai tugasnya yang telah diberikan, 6) setelah semua kelompok menyampaikan tugasnya secara berurutan sesuai dengan urutan sub materi, beri kesimpulan dan klarifikasi. Peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri dari 4 komponen, yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi, dan 4) refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini berupa data aktivitas guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, data hasil catatan lapangan, data hasil wawancara dengan beberapa siswa, data hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dengan memberikan tes individu kepada siswa serta lembar penilaian diri, sikap dan minat. Hasil secara keseluruhan dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan adalah peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi operasi hitung campuran bilangan bulat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I yang hanya mencapai 74,30 % kemudian pada siklus II, persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal mencapai hasil 84,71 %. Hasil observasi, penelitian sikap dan minat rata-rata berada dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 20 Tolitoli pada operasi hitung campuran bilangan bulat

    The research regarding the extraction of copper ions with liquid emulsion membrane has been done. It used a laboratory experiment method by using dithizone as a carrier compound, paraffin liquid as the membrane, a solution of HCl as an internal phase, Span-60 as surfactant, and a solution of copper(II) as the sample solution. This study was conducted to examine the ability of dithizone as a cation carrier and to determine the optimum conditions for the extraction of copper(II) ions in a solution that includes dithizone concentration and copper(II) ion extraction capacity with liquid membrane emulsion technique. The dithizone concentrations used were 0.005 M, 0.010 M, 0.015 M, 0.020 M, and 0.025 M. On the other hands the copper(II) solution concentrations used were 348 ppm, 512 ppm, 689 ppm, 857 ppm, and 1029 ppm. Concentration of copper(II) ion in external-phase was determined by using SpectroDirect Spectrophotometer. The result showed that the use of 0.020 M dithizone, 50 mL of liquid emulsion membrane could extract 857 ppm copper(II) ions with the extract percentage was 84.13%

    Diabetes is the oldest disease in the world, the death rate cause by diabetes mellitus is increasing. This study aims to know bioactive substances of avocado leaf and effective concentrate in decreasing the level of mice blood glucose. The study apply experimetal method to analyze bioactive substance in avocado leaf extract qualitatively. Whereas the preclinical testing use random group design. This study used 15 male mice as test animal which are induced with etilen diamin tetra asetat (EDTA). The mice are divided into 5 groups (n=5) randomly with different treatment. Treatment I, II, III are given avocado leaf extarct each with concentrate of 10%, 20% and 40%, treatment IV is given suspension of glibenklamid as a positive control (+) and treatment V is given 1% suspension of sodium carboxymethil cellulose (Na-CMC) as a negative control (-). Data obtained is analysed by using statistical analysis of varians (ANOVA) wich is continued with Duncan test. The research result shows that advocado leaf extract positively contains compounds of alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin and steroid. Praclinic test shows that advocado leaf extract proven can lower the level of mice glucose and relatively the most effective concentrate is 10%

    Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SD Integral Rahmatullah Tolitoli mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas I SD Integral Rahmatullah Tolitoli dengan penerapan Pembelajaran pendekatan Matematika realistik pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas I SD Integral Rahmatullah Tolitoli tahun ajaran 2012/2013 dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang. Desain penelitian mengacu pada Model Kemmis dan MC. Taggart yang terdiri dari 4 komponen yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan tehnik tes, observasi dan tanya jawab serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Mides dan Haburman serta tehnik persentase. Hasil penelitian yang memenuhi standar Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) mengalami peningkatan dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua dari 20 siswa, 11 siswa yang tidak tuntas pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 63,8 dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II, 19 siswa yang tuntas diperoleh nilai rata-rata 77. Hasil penelitian tersebut memberikan kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran pendekatan matematika realistik terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

    Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menelaah hukum tentang: Sistem Hukum Penyelesaian Pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) Berat Melalui Mahkamah Pidana Internasional Berdasarkan Statuta Roma 1998. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum doktrinal atau normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Sistem Hukum Penyelesaian Pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) Berat melalui Mahkamah Pidana Internasional melalui tahapan Pra-Peradilan, Penyelidikan, Acara Pemeriksaan Sementara, Peradilan, Pembuktian, dan Putusan. Adapun saran penelitian: a) Perlu adanya definisi yang jelas dan tegas tentang Agresi yang diatur dalam Statuta Roma 1998; b) Pelaksanaan sistem hukum penyelesaian pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) berat disarankan agar tetap menghargai kedaulatan suatu negara
