WASTE MINIMIZATION IN PACKING BAG PRODUCTION PROCESS IN PACKING BAG PLANT OF PT. SEMEN PADANG
The competition in the manufacturing industry sector requires every company to do continues improvements and develop its performance. One of the competitive manufacturing industries is cement industry. PT. Semen Padang is cement company located in Padang that produces seven types of cement that use two types of packing bags which are pasted bag and sewing bag. Packing bag plant unit of PT. Semen Padang has an important role to produce the pasted bag. In order to enhance productivity and improve product quality, the company has to know which activity increases value-added-activity to the product.
There are some methods can be used to minimize the wastes in packing bag production process. Waste identification began with the identification of Current State Value Stream Mapping with weighting the waste by using Waste Relationship Matrix and Waste Assessment Questionnaire in order to understand the root of the problem within the production process. Based on the WRM and WAQ result, the most dominant wastes are defect (24,4%), inventory (16,3%) and waiting waste (15,2%). The detail mapping selection was using Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) with Process Activity Mapping (PAM) as the selected tool. It is obtained 42 activities in production line III with 9,6% non-value-added activities and 43 activities in production line IV with 9,3% non-value-added activities. Fishbone diagram is used to analyse the root cause to understand the root of problem for production process and followed by FMEA with 33 potential failures is found. The highest score of Risk Priority Number (RPN) is the potential failure because of defect waste which is unavailability of spare parts with RPN of 172,8. Proposed recommendations are given to minimize the existing waste and prevent waste in the future by applying Lean Manufacturing concept.

More Than Just Biology: Creating an Informational Website for Teens on Sexuality and Lifelong Sexual Health
“More Than Just Biology – Creating an informational website for teens on sexuality and lifelong sexual health” is the product of four weeks’ research in Amsterdam, NL on sexuality education and the use of the Internet as an educational tool for youth. The research defied a “Dutch approach” to sexuality education and used it to create a website for American teenagers to get confidential and accurate information regarding their sexual lives and health. Information was gathered primarily through personal interviews, as well as a review of existing literature on the subject. Through this research, it was found that the Dutch approach was rooted largely in the acceptance of young people’s sexuality and the messages of positivity and responsibility. Keeping these themes in mind, More Than Just Biology was created. It can currently be found at more-than-just-biology.tumblr.co

ESG and Firm Value: The Moderating Role of Stock Returns and EPS
This study examines the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on firm value, and explores the role of stock returns and Earnings Per Share (EPS) as moderating variables. Using secondary data from 84 public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023, this study applies a panel regression approach with a fixed effects model. The analysis results indicate that ESG has a negative and significant influence on firm value. Furthermore, the interaction between ESG and stock returns also shows a significant negative effect, indicating that high stock returns can amplify the negative impact of ESG on firm value. Conversely, the interaction between ESG and EPS does not show a significant effect, indicating that EPS does not act as a moderator in this relationship. This finding has an important implication that ESG implementation does not automatically increase firm value. This occurs because ESG initiatives need to be supported by appropriate management strategies and effective communication with investors

Sejarah Klasifikasi Ilmu-Ilmu Keislaman dan Perkembangannya dalam Ilmu Perpustakaan
The history of the development of Islamic civilization can be divided into three parts, namely: the classical period (650 -1250), the middle period (1250-1800) and the modern period (1800-present). In the classical period, Islamic scholarly discourse reached a high level that could contribute to the development of sciences in the following period. The sciences that developed in Islamic history were very complex and various, and religious sciences were only a branch of Islamic sciences as a whole. The progress of Islamic civilization is related to the progress of all aspects or fields of Islamic scholarship. The division of sciences came from various Muslim scientists, and not infrequently there emerged disharmony between the various fields of Islamic sciences. To overcome this disharmony various Muslim thinkers and scholars have produced the classification of sciences with their hierarchy. In Islam there is not really an essential separation between religious sciences and general sciences. In term of knowledge management, Indonesian libraries have arranged their resources and materials according to a specific arrangement. The guideline of Islamic classification first published by the National Library was the classification of library materials on Indonesia according to DDC using 2X0 notation. In the guideline of Islamic classification, Islamic sciences are divided into major groups which consist of Islam (general), Tafsir (Qur’anic exegesis) , Hadith (the Prophetic traditions), Aqa’id and Ilmukalam (theology), Fiqh (Islamic law), Akhlaq and Tasawuf (mysticism), Social and Cultural subjects, Philosophy and Islamic development, sects in Islam, and Islamic history.
Firm Performance and Stock Returns: The Moderating Role of Google Search Volume Index: Evidence from Companies Listed in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index
This study examines the effect of company performance on stock returns moderated by Google search volume on companies listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The research sample consists of companies registered with ISSI from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2021. The results showed that the company's performance indicators, ROE and EPS, significantly positively affected stock returns. In addition, Google search volume directly impacts the increase in stock returns and positively moderates the relationship between EPS and stock returns. This research contributes to the accounting and capital market literature by looking at synergies between companies and investors' attention to Islamic stock returns, especially in times of crisis
