    ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF FUNCTIONAL CEREAL DRINKS WITH THE ADDITION OF KECOMBRANG POWDER

    Cereal drink can be the choice of the community as a nutritious breakfast menu with easy and practical presentation. Kecombrang has potential as an antioxidant, but is still rarely used for food processing. Kecombrang flowers have a large antioxidant component to reduce free radical compounds so as to prevent oxidation. This research was to examine the addition of kecombrang flower powder to the antioxidant activity  of cereal drinks. The material used is kecombrang flower powder and ingredients to make cereal drinks. The experimental design used in this study was a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with 6 treatments and 3 repeats. The formulation analyzed in this study was divided into 6 treatments in the form of giving kecombrang flower powder with a concentration of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%. The data analysis used was Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the addition of kecombrang flower powder had a significant effect (p<0.05) on the antioxidant activity of cereal drinks. The treatment with the addition of 12% kecombrang flower powder was the treatment with the highest antioxidant activit

    Tujuan dari studi ini yaitu untuk menilai penyelenggaraan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Nomor DJ.II/542/2013 mengenai Kursus PreNikah di KUA Kecamatan Padang Timur. Metode dalam penelitian ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan informan seperti Kepala dan staff KUA Kecamatan Padang Timur, peserta kursus dan masyarakat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa implementasi peraturan tersebut belum optimal: jam pembelajaran tidak sesuai standar, fokus hanya pada calon pengantin, tanpa melibatkan remaja, sumber daya dan alokasi dana terbatas, serta masih minim pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya program ini. &nbsp

    EFIKASI BEBERAPA INSEKTISIDA NABATI DALAM MENGENDALIKAN HAMA CROCIDOLOMIA PAVONANA FABRICIUS DI LABORATORIUM

    Crocidolomia pavonana (F.) ordo Lepidoptera famili Crambidaemerupakan salah satu hama yang menyerang tanaman dari famili Brassicaceae antara lain kol, bunga kol, sawi, lobak dan radish. Serangga ini bersifat oligofag yaitu termasuk serangga pemakan beberapa jenis tanaman dari satu famili. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan jenis ekstrak yang efektif dalam mengendalikan hama C. pavonana. Tumbuhan yang bersifat sebagai insektisida nabati antara lain jambu mede (Anacardium occidentale L.), alpukat (Persea americana Mill), sembung (Blumea balsamifera L.), mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L.) dan tembelekan (Lantana camaraL.).Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Hama Tumbuhan Program Studi Proteksi Tanaman dan Laboratorium Analisis Pangan Program Studi Teknologi Hasil Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian dimulai sejak bulan Februari 2020 sampai dengan Maret 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) nonfaktorial yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan sehingga diperoleh 20 unit percobaan. Peubah yang diamati meliputi mortalitas larvaC. pavonana, persentase penghambat makan larva C. pavonana, persentase pupa yang muncul dan persentase imago yang muncul.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi beberapa insektisida nabati berpengaruh terhadap mortalitas dan penghambat makan larva C. pavonana. Mortalitas larva C. pavonana tertinggi pada 7 HSA terdapat pada aplikasi ekstrak daun tembelekan mencapai 67,50% dan terendah pada perlakuan mengkudu 35%. Persentase penghambat makan tertinggi pada 7 HSA terjadi pada aplikasi ekstrak daun tembelekan yaitu 84,58% dan yang paling rendah terdapat pada aplikasi ekstrak daun alpukat yaitu 70,94%. Persentase pupa yang muncul tertinggi terdapat pada ekstrak daun mengkudu yaitu 65% dan yang terendah pada ekstrak daun tembelekan yaitu 32,50%. Persentase imago yang muncul tertinggi terdapat pada ekstrak daun mengkudu yaitu 65% dan yang terendah pada aplikasi ekstrak tembelekan yaitu 32,50%. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ekstrak daun tembelekan lebih efektif dibandingkan aplikasi ekstrak daun sembung, jambu mede, alpukat dan mengkudu

    Tujuan: Mual-muntah merupakan masalah yang mendominasi ketika pasien mendapatkan kemoterapi dalam tatalaksana kanker. Pasien tentunya mengalami penurunan kualitas hidup yang dapat mempengaruhi biopsikososial dan spiritualnya. Pengukuran asam lambung pada saliva pasien kanker ini diharapkan mampu untuk membantu dalam penegakkan diagnosis dan pengobatan suportif.Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alur penelitian dari development research dengan pengembangan alat kesehatan menggunakan pengujian terbatas pada cairan asam dan basa sebagai tahapan awalnya.Hasil: Sensor pH yang digunakan dalam prototype ini akan mendeteksi asam klorida dengan cara metode direct yaitu mencelupkan secara langsung cairan saliva pada ujung sensor pH. Ujung sensor tersebut akan dapat mendeteksi nilai keasaman melalui mekanisme pertukaran ion elektronik dan lautan terukur, sehingga kadar asam dapat terukur dengan baik.Simpulan: Pengembangan prototype alat kesehatan ini dapat menjadi alat bantu tenaga kesehatan dalam mendukung diagnostic medis dan pengobatan pasien pasca kemoterapi.Kata kunci: Sensor pH, Asam Lambung, Mual-Munta

    Evaluation of ERP Oracle Netsuite System for Purchasing Management Module at PT PQR using UTAUT2 Method

    The purpose of the study was to evaluate the acceptance, use, and behavior of users towards the use of ERP Oracle NetSuite systems in the Purchasing Management module by analyzing how UTAUT2’s variables affected the user acceptances towards ERP Oracle NetSuite. The research method used is the UTAUT2 method, by conducting field studies to obtain information related to PT PQR and literature studies to support the theoretical data collection and analysis method to measure the user acceptance of ERP in the Oracle NetSuite Purchasing Management module system. In this study, 52 samples were collected using the saturated sample technique questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is to focus more on improving performance expectancy, habit, and behavioral intention in using Oracle NetSuite ERP

    Rihijab is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in Central Java and is engaged in the fashion sector. Rihijab focuses its business on producing and selling hijabs for women with an age range of 16 to 40 years. Rihijab has a problem regarding unstable sales, this is supported by the acquisition of sales data from November 2020 to December 2021 which fluctuates and tends to not meet the sales targets determined every month. Rihijab has implemented seven of the eight marketing communication mixes which have not been implemented optimally. This resulted in problems regarding the lack of public awareness of Rihijab which can be proven by the low number of Instagram followers when compared to its competitors. This final project research aims to design a marketing communication improvement using the benchmarking method and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) tool. Benchmarking method will be used to determine the best marketing communication that has been implemented by competitors so that it can be used as a reference in improving Rihijab's marketing communication program. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) tool will be used to find out which competitors are selected as Rihijab's benchmark partners. Based on the results of data processing obtained 14 attributes that are used as a reference in designing an integrated system for improving marketing communication programs at Rihijab.     This research was conducted by the Coworking Space business in Pekanbaru City, especially at the Pekanbaru Coworking Meet Up. The aims of this research are (1) to identify the business pattern of Coworking Space in Pekanbaru city; (2) identify business opportunities and challenges using SWOT analysis. In this study, information was obtained through the method of observation, interviews and literature studies on data related to the research topic. Cooperation with the government is also felt to be necessary, especially considering that the city of Pekanbaru is currently intensively encouraging industries in various fields with knowledge of digital technology, creating opportunities for the coworking space industry in the city of Pekanbaru. The suggestion for this research is that it is hoped that the participation of the coworking space industry players such as the Meet Up Co-working space to be more active in providing understanding to the wider community including the millennial market segment
